"I used this hotel a week ago and chose it again for my return flight the next day, as it's close to the airport.
Once again, I'm grateful they allowed me to check in quite early, giving me time to relax in the room before heading out for sightseeing without my luggage.
Unfortunately, the escalator connecting to the hotel was still under maintenance and unusable. However, thanks to the friendly staff (at the front desk), my stay was so comfortable that this wasn't an issue at all.
Upon checkout, a resort tax of $23.63 was charged (credit card only, no cash).
Since it also offers good access to downtown, I'll definitely use this hotel again when I visit Vancouver."

"It’s in a nice quiet location. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the pool/hot tub that they had too. Breakfast was meh, very basic and nothing crazy but does the job. Definitely need to go early for breakfast or else it’ll run out."

The South Tower features rooms with a fully equipped kitchen – we're talking a real home kitchen setup, complete with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, and all necessary kitchenware. It's truly rare to find a high-end hotel offering such amenities.
What truly impressed me was their genuine recognition and treatment of elite members, even when booked through a third-party platform like Trip.com. "The location is perfect. Great staff specially the one's from Front Desk. Very accommodating and cheerful to assist. We love that they have good coffee, their toiletries are outstanding. The only thing is we went for the pool area to relax but it was very dirty. The sauna was not set yet so we had to wait. The hot tub was warm not hot enough. Understandable that its outside pool so definitely there is going to be a lot of tree debris but if to maintain it is possible to keep it clean. The floor are of the pool accumulated a lot of sandy texture and a lot of floating stuffs."

"In addition to some twists and turns in the reservation, the hotel began to say that it did not receive the money, and later found that I had set the water view, but the order received by the hotel was a higher-level waterfront, and there was a price difference. Later, it was finally solved. After I checked in, I found that there was actually a good view of No. 58, and the sound of the sea was not noisy. Others were either blocked by trees or too close to the water. Choosing water views is also a good choice, and the price is more affordable. There is no restaurant near the hotel, so I choose to dine at the hotel and the taste is OK. Breakfast is also ok."

"Nice hotel with a character. The room can be a little dates but it fits with the overall vibe of the hotel. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but had right varieties of food that you won't feel the need to go eat outside. Staff were very nice and accommodating too."

Pei-Shan Wang (Callie)It’s actually located underneath a residential area, but the atmosphere is amazing. The space is very large, almost like a suite, with a large TV, sofa, desk, and chair. Everything can be conveniently controlled through an electric control panel. They also provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch. The restaurant on the first floor is great, too—the food tastes delicious!

LilchannI enjoyed my stay at the Stoke Hotel. The room was comfortable, I was beside the laundry/maintenance room and noticed some noise during the day but not in the evenings or nights, it never bothered me. My room was adjacent to the hot tub and I did hear some loud good times but it didn't bother me and it was quiet by bedtime. Breakfast had so much selection. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, apples, grapefruit, oranges, muffins, bagels, and various breads and cookies. The hot foods are alternated, just so many options, it was fantastic and made for slow mornings sometimes. The breakfast staff were welcoming, great at stocking up and tidying up. The mornings were very enjoyable.
The bus shuttle stop was nearby and the front desk gave bus vouchers when I asked. There was also a free shuttle service downtown, to the Regent Hotel, just a matter of requesting after 5:30pm.
Staff were friendly, the premises were clean, my room and bed were comfy. Had a great stay even though it was not downtown and I didn't have a car.
Denny's, McDonald's, tim Hortons and a&w are in walking distance. Good location and comfortable stay.

Guest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights.
It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants.
The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome.
Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

Great hotel but I felt overpriced, not a great security place as well. A lot of better options in Vancouver with better price. I think I arrived during a game event or something so there are a lot of people from outside sitting in the lobby, running around and they r not even staying in that hotel.No privacy and those people occupied all the seats/sofa in the lobby for 3-4 hrs. The next day the hotel took away all the seats out of nowhere. Such a weird thing

Chiwai ErhFriendly staff. Pet friendly. We have a dog staying with us and with a balcony where it was easy for us to let the dog out late at night was excellent. However, next room was having the renovation of pipe work til 9pm and workers are quite noisy.
