The room was very clean and tidy! As soon as I entered the room, I received a sweet note from the hotel staff, which was even better than mine! So sweet! There are housekeepers every day -WiFi is very smooth -The toilets are very good. The only drawback is that if you take a shower in the bathtub, water will leak next to it, causing the ground to get wet But it’s a small thing~ There is a washing machine in the hotel, but no clothes dryer. In addition, the swimming pool has time limits from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

This little hotel ,off the beaten track but accessible to facilities,was my unplanned home for 10 days . Yes j contracted Covid and was directed there to convalesce.However the experience was amazingly diluted by the warmth and friendliness of the staff team ,efficiency of room service and attention to detail beyond the call of normal expectations. All staff were professional and proactive in dealing with requests and enquiries and the team had a defined caring culture which was conducive to recovery and assisted in stress reduction during a trying time .The manager starfish deserves special mention as she problem solved decisively and proactively while maintaining excellent guest relations. Therefore I can only but recommend this little hotel as a must stay if in phuket town and I sincerely thank staff for their kind support and efficiency at all times .

Хороший отель. Жили на 4-ом этаже. Просторный чистый номер с нормальной мебелью и удобной кроватью, все исправно работало, регулярно убиралось. В номере бесплатный сейф, есть 2 зонта. В целом по отелю везде чистота. С шумоизоляцией все нормально, соседей не слышали, слышно было когда кто-то ходит по коридору и разговаривает. На завтрак одно и то же, но все очень даже съедобно. Один раз пришли в начале 10-го утра и второго (рис/лапша) уже не было и его не пополняли. При приходе 2-х гостей после нас донесли только яичницу (три штуки 😅, видимо примерно по количеству пришедших). За 12 дней один раз на завтрак подавались вафли, а так к чаю есть печенье. На повороте к отелю есть хороший магазин (для сравнения крем, который мы купили в другом магазине за 250 бат, в магазине около отеля стоил 100 бат). Там же можно купить сим-карту (где продаются экскурсии). Отель хорошо расположен, с удовольствием заворачиваешь с оживленной улицы и возвращаешься в маленький уголок тишины. И обедать и ужинать ходили в Sugar Snack напротив отеля. Встречает очень доброжелательный управляющий. Все, что мы пробовали было очень вкусно. Красивая подача у блюд, рыба, креветки - все приготовлено так как надо, не пережарено, не переварено. В конце подают комплимент - арбуз. На двоих обед или ужин обходился в 800 - 1000 бат (не пили алкоголь литрами). Из пляжей понравился Ката-Ной, мало народа, но волны. Съездили на тук-тук за 200 бат, можно дойти пешком.

Very clean and well maintained modern hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with modern amenities. The staff are lovely, always smiling, friendly and happy to help. The hotel itself is just a short walk to nearby Karon and Kata beach which are both stunning and offer beautiful sunsets. There is also a complimentary shuttle service that runs regularly throughout the day. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
