Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

A superb experience, with the bedroom and the bath tub is so gorgeous , and the service is excellent with all the staff is so friendly and warm to serve n help. There are even two floors of swimming pools, which the outdoor one is def a floor to pick. The breakfast also offers varieties of food, and unlimited supply till 10:30. It’s a wonderful stay at St Regis and we will come again.

Convenient hotel near macau border. Many restaurants and shops are around. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Room 2411 seems newly renovated, clean and spacious than the rooms on the other floors. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was fast.

And they even put a shade on the windscreen during hot summer time. Very thoughtful. Hotel room is clean spacious and tidy. Hotel staff is also very friendly. Overall speaking, the room was fantastic! The staff were attentive and polite. Our plan included a ”520 Confession Set Dinner” which had a steak (though cooked well-done), fried chicken rolls with bacon, a bowl of Caesar salad, a truffle sauce pasta with clamps. The food were good, at least we don't have anything to complain with this price. Also, the air-conditioning was great, which was outstanding compared to some 5-star hotels. Definitely recommend couples to have an overnight stay here.

A very satisfying trip to Naozhou Island. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and friendliness of the lady at the front desk, who upgraded the room. I was told that meals can be delivered to the room. The taste is very good and the ingredients are fresh. The sea view room has an outdoor small sand pool. I dig sand and play on the swing with my son at night. My 4-year-old baby took pictures for me📷 There are vending machines downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. A very satisfying stay.
