Guest UserVery very good room, the decoration style is mainly industrial waste and rebel art style, there are also small ideas in the icon design, very French art romantic style. Basically, the room installations have been slow rebounded, very careful. The boss is also very enthusiastic, you can also store your luggage for free before check-in time, and there are recommendations and route planning nearby shops at the door. The front desk is very fluent in English and there will be no language barrier. A black brother from Hong Kong speaks fluent Cantonese. The room was also very pleasant, with a large area of dry and wet separation. It is also very close to the old city. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is a surprise to live in such a good place in Quebec.

Guest UserHotel is greatly located in the Mont Tremblant area. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, and other shops. Breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were nice as she introduced us to the area and activities that we could do when we checked in. Will come to this hotel again when we visit Mont Tremblant in the future.

Bee_❤️We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant by IHG and genuinely couldn’t have picked a better spot. It sits right in the middle of the village pedestrian area, so everything is walkable — restaurants, activities, the gondola, all of it. No shuttle buses, no planning required. Just walk out the door and you’re in it.
The hotel itself was great. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, nothing to complain about. There’s underground parking which you pay for daily, so just keep that in mind. But the real highlights? The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect after a full day on your feet. And the breakfast. I’m not being dramatic when I say it was exceptional. Unlimited hot food, coffee, tea, juice — the kind of spread that makes you linger way longer than you planned.
The gondola up the mountain had no queues whatsoever — we just walked on. Interesting quirk: you can only buy a return ticket or a one-way going down. You can’t buy a one-way going up. Still not sure why, but it didn’t matter. The views from the top were stunning — lake and forest in every direction. And at the summit, there’s a restaurant called Le Grand Manitou. In ski season I imagine it’s packed. We had it almost entirely to ourselves. We sat by the window, had a meal, and just looked out at the mountains. One of those simple moments that sticks with you.
The village has plenty of restaurants too — Italian, Japanese, noodles — and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Everything is incredibly clean and easy to get around.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel; the breakfast was perfect and we used the pool with the children. A very pleasant stay.

Guest UserThe hotel is located in a bustling central area, though it's a bit of a walk to Chinatown (about 15-20 minutes). It seems to primarily cater to Western guests. The front desk is on the 10th floor. The hotel boasts a lot of external greenery, an artificial stream, and even ducks on its sky garden. Be aware that there are several steps between different sections of the hotel rooms. While there are ramps for luggage, it's still quite inconvenient, so I wouldn't recommend it if that bothers you. The room had one super large bed and a sofa bed right next to each other. Unlike some hotels that provide at least a partition between the sofa bed and the main bed, there's no privacy, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who value that. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel charged a C$250 deposit. A week after checking out on the 20th, the deposit still hasn't been refunded, which is a stark contrast to my later experience at the Hilton Vancouver (where the deposit was returned the very next day). If this is an issue for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Like hotels in the US, Canadian hotels generally don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste.

evenjsExcellent location right in the heart of Old Town. The service was okay, but the price is incredibly high, making the overall experience feel a bit lacking. I really don't think staying at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is a must when visiting Quebec City. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with an outdated feeling; it doesn't have that sense of grandeur and luxury you'd find at, say, the Peace Hotel, nor the meticulous and thoughtful service of the Seattle Fairmont. If I were to come again, I'd probably opt for a quality B&B in the Old Town for a more comfortable stay.

Matt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

We had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information.
