"The view is great, the food was great and the room was good. The only small things would be the staff could do better explaining things to families checking in, some explanations were vague. While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible."

"Location is convenient, 5-minute walk from JR Shimonoseki Station - through the footbridge or the underpass (footbridge recommended if you are carrying with you large pieces of luggage as elevators are available). Room setting is great - I especially liked the couch area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been even better. Coin laundry machines at the hotel are among the best I've tried - the passcode lock feature of the machines prevents your clothing items from being mistakenly taken by others."

"My kids and I love the aviances.the onseng is good.the breakfast is good but maybe if you put some others foods it will be excellent....then one thing I don't feel is that maybe if you have the facility or assistant to check in our baggage before our time is much help and wonderful.we have a lot of hotel we been but your hotel amaze us and hopefully you may improve more in food and luggage and you will see the impact of that.thank you"
