It's really hard to catch the airport shuttle from the hotel; it only runs once an hour, and the schedule is always changing. It's a terrible hassle. A taxi to the airport takes about 8 minutes and costs around 45 BRL. The hotel offers a buffet for lunch and dinner at 85 BRL per person.

Beautiful boutique hotel at a lovely location, surrounded by much larger (but also older) 5 star hotels. Many restaurants in walking distance, especially Japanese ones (Ramen, Sushi, etc)

The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach. Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.

The hotel is very good and very well located.We were very well served and with a wonderful breakfast.

The hotel is surrounded by constructions. The whole block is just one huge building site. This meant construction noise all day, except on Sunday. The street is lined with rubble containers. The bed was soft and the in-room safe worked well. However the WiFi was poor in my room (room 812). My smartphone kept switching to data because of weak signal.

You've got over my expectations! The hotel is located on the seaside right, with the swimming pool (small but is worthy) beach service, but only until 18:00! Other meals are paid the part, the price ends to be high for those who need to make every meal every day, (with children not from the pralar meals) but the taste is wonderful. I have only one reserve, there are several buildings and some rooms have no window, and air conditioning needs to be connected all the time for air circulation. I never saw room without window in my life 😳. But there are others with pro sea view and well aired, so you can like the room very much or not as much as in my case. But I need to talk: cleaning is exceptional, towels are exchanged every day, clean beds and clean and no smell of guardians.

Honestly, aside from the excellent service from Ctrip, the view of the hotel was really bad. I would never have booked it if it weren't close to the convention center. It was practically useless, haha. The room was old, the sheets made my skin itchy, there was no water, no tissues, and no slippers. The two single beds felt like being back in a college dorm, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and the hot water took forever to come out. My goodness, it was really terrible. Only the breakfast was decent, with a wide variety of options. Also, some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, and being able to store luggage for a week was a plus.

Excellent location, bar and restaurant available (which is great as I met a local business partner there). Fully stocked minibar and 24 hour room service with a full menu, which I find a big plus especially as I find a lot of hotels don’t do it. The location deserves another big plus, it has everything you need within walking distance.

1. 位置: 距離GRU是大約一個小時車程（全程不堵車），打的是大約200里亞爾=270人民幣（目前匯率1.35）。從周邊高樓來看，應該是聖保羅市中心了，但是離GRUA是真的遠。 2. 費用: 1500-1800一晚，這價格，上海北京也能住五星了吧? 費用相當高。 3. 房間: 居中吧，偏舊一點，馬桶按鈕，不回彈，得把整個蓋子抬起來促使主動回位。是紅色桌子，感覺偏舊。房間不大，一個床，一個沙發，一個掛壁電視，一張桌子，一個衞生間，留出來的步行區域就不多了，沒有大塊空白區。 4. 至少巴西酒店內，沒有免費瓶裝水。 5. 從外面打酒店電話，極難打通。 6. 早餐: 這個不錯，沒有適合中國口味的菜，但以本地菜而言，品種豐富，味道不錯，水果也不錯。 7. 大堂有樂隊和鋼琴表演，不錯。 8. 附近有麥當勞和本地快餐廳，沒敢去找有沒有中餐館，吃飯挺方便。不遠處有個加油站裏的便利店，買東西也還行。 9. 總體來説，跟國內比的話，沒得比，不要抱太高期待。而跟巴西本地比的話，跟機場旁邊700一晚的comfirt機場舒適酒店比，也沒有到達2倍的差異。性價比不是很高。 10. 巴西的消費是真的貴，不論是聖保羅市，還是聖保羅州北部，還是里約。
