The service is very warm, the front desk and the manager are very kind. But in the first two days, there was a problem with the heating supply in the house. The maintenance staff still had no heating after debugging for a long time, and they tried to change the next room to no avail. In the end, there was no way to give us a plug-in hot air blower. In addition, everything else is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are supermarkets and many restaurants.

The front desk went out of their way to be helpful. I was quite sure I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds on their website, but to my surprise the reservation said 1 bed. After some back and forth, they were able to get me a room with 2 Queen beds. The room was a good size with the 2 beds, a desk, a good size closet with safe and TV and refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t large but was good enough with enough counter space for toiletries. The room was clean. The carpet was a little outdated. The outside, out back parking was convenient. I ate breakfast in the restaurant 3 times, each time ordering something different, and all choices were very good. I was told by locals that their Carver steak house is one of the best in Saskatoon. The hotel is in a great location – numerous restaurants are right around the corner and the river is just across the street. It is also a fairly easy walk (maybe 15 minutes) to the downtown that is across the river (down the bridge on Broadway) as well. All in all, I’d stay here again – but if I’ll be sure to check my reservation to make sure what I thought I reserved, is what I reserved.

Had a great stay! The neighbours weren’t noisy at all, nobody roamed the hallways late at night, and the service was great. You are able to adjust the room temperatures fairly quickly, the shower head had great pressure (as well as the toilet LOL), and they provide a lot of towels already in the room! The beds were comfy, different fluffiness of pillows, and comfortable bedding. Kids had fun at the water slide/hot tub, lots of parking spaces available, and good food. Definitely recommend this place since it has great pricing as well!

The hotel is very close to the airport, very convenient, compared to other hotels in the city is relatively new, the hotel's breakfast is relatively simple, but the taste can be, next to the 24-hour cafe supermarket restaurant, overall the feeling is still very good.

The young man at the front desk, named Kashish, was very kind and listened attentively to what I was looking for in a room. He helped me find the best room suited for my needs. I found the room to be very clean and the bed comfortable. Because of COVID restrictions, the breakfast buffet wasn't in service at this time. However, they offered a list of individually packed breakfast items that were good and more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a good location and close to Tim Horton's and the trolley tours. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked upon arrival and we had to request supplies. We were given one pan, a pot, two spoons, a cutting board and three can openers. We ended up purchasing forks, paper plates and a knife from the dollar store in order to use the kitchen to prepare some food during our stay.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I was in Regina on business and it happened to be my birthday as well. Not only did the hotel leave a Happy Birthday card signed by 20+ members of the staff, I was upgraded to the Royal Suite for the night. Wow wow wow. The most lavish room in the entire hotel close to 1500 sq ft of living space !! It was unbelievable. All of my stays in Regina are at HotelSask as they have never let me down. Kunal the GM personally contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The front desk staff Gloria, Vishnudas and Marcia are first rate awesome people too!

The only small problem is that the front desk said I'd better not fill in all the guests' names, because this will cause it to form multiple check-in slips. It's best to just fill in my name. However, this is not a big problem. Anyway, the check-in was successful, and it didn't take long. The rooms are medium in size. We have two double beds, three adults, one primary school child and one baby. The beds are relatively small, but they are clean and comfortable. The restrooms are relatively simple, with basic toiletries provided. But no toothbrush, no comb. We brought it ourselves, so we didn't ask if it was available at the front desk. The breakfast restaurant is not very big, 6: 30-9: 30 breakfast time, not many choices, compared to other hotel chains, breakfast is not very ideal. But it's ok to be full. Breakfast was withdrawn at 9:30 on time. I do n’t know if it was because we were staying at Christmas and people had to leave work early. Other facilities are not much to try, the pool and jacuzzi are not very big, but children are enough to play. Parking is at the door, there are large supermarkets, gas stations, western restaurants, and the surrounding area is more convenient.

I was booked here for 4 nights for a conference. We ended up having a staffing emergency that I found out about just hours before I was supposed to leav (due to a coworker having COVID) for Saskatoon. I called the Bessborough and told them that I was unable to come or else our department at the hospital was at risk to close some services. They refused to waive the cancellation fee. I understand it was my issue cancelled that close to check in but I have had other hotels waive the fee in the same situations since they are extenuating circumstances. I asked if I could rebook my 4 nights instead of being charged the fee and they said they would have to pre-charge my card. Very disappointed in the Bessborough's rigid policy and unwillingness to be even a little bit flexible. I would definitely book with a different hotel next time that is more understanding.

My hockey team stayed at this hotel January 2022. It was -30 in Saskatoon, so I wore my winter jacket into the hotel, and I hung it in the closet. My team checked out of the hotel on Sunday and I left the hotel wearing a suit for my game. My team played our game and travelled back to our home town 4 hours away. Monday I realized I left my jacket in the closet. I called the hotel and was told someone already checked into the room and they would check with housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t find my jacket.. hmmm not sure how well cleaning is done if you don’t notice a jacket in a closet. I know 100% it was hung and left in the closet and by my mistake I forgot it. I am very disappointed that housekeeping claims they didn’t find it.

I have been to a lot of hotels in Saskatoon and other cities and for me and family, so far, this one is the best one. I was acknowledged and thanked upon check in, Greeted with a smile and their breakfast has a lot of healthy options. The room that were in is really beautiful and clean. Their pool and hot tub is really clean and well maintained. The hotel looks new. One thing I noticed is that every staff from front office, housekeeping and breakfast smiles and greets guests. They don’t just walk past guests. We’ll be back for sure and probably tell my friends to try staying here as well.

