Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

Check in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice). Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

We recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best family resort in Xiamen, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, featuring modern decor and stunning views that made our family feel relaxed and comfortable. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect environment for both relaxation and family bonding. The dining experience was equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in our family were satisfied. The on-site restaurants offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, making every meal a treat. The resort's location was ideal, situated close to the beach. After a day of sightseeing, we loved returning to the resort to unwind by the pool or enjoy the various family-friendly activities available. Overall, our stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The biggest issue is that when breakfast time at 8am seat is enough but food some how left 20% and could.not recover fast enough ....so not much choice of food was given 2nd the restaurant in the hotel dont operate on monday n tuesday and I dont understand why ...it's actually causes us to.run out for other places to.eat

Love this hotel, the view from the room is just amazing! The swimming pool is very big and so beautiful ! The Italian restaurant downstairs is good Will go again for sure!

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

Live in a real sea view room You can see the sea directly from the room. The room is spacious and has a large balcony where you can watch the sunrise! The beach is at the back door of the hotel. After watching the sunrise in the morning, you can go back to sleep~ It feels very suitable for bringing children. There is an infinity pool here. The pool is cleaned and flushed every day. There are lifebuoys and safety guarantees. The babies who stay here can experience the swimming pool for free and enjoy a 20% discount on Winnis Island Coffee! It's so comfortable here at night. Stayed one night on Gulangyu Island and chose this hotel which is close to Sunlight Rock, the beach and Shuzhuang Garden. When you get off the boat at Sanqiutian Pier, the hotel staff will be responsible for picking up your luggage. You need to make an appointment in advance, and then walk to the hotel, which takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is located in the center of Gulangyu Island. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Sunlight Rock, the beach and Shuzhuang Garden. It is not far from Longtou Road Snack Street. The hotel is quite new and the room is relatively clean. If you go back to Sanqiutian Pier, you need to pay for your luggage to be delivered to the pier.

The hotel is located across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the beach to restaurants nearby (about 20 minutes). The hotel staff was very helpful and communicated via WeChat (as we don’t speak English). I’d stay here again.
