Anonymous UserThis is an older hotel located in a bustling area. The sea-view rooms offer a distant glimpse of the 'Fisher Girl' statue, though it's more of a 'glimpse' than a full 'view.' It's a shame that for such a well-known, established brand, the facilities are quite disappointing. It's also not very friendly for those driving. On a weekend affected by Typhoon Nangka along the coast, hotel parking became a real headache. Most of the B1 parking is outdoors, so you're bound to get wet in a downpour. B2 is an underground garage, but it's really only convenient for check-in. Once you're checked in and want to leave, it's a hassle. You check in at the front desk on the first floor. Out of 5 elevators, one is permanently stuck on the third floor. Of the remaining 4, only 2 go down to B2. To exit with your car after checking in, you first have to go to the first-floor front desk to scan a code. After scanning, if you get an elevator that only goes to B1, you either have to transfer to an elevator on the other side of B1, or hope you get lucky and catch an elevator that goes straight to B2. Because when you press the button on the first floor, the B1 elevator arrives first, and the B2 elevator will show it's going up. Unless there are other guests in the elevator also going to the garage, but you still need to scan on the first floor to leave, so the chance of getting a direct elevator to B2 is practically zero. The rooms are a bit larger, but the amenities are inferior to newer hotels. Tissues are only available at the sink; there are no tissues on the desk or nightstands in the room. The bathroom also lacks disposable toilet seat covers, which was quite disappointing.

I was in Zhuhai for a business trip and decided to try out the Hengqin Bay Hotel. To my surprise, it turned out to be an exceptionally outstanding and versatile high-end hotel, perfectly balancing work efficiency and vacation leisure.
First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making it incredibly convenient for both business appointments and leisure activities nearby. The hotel's shuttle service is always on time, and if you're driving, parking is super convenient with clear signage. The lobby is luxurious and grand, making it perfect for business meetings.
For me, the room facilities were absolutely perfect. There's a dedicated, spacious, and well-lit desk, with a non-glare lamp, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – no lag whatsoever during video conferences. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise, which is fantastic. The bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep even on a business trip. The shower has great water pressure and consistent temperature, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue.
The hotel's dining options are rich and diverse. The buffet offers a wide selection of salads, steaks, seafood, and authentic Cantonese cuisine, all delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage to the housekeeping staff's daily thoughtful greetings, and even a considerate inquiry about my stay before I left – this kind of service, where they treat guests like family, truly warmed my heart. The hardware maintenance is also excellent; both the gym and pool are clean and tidy. In such an environment, you can work efficiently and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Check-out was quick, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. It's definitely the best choice for a business stopover or a business trip.

Guest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

Anonymous UserPerched 300 meters high, the 42nd-floor lobby, with its dazzling crystal chandeliers, creates an incredibly atmospheric vibe. I booked a sea-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Cross Gate waters and the Macau skyline. The sunset at dusk and the neon lights at night were all within sight. The bathtub by the window was perfect for photos, and I could simply relax in the room and admire the stunning night views of the Greater Bay Area.
The St. Regis's signature butler service was a perfect 10 – requests were answered quickly, and every detail felt special and仪式感 (a sense of ritual). The bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, making it ideal for couple anniversaries or short getaways. It truly lived up to expectations and is a must-stay hotel when visiting Zhuhai!

Guest UserThe front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and the view was stunning—I could see the port hall and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The breakfast was quite rich; even for someone as picky as me, it was very satisfying. After checking out, I forgot some beef in the fridge, and the front desk kindly called to remind me.

Guest UserWe've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant.

Huge thanks to Artyzen for upgrading my room on my return visit to Macau! We had originally booked for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we contacted the hotel via Trip.com to cancel one night. Artyzen was incredibly understanding and responded very quickly – big thumbs up! If I had to pick a small area for improvement, I'd say the welcome fruit could be given a bit more thought. Also, the breakfast booking process confused me a little, with 100 RMB one day and 188 RMB the next. Aside from that, everything was wonderful! The location and sea view are absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Guest UserExcellent sea-view hotel with fantastic views and a swimming pool. It's almost always fully booked, so our original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff were great and gave us a free upgrade. Hotel staff also helped deliver our food orders to the room. Very quiet and a wonderful experience. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. It's just a short walk to the beach, and both taxis and buses are easily accessible. The room was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly efficient, and any issues were communicated smoothly. For late-night snacks, they offered congee, sweet soups, and freshly cooked noodles, which the kids really enjoyed. The restaurant on the 12th floor has a fantastic view, offering panoramic vistas of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