This hotel works hard to provide customer service. From the housekeeping staff to the waitress at the Irish pub, the front desk staff and our lovely waitress in the restaurant for brunch as well as the chef who was frequently checking in with customers, we had a wonderful stay.

Convenient transportation, good surrounding environment, convenient shopping, hotel facilities are relatively new, waiters will change new sheets every day, breakfast is also rich in foreign countries, and will change the pattern every day. The lobby will provide simple afternoon refreshments and fruit every day. In short, it is a good experience, and I will choose it next time.

Old style hotel. Some of the furniture needs to be renovated, the armchairs were dirty and broken, night lamp was also broken. Weird smell in the corridor. I have to say the bed was very comfy and bed linen was clean. Breakfast was poor, just coffee and muffins.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but ”can't”. So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! ***?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.

Rooms were okay and bed was comfortable but I went in their hot tub on a Friday and there was greenish brown residue all over their hot tub walls. I was in there for a little bit and left and told the front desk. Next day I went back and the problem seemed to have been cleaned up but the chemicals were strong. On Monday, bumps broke out of the blue on my forehead and as of a week later, have gotten worse and spread to my eyelid and front of my forehead. So far the ointment the doctor gave me hasn't been helping much. Then my second night, a big group of 20 somethings moved right beside me and down the hall. I asked the front desk to move me because I knew they would be loud all night. The front desk was understanding and moved me but even then, the volume was ridiculous down the hall way. It annoys me that hotels don't take their security more seriously and crack down on these party people with absolutely no consideration for anyone else in the hotel. It wasn't an awful hotel. There were many nice things about it...but I don't believe I will be staying there again.

We came for a mini family vacation and our stay was excellent. The shuttle for the Rider game stops right at the hotel which was great, we didn't have to worry about getting to and from the game. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, same with the staff in the restaurant. The pool temperature was a home run, it made our time there very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was wonderful, beds were fantastic, pillows were also great, hotel staff was fantastic to deal with, rooms were clean and very modern, bathroom was like being at home, breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone. We stayed here after my daughter’s appendectomy before heading home and will be booking same hotel for future trips as it was very comfortable.

The price is moderate, the room is relatively large, and the facilities are a bit dated. I wanted to give 1 point for hygiene because I saw a few hairs on the quilt as soon as I entered the door, so we did n’t cover the quilt ... Unlimited breakfast for five dollars Let the waiter take it. There is an indoor swimming pool in the middle of the two buildings. I wonder if it will taste great if I live on both sides? In addition, parking is free.

We have stayed at this property in previous visits, and they are as good as ever. The price is right and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our free breakfast at the restaurant next door and cocktails at the adjacent sports bar. The location is perfect for our needs to visit relatives and it is pretty quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and delicious I highly recommend this hotel for a visit. The BIG Moose is not far away and a Snowbird Jet is right beside it. I didn’t get a chance to visit the tunnels due to a tight time line in my schedule. Happy Trails.

I’m originally from Moose Jaw, so I was delighted to hear that the old Grant Hall was being restored to it’s former glory. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Undercooked restoration that felt like it ran out of cash to properly complete the work needed. We arrived one evening to the familiar building. However, the front entrance on Main St. is not well signed and has nothing opulent or extravagant to indicate it was the main entrance. The 15 minute loading zone signs for temporary parking were attached to the meter, so barely visible. We actually drove past on our initial pass because we were unsure. We entered the door to find stairs. There is another even less obvious entrance off of Cordoba St. which is also stairs. There was an accessible entrance on the north side of the building, wedged down a narrow, poorly lit corridor between another building that was not obvious and also served as the entrance to the parking lot. The door was not functioning correctly when we were there - the user had to manually slide the door to open it. Not accessible friendly in the least. Additionally, it was locked at night with no card lock or way to get in. We checked in and the desk agent was pleasant enough. We were handed our keys and paper coupons for $5 off the breakfast buffet and a paper parking pass. We headed over to the elevator which was very slow and dated. We ended up just carrying our luggage up to the mezzanine level. At the top of the mezzanine level stairs was the landing for the elevator. To get to the suites, you had to step down 3-4 stairs. These suites are not accessible friendly. We arrived at our suite. The strange door was extremely heavy and noisy to open and close. It had to be pulled to latch properly when you exited the room. There was no map of the hotel and what the appropriate emergency egress points were on the back of the door as there is in every other hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The suite looked tired. The sofa was worn with tired cushions and some holes in some places. The coffee table had damage to the top. The desk had an extremely worn top and no finish left. The fireplace hearth wasn’t flush with the floor and had a broken, hazardous tile. The fireplace was faux and not installed properly, with the one corner sticking out. The floors hadn’t been prepared properly before the engineered wood was laid over top, so they made noise and moved as you crossed them. The skirting boards were cut crooked and not finished along the bottom. The bedroom was ok. The bed was extremely high. It required scaling it to climb up into it because it was extremely high off the ground. The bedding was clean and crisp and the pillows were reasonable. The window was cracked. The worst part - there were no room darkening window shades! Summer in Moose Jaw means the sun sets late and rises early and one would expect to be able to sleep properly. Simply impossible without room darkening window coverings! The bathroom looked

The open-air hot spring is good and can take children under 12 years old. The hotel does not provide breakfast. It is recommended to eat at several nearby Chinese restaurants. The most important thing is to go to the hotel reception and check in at the opposite casino parking lot, otherwise you will be charged twice. Potholes!
