"This is a fantastic hotel! The lobby is perfect for social media photos, and the rooms in the back are quiet and unique, built to resemble the original chieftain's manor, beautifully restored. In the evenings, they have bonfire banquets with sweet rice wine, and you can join in the Guozhuang dance. Plus, the ******* breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious! They offer Mercedes-Benz airport transfers and help with luggage. The staff, both the handsome young men and beautiful young women, were all super friendly. Honestly, it was one of the most visually pleasing stays I've ever had!"

"Located right in front of ErHai and its view is simply amazing. It’s located near the main road which means Didi car can pick up with no issue. Coffee and tea are offered at the lobby. Basic amenities are provided in the room. Check in/out is fast and any query can be addressed via WeChat. The toilet glass wall is translucent and though having blinds can kind of see the others’ shadow clearly when in use.
The only cons is having to go up down the stairs 4 level every day which is inconvenient for elderly. But overall it’s a recommended stay."

"This stay was absolutely wonderful! The guesthouse looked exactly like the pictures – spacious, bright, and clean. We could even see Erhai Lake right from our balcony. The host was incredibly warm and friendly, and communication was a breeze. She helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and even gave us thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and dining. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Overall, it was fantastic value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!"

"This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Dali. It's designed with a beautiful garden aesthetic, and the air is just amazing. The whole hotel feels like a grand estate. The staff are so warm and attentive. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: a book bar, a regular bar, a sports hall, a restaurant, and a gym (with tons of equipment, which I, as someone who works out daily, absolutely loved!). What I want to praise most about the room is the incredibly spacious shower area, with excellent wet/dry separation. I really love this room type. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and they even have卡通餐盘 (cartoon-themed plates) – so thoughtful for families traveling with children!"

Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay.
Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good.
Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great.
Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good.
Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing."

"This is the only one I have written and seriously evaluated. I originally booked a famous hotel next to it. I went to the store owner and found a variety of cockroaches. I was helpless to find the hotel again. The fate is such a coincidence. I met this newly opened hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, The whole person felt that all the fatigue was instantly dissipated. The lobby was very bright and very high-end. The manager and butler were very enthusiastic to take us to the sea view room. They patiently helped us move the luggage to the hotel for check-in. Few hotels will make me feel at home. All the waiters in this hotel are young, but they always serve us with a smile. Everyone works hard and seriously to do what they should do. I give full marks for the scenery, hardware and service. Unfortunately, I have to leave. I think I will stay for ten and a half days next time. Very happy 👍 very satisfied, take pictures 📷 super film"

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The environment was comfortable, and there were many picturesque spots nearby for photos. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive. They even helped with my luggage and provided airport transfers. Although the fruit was unlimited, I recommend not wasting it. Breakfast was very pleasant. Even the most budget-friendly room types were great, and my friend's upgraded room was even more beautiful! Overall, I'm truly satisfied and took many lovely photos. I wanted to book this place last year when I came to Dali but couldn't get a reservation. 😄"

"We chose this hotel after seeing photos of the amazing views from its rooms - and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located in a high rise residential apartment complex, and situated in between the east and west banks of Erhai lake. You could see both banks clearly from the balcony, with Cangshan serving as the backdrop.
Service was personal and wonderful too. We had our rooms upgraded for free to a bigger one, and the staff gave many useful recommendations of local restaurants, attractions and bike rental - very very handy for cycling Erhai lake (the bike shop she recommended was professional and provided high quality bikes which enabled us to go halfway around the lake, and could be returned at a different location). She also made us tea personally upon request, and offered to teach us teamaking.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with nothing to complain about. Will recommend this hotel to fellow travellers who are looking to stay in a less touristy part of Dali, away from the ancient town area, with amazing views from the hotel itself."

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

Very satisfied with a trip, stayed at the favorite hotel, took beautiful photos. Just arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the front desk lady enthusiastically came to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. The environment was also very good. When I saw the garden, I knew that this trip would be over the screen circle of friends. I took a good photo and saw the sunset on the roof terrace in the middle of the night. In the evening, Miss Sister also sent us fruit and milk, recommended local characteristics, and the taste was good. The breakfast on the second day was very rich and the taste was super good, especially the rice noodles. I like it very much. I will come to their house next time.

Anonymous UserDeveloped by Vanke, the air conditioner is Mitsubishi, but the house is big but not warm, and the toilet is small but slightly warm. In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

The hotel environment is very good, it is in the community, the scenery is beautiful. The front desk service is also very thoughtful. Breakfast is average, the hardware of the room is average, the mattress is thin, and the bedding is average. The wallpaper is a bit damaged. It would be better if it could be improved.

The balcony view of the room is very good, the front desk lady is beautiful and very nice, because the room can see the scenery, we don't want to go out, so the lady helped us to send afternoon tea to the room. The hotel's environmental decoration can be seen very carefully, it should be the most beautiful hotel nearby. So although the curtains in the room are a little flawed, but the flaws are not concealed.
