"The room was spacious and the service was great. A lot of the indoor facilities were under renovation. They have an indoor kids' play area, which is perfect for entertaining children when the sun is too strong outside. However, the lighting in there was too dim and not good for the eyes; brighter lights would be a nice improvement. Also, the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, the experience was good."

When she learned that the elderly in our group couldn't sleep on a soft mattress, she immediately arranged for a firm bed board. "The room was very spacious, actually a two-room suite. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; when I mentioned I had an early train at around 7 AM the next day, they kindly packed some breakfast for me to take on the road. The cleanliness was also good. While the view from the window was just residential buildings, so it couldn't compare to a sea view, the large room size and better price definitely made up for it. The beef hotpot downstairs was delicious and super convenient, and deliveries even get brought to your room by a robot!"

"We were playing by the sea when we saw this apartment right on the beachfront. The complex has many star-rated hotel accommodations, but this place was half the price for the same location. We were worried it might not live up to the pictures, so we had the customer service representative show us around on site, and we booked it only after we were satisfied. It's clean and hygienic, and you can see the sea from the window. The front desk staff were very friendly and solved any issues immediately. The room has two comfortable 1.5-meter beds, so it can easily accommodate four people. It's close to the beach, which is very convenient. At night, there's a night market street. Although it's not as lively as the town center, it's just right – not noisy, so you can get a good night's rest. It's a safe bet and worth a second visit."

"On another short trip to Shantou with the kids, I once again chose the Sheraton Chaoshan Hotel. Its location is superb, with the MixC Mall nearby offering incredibly convenient access to food, shopping, coffee, and tea.
This trip was all about relaxing, eating, and drinking. I booked an Executive Seaview Twin Room at the Sheraton. We arrived on an early morning flight, explored the surroundings, and after about an hour's wait, we were able to check in around noon. Our room on the 22nd floor of the executive level offered even better views. The sky was crystal clear before the typhoon, and looking out from the room at the inner sea and the bridge was simply beautiful!
The Executive Lounge is on the 23rd floor. The afternoon tea at 2 PM had delicious pastries and sandwiches, and the evening simple meal at 7 PM was great. Enjoying it while looking at the blue sky and white clouds outside was truly delightful. Zora, who served us at the lounge after check-in, was warm and attentive, and to our surprise, she even brought us a lovely little bear cake in the evening – cute and delicious.
Breakfast is served on the first floor starting at 6:30 AM, featuring many Teochew specialties like rice noodle rolls, glutinous rice dumplings (wu mi guo), freshly cooked clay pot congee, and beef noodles. We enjoyed a variety of dishes every day, so much so that we could skip lunch!
While the Sheraton has been around for a while, I genuinely enjoy its opulent style. Coupled with its excellent location and service, I'll likely stay here again on my next visit to Shantou."

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

AAnonymous UserOur stay in the garden view room was delightful. The elegant decor and soft furnishings created a wonderful ambiance. The room was well-ventilated, with no dampness or strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere.
The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea.
The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance.

MMan______The room was spacious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Due to the rain, we had the buffet dinner directly at the hotel, and the food was fresh and tasty. Our butler, Holly, added me on WeChat in advance. Since we had two babies, she helped arrange bed rails for us. Her service during our stay was attentive, and she proactively asked about our needs – it was excellent! We'll definitely choose to stay at Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

JJibixiaoziThe hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself.

LLeoaaaaFive-star review for the InterContinental Zhuhai! The hotel boasts direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and incredible first-line sea views. The infinity pool is huge, spacious, and bright, making it perfect for swimming and taking photos. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – truly matching the InterContinental luxury brand standard. It's also super convenient for crossing the border at Gongbei Port, just a 10-minute journey.
What truly stood out during this stay was the consistently excellent service from all staff. I especially want to commend Miya: she has an outstanding demeanor, is gentle and polite, and her service is meticulous, proactive, and perfectly balanced. Communicating with her was a pleasure, and she efficiently helped me with all my check-in needs throughout my stay. Her professionalism was top-notch and added so much warmth to my trip.
From the lobby reception and room maintenance to the public area facilities, you can see the hotel's refined management everywhere. This was a truly hassle-free and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

After checking out, Claire proactively called me for a follow-up, diligently asking about my stay. She carefully noted down the issues I raised and promptly reported them to the manager, sincerely promising that they would optimize and improve. She even thoughtfully offered to help arrange my preferred room for my next stay. Even though she's an intern, her strong sense of responsibility, professional and sincere approach, and her attentiveness to every guest's feedback truly embody the warmth expected of St. Regis butler service.

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, right across the road from the beach, which is super convenient for taking my little one to play in the sand! The room is clean, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and parking is very easy. The front desk staff are warm and provide excellent service. Highly recommend!
