One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there. "

"The hotel stands out for the location and very family run hotel. Keep in mind for a 3 star hotel the rooms are small and outdated but for the price your getting a very good deal for PV compared to many places. The Taxi/Uber are available, the beach is walking distance, lots of amazing places to eat and shop, lots of night life and entertainment, and the buses are available for public transport anywhere in PV which i fou8nd to be the most convenient. Simply the location is the best ever and that is what your paying for the most in the price. The hotel staff cleans the room really well the the courtyard is pretty beautiful especially at night. The AC is so cold and well maintained that you wont be able to sleep on low setting. The staffs are very friendly and check-in and out was a breeze. Overall I am very happy with my stay here, next time ill be staying here again. "

"Overall, this all-inclusive hotel can only say that it can be lived together, don't have any too high expectations. Hotel 🏨: The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms and all the facilities can be clearly felt. This aspect is actually not in the way, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. Beach 🏖️: Compared with Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. Puerto Vallarta The beach is darker and has more stones (at least the beach of this hotel is like this) Near the hotel: There are shopping centers for 10 minutes from the hotel seat up or down. There is a milk tea shop with Gongcha nearby. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are also not far from the hotel. The street view is not very tall but the president is still safe. I didn't feel dangerous with my daughter out. Just walking down the street was fine."

"This hotel is located right on the beach with a restaurant downstairs. I had the ocean facing room and enjoyed my stay. This hotel, however, does not have a gym and only a very small pool on the rooftop so something to keep in mind if you need those amenities. Overall I enjoyed my stay."
