It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

As a resort hotel, the Hengqin Bay Hotel boasts mature and comprehensive facilities. Its proximity to the resort area makes traveling to and from the attractions very convenient via shuttle bus. The resort's security management is well-regulated, with complete security facilities and diligent, responsible staff who conduct regular patrols. The parking lot offers ample spaces with clear pricing, and vehicle guidance is orderly. Luggage services are efficient, and the handover process is straightforward. Guest rooms are clean and tidy, with thorough housekeeping. Bathrooms feature wet and dry separation, and towels and bathrobes are clean, ensuring peace of mind. Toiletries are comprehensive, and slippers are non-slip and durable. Hot water supply is stable, and shower products feel gentle. In-room internet signal is stable, and air conditioning is easy to control, making it simple to manage room temperature. The hotel's buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, and food quality is consistent. The pool has lifeguards on duty to ensure safety, and the water quality is clean. Gym equipment is regularly maintained, meeting basic fitness needs. Staff members are patient and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The resort's landscape design is thoughtful, making strolls around the grounds very relaxing. Overall, the stay experience is highly commendable.

Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

The St. Regis Zhuhai for its stunning high-altitude views of Macau, luxurious and spacious rooms, and exceptionally polite, attentive butler service. Families appreciate the kid-friendly atmosphere and high-quality breakfast buffet.  However, some visitors point out occasional drawbacks, including hit-or-miss dining quality at the Cantonese restaurant, smaller indoor pool facilities, and occasional wait times during busy check-in periods. Isolated reports also cite room maintenance or hardware issues. Overall, it is widely considered an excellent, high-end stay for luxury travelers.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making dining, living, and transportation a breeze. There's a large shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away, and a variety of food stalls right downstairs. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Gongbei Port, making it the perfect choice for a trip to Macau. The room facilities are very new, clean, and hygienic, providing a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommended!

As a hotel that opened 15 years ago under the Huafa brand, this Sheraton still holds up as a solid five-star establishment today. The service staff in departments like the lounge, concierge, housekeeping, and loyalty program are all excellent in terms of attitude and professionalism. The front desk staff, however, might be interns as they were a bit unprofessional and didn't proactively share much information. I hope they receive more training.

Out of the four hotels we stayed at during our 2-day Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day trip to Zhuhai, the InterContinental Zhuhai was by far our favorite. We especially want to commend the attentive service of our butler, Lydia. Lydia added us on WeChat a day in advance and proactively asked about our needs. The children's amenities, such as the bed rail, footstool, child-sized toilet seat, and children's toiletries kit, were all perfectly provided, leaving us with a wonderful first impression. The bedding was of high quality, and the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. Our kids spent two days captivated by the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. All the services were incredibly thoughtful. The staff assisting with luggage, parcel collection, and in-room services were all highly professional and very patient with our children. The kids are already saying they want to come back again!

It's an old hotel. The exterior and lobby still look pretty good and luxurious, but the facilities inside the room are old and outdated. The bathtub was broken, and a worker came and said they'd fix it the next day, but they never did. The bedside lamp was broken, there was mold on the ceiling, and the light switches weren't labeled so it was impossible to tell which controlled what... The mattress wasn't very comfortable; I felt a significant wobble every time I turned over. However, the breakfast was quite rich, and the pool was relatively clean.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room had great natural light, and all the staff provided excellent service. You could really feel the attention to detail. The facilities were complete, and overall, I was very satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right by Lovers' Road. It's just a few minutes' walk across the street to the beach and swimming area 🏖️. You can step out and stroll along the coast, watching the sunset. The room was clean and tidy, with a great sea view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. They have late-night snacks, a self-service laundry room – all the amenities are complete. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the sea view while you eat. It's perfect for both couples on a romantic getaway and families traveling with children. This is my top choice when visiting Zhuhai, and I'll definitely come back again.
