The room was great, just like the pictures and videos I saw online. The hotel is quite large, so we had to take a shuttle whenever we went out, but the staff provided excellent service – the shuttle arrived promptly every time we called. The hotel's breakfast buffet is definitely worth mentioning; although the variety wasn't extensive, the food was delicious!

Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

Had a terrible experience. The comforter was damp. Aside from the sea view, it was worse than staying at an Atour. The most frustrating thing was the long wait to check out. When I asked the front desk, I was actually scolded! I reflected on it afterwards:
1. I wasn't feeling well and my reactions were slow.
2. If a five-star hotel can't shake off its 'Kong Yiji' (pretentious and outdated) attitude, it should at least maintain its facilities, even if the price is a bit higher.
3. Maybe I haven't stayed at hotels requiring a deposit much in recent years.

The open-plan suite is located at the two ends of the floor, so it theoretically boasts a 270-degree view, which indeed turned out to be absolutely superb. Don't panic if you see a long queue in the lobby; you can check in at the executive lounge. Just head straight to the 33rd floor, where the enthusiastic lounge staff will bring you your preferred drinks. You can relax for a while, taking in the best panoramic view in all of Fuzhou, while the hotel takes care of all the check-in formalities for you, before you return to your room.
The soft furnishings in both the room and public areas are very well-maintained. The room itself is spacious enough, and the sofa and bed are top-quality. All amenities are well-stocked and impeccable. The staff are all very warm and professional; both the housekeeping and lounge teams operate at a high standard for hotels of this caliber. Special mention goes to Xiao Sun from guest services, who was incredibly enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsible, resolving all guest issues very quickly. The happy hour at the lounge offers enough food to fill you up completely. Although breakfast can be busy, it's well-managed with staff guiding guests to tables. They offer Fuzhou specialties like fish balls and 'rouyan' (meat swallows). The breakfast is among the most lavish I've seen for hotels of this standard – it's worth setting an alarm to get up early for. The laundry service for ironing clothes was incredibly fast. The gentleman who delivered my clothes back was always smiling, polite, and graceful; just seeing him could brighten your entire day.

The room was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water, plus the air conditioning worked really well. My only minor complaint is that they only offer laundry service and don't have a self-service laundromat. For summer travel, it's much more convenient to be able to wash and dry your own clothes. There was ample parking, which was super handy for picking up and dropping off people at the airport.

My stay at Fuzhou Siji Yuecheng Hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel environment was elegant, the room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly touched me was a small incident after check-out: I was rushing and accidentally left behind a personal item, completely unaware. The front desk team discovered it and proactively contacted me. Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. The entire process involved smooth communication and quick responses. I genuinely appreciate the front desk team's attentiveness and responsibility; they demonstrated excellent service through these details. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuzhou! #Facilities
The Kempinski Hotel is quite a luxurious establishment!
Its locations are usually excellent, often in city centers or scenic areas. Take the Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, for instance; it's conveniently located on Hubin South Road in Siming District, with easy access to many shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions.
As for the accommodation, the rooms at the Kempinski Hotel are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious and exquisite decor. They come fully equipped with all sorts of amenities like high-definition TVs, free Wi-Fi, minibars, and more, ensuring a super pleasant stay. Plus, the room views are fantastic; some overlook bustling cityscapes, while others offer beautiful natural scenery.
The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and varied! There's a wide array of bread and pastries, emanating enticing aromas. You'll also find fresh, colorful, and sweet-tasting fruits. The hot food section includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, catering to all your breakfast desires. Additionally, there are different types of congee, noodles, and various beverages such as coffee, juice, and milk, helping you kick off an energetic day 😋
Are you planning to stay at the Kempinski Hotel?
Traveling to Quanzhou, this ancient city offers excellent service, and as always, InterContinental delivers. The location is superb, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to all the scenic spots, yet it's quiet and peaceful. The staff are truly wonderful; they greet you with a smile whenever you're in the lobby, and their service is consistently excellent. The hygiene is impeccable, and the room is very comfortable – I really loved it. The lobby design is truly fantastic, blending modern and ancient aesthetics perfectly. I highly recommend everyone to stay here; you can't go wrong with a branded hotel. Oh, and the buffet is incredibly diverse, and the timing is great, extending until 11 AM on weekends, which is fantastic.
We brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is super close to the metro station, which is a huge plus. The private hot spring, however, is located off-site. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service, and a big shoutout to the friendly Xiao Zhang who drove us back and forth multiple times. The only minor hiccup was finding an old eyelash in the private hot spring tub from a previous guest, but luckily, they provide disposable bath liners.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent, convenient location right in the heart of the Sangu Scenic Area in Wuyishan City, making it super easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. As for the environment, the hotel has many rooms spread across A and B buildings. The cleanliness is top-notch; the rooms are very clean and comfortable. A major plus is the air conditioning – it's completely silent and even has a sleep mode, which is fantastic! This is definitely a great choice for a resort-style hotel.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The hot spring pool was especially comfortable; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed, both body and mind. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel well-cared for from check-in to check-out.

Wwendyxiao121My overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel's location is a huge advantage, being right next to the city hall area, which made getting around for business incredibly convenient. The surrounding transport network is well-developed, making daily commutes and travel hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. They were friendly and polite, and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.
The executive lounge had an elegant and tranquil vibe, with a clean and comfortable environment, creating a great atmosphere for relaxation. The food selection was rich and comprehensive, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The hot and cold dishes, drinks, and snacks were well-balanced, catering to popular preferences. The dining experience was superb. Overall, every aspect was satisfying, making this hotel my top choice for accommodation when traveling.
GGuest UserMy stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained.
The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around.
This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.
AAnonymous UserThe room was bright, clean, practical, and fully equipped. In this day and age where everyone's glued to their phones, I was pleasantly surprised to find a projector in the room. Watching shows in a dimly lit environment was great, and there were plenty of programs to choose from.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was congee, five or six hot and cold side dishes, fried noodles, steamed dumplings, mini steamed buns, twisted rolls, regular steamed buns, and eggs – a good variety of nutritious and delicious options.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough, answering all my questions.
The shuttle driver was efficient, considerate, and a fantastic driver.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again.
