"Our room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. One thing to be aware of when booking: our room had a private bathroom located outside the room. We unfortunately didn’t notice this detail in the fine print when booking, so I would recommend checking this carefully before choosing the room. A few suggestions that would make the room more comfortable: * Add a mirror inside the room. * Add some hooks for hanging clothes and belongings. * Add a small cupboard or shelving area for clothes, as there is currently a desk but limited storage space. Overall, I feel the room could be better equipped, especially for a longer stay. On the positive side, our bathroom was cleaned every day, and fresh amenities were thoughtfully left outside our door each day. The gentleman who came to collect us was also extremely helpful and made our arrival much easier. With a few small improvements, I think this could be an even more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Qingdao"

"The hotel room was very spacious, facing the sea, and super comfortable. Waking up to the ocean view every day was incredibly refreshing. The sea changed colors at different times of the day and in varying weather conditions, which was beautiful. Both the room and bathroom overlooked the sea, which was stunning. However, the lighting in the shower area was too dim, and some of the facilities felt a bit outdated. Housekeeping was diligent, but the cleanliness of the beds could be improved. The hairdryer in the room was very noisy and old. Ordering takeout was incredibly convenient, with a robot delivering it right to the door. The front desk staff were also very helpful and provided excellent service."

"When I came to Weihai three or four years ago, I booked this guesthouse, and I was very satisfied with it at the time. So this time, I chose it again. However, the check-in experience was not as satisfying as the last time. The first obvious issue was the elevator – it took forever to catch one. The second was the room's cleanliness; the glass door of the bathroom was completely grimy, and the shower area was right outside the bathroom door. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would be wet if you needed to use the toilet. Plus, the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain, leading to standing water. The third problem was the sewer smell. It was somewhat tolerable with the windows open during the day, but at night, with the windows closed, the smell filled the entire room. Luckily, I only stayed for two nights. If you're booking the same room type as mine, I suggest you inquire about these issues beforehand. The location is convenient; the beach is right downstairs, and there are people singing on the beach at night. For this room type, parents with small children should be aware of the steps, as kids might trip easily at first."

"Overall, the hotel is pretty average, and the decor is quite dated. If you look closely, many areas are showing their age. Only the hotel exterior and lobby look decent. Let me focus on the issues. On the first day, we arrived at the hotel around 6 PM. When we drove onto the platform, I asked if I could park there while checking in, but they wouldn't let me, even though other cars were clearly parked there. After parking in the basement and going up to the front desk, three people were standing there with their heads down. I wasn't sure if they were busy or what they were doing, so I didn't want to disturb them. I stood about 3 to 5 meters away for over half a minute. Seeing that no one was paying attention to me, I asked, ”Can I check in?” Immediately, a man told me to come to him. I saw him quickly put his phone aside; it turned out all three of them were playing on their phones. After check-in, no one told me where to find the elevator. I blindly walked in the opposite direction of the parking lot elevator and, by chance, got it right. The hotel has two side wings, and even if I had guessed wrong, there would have been an elevator, but it would have been a long detour. As for the hotel management, I guess they haven't had much training. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, no one ever nodded at me, said hello, or acknowledged me in any way. It was always cold, indifferent brushes past each other. The room didn't have any general-purpose tissues, only one in the bathroom by the sink. I don't know if this is standard for all rooms or if they just forgot to put one in. The soundproofing in the room was poor. In the morning, I could clearly hear doors closing in other rooms, people talking in the hallway, and children shouting next door. In the afternoon, I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door when I went out, but by 4:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The alarm clock by the bed was placed there, but it wasn't set correctly; it was an hour off, as shown in the picture. Instant coffee is acceptable, but only sugar packets were provided, with no creamer or non-dairy creamer. Last night, I went to the bar on the first floor. When I entered, there was a live singer performing. I couldn't see any staff at the bar, and there were no other guests. I walked to the bar to look at the menu, and suddenly a young man popped up from behind the computer. Right after we ordered our drinks, the singer left. We sat there for half an hour in complete silence; there wasn't even any soft background music. We were the only ones there the whole time."

The bed was incredibly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – making it easy to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the toiletries were provided, so I didn't need to bring my own. There were no strange odors in the room, the air circulated well, and it was generally quiet and relaxing, feeling just like a temporary home. I really enjoyed my stay."

I left a ring behind, and customer service messaged me about it. It's the kind of small item that's easily overlooked, which shows how meticulous the housekeeping staff are. The hotel lobby is spacious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is excellent. There's direct access to Wanda Plaza from the hotel's B1 level, where you can find all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, there are many attractions nearby, such as Suochengli, Chaoyang Street Pedestrian Street, and Yantai Mountain Scenic Area. Free parking for self-drivers is a huge convenience. If you visit during the off-season, the value for money is even better. Highly recommended!"

"這家酒店就是在櫻花湖這邊，從地圖上看就像一座小島一樣，離海邊很近，從酒店出來穿過一個泳池就到海邊，所以在這裏洗海水澡非常合適，在酒店換好衣服拿上泳圈走幾步到海邊，玩完了直接回酒店洗澡很方便。酒店設施很新，衞生也不錯，洗澡水壓很大，洗起來很舒服，辦入住的時候服務員給升級了房間，服務很不錯，然後從房間可以直接看到部分大海，早上拉開窗簾，映入眼簾的就是一片大海，房間是loft，孩子也比較喜歡。然後就是酒店下邊衹有一個餐廳和一個便利店，應急可以，如果想吃好些以及買點東西，就去九龍城商城，四樓全是飯館，商城裡還有家家悦超市，關鍵是從這個酒店到九龍城商城開車10分鐘就到，很近。去榮成北線和南線各個景點也都是半個小時的路程，算是在榮成中間位置了。總起來還是不錯的，大人孩子都比較喜歡。一開始沒敢訂太多天，入住後發現確實不錯，方便，環境還好，所以又續了兩天。供大家參考吧。"

"Stayed during the peak summer season, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is located in Huafa Xintiandi, directly facing Weihai Port Passenger Terminal, and within walking distance to Jiulong Bay Beach, which was super convenient for taking my kids to play by the sea. The LOFT duplex room offered ample space, and the floor-toceiling windows provided a fantastic sea view. What I was most satisfied with was the cleanliness – in summer, near the ocean, I'm always worried about dampness and odors, but this place was very well-ventilated, the room was fresh and clean, and the bedding was high-temperature laundered, making for a worry-free stay. Even during the busy season, the service didn't disappoint; the front desk was quick to respond. Highly recommended!"
