The hotel manager was not sympathetic with the problem, said that the hotel was full and had taken away some rooms because of discharges and did not give me the option of switching rooms, small and tight garage to leave with the car , good cleaning of the rooms and staff of the very efficient reception , very good breakfast coffee.

The hotel is in the centre, near shopping but not very close to the bath beaches. The room was very large and comfortable, the shower was good and the coffee was very weak, few options and almost nothing for low insulin diets with carbonhydrate and sugar restriction.

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
