The staff's service attitude was good, and the overall experience was decent. It's very close to scenic spots, making it easy to visit nearby attractions."

"The room we stayed in was 49B. It has been renovated from an old house, but everything was very clean and neat, and it was really quiet at night. The only thing I would like to mention is that the power outlet was quite loose, so my phone would charge for a while and then stop charging intermittently. The owner was really friendly and nice. However, the breakfast was not quite to our taste, which may simply be due to differences in taste and preferences."

It's truly worth visiting and experiencing. The hotel facilities are complete and new. Although the rooms face the street, they are equipped with double-glazed windows, which are very effective at blocking out street noise. The only minor drawback is that the sound insulation between rooms is a bit weak. Beyond the free buffet breakfast, the hotel also offers a generous afternoon tea. After a tiring day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel to rest and refuel, every aspect caters to the needs of travelers, which is incredibly thoughtful."

"One of the rooms we stayed, the toilet had some smell while the other room initially had cigarettes smell. Since we were not spending much time in our rooms, the discomforts were bearable. We enjoyed the convenience of the location for sure. The hotel is actually residing in a building and occupying the entire level 5. There are other accommodation brandings occupying other levels. Overall, this hotel is mainly a no frills, budget friendly kind of accommodation. Suitable for those who wants the convenience to walk to West Lake（西湖) and perhaps Qing He Fang Ancient Street (清河坊老街)."

"This hotel is super convenient! It's right next to the subway station entrance, so getting to Ningbo High-speed Rail Station is a breeze, and then it's just a transfer to Line 1 for the airport. The room facilities are pretty good too, though the shower could have been a bit cleaner. Hopefully, they'll keep improving. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night on August 10th. The Giraffe Manor Hotel is located in a bamboo forest. We booked a package deal on trip.com. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and we were a little unlucky with the weather, as Typhoon Dolphin was in full swing, so we weren't able to fully appreciate the park and its children's activities. We booked a Distant Mountain Family Room. This room is on the first floor; it's better to book a room higher up—on the second or third floor—with a terrace for a view. The room, bed linens, and towels were clean. The room has everything for children, including a play tent, toys, a children's skincare set, and a giraffe-themed toothbrush. There's a bathtub by the window in the room itself. On the table was a plate of seasonal fruit, a capsule coffee machine, and coffee capsules. There was also a children's snowball fight set. The room had a slight, subtle odor, possibly due to the humid climate; we weren't sure what it was. But our main goal, of course, was breakfast with the giraffes. We arrived at the restaurant for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. We recommend arriving at that time to get a table by the window; the giraffes are released at 7:00 a.m., which is when they're hungry. Carrots are sold starting at 7:00 a.m. A bag of carrots costs 30 yuan. We bought 15 bags of carrots in total, as feeding the giraffes is a joy not only for children but also for adults. The giraffes are very well-groomed and cute. They have beautiful eyes with eyelashes. We definitely recommend coming here with children. The breakfasts themselves are delicious, buffet-style, and offer both Chinese and European cuisine. They also have delicious ice cream. We also had dinner at this restaurant. The portions are very large; one dish is easily enough for two. Our package included champagne, but you need a separate paper coupon for it. Please confirm this with reception if your package includes champagne. We weren't given a voucher right away; we had to write to reception during dinner. The issue was quickly resolved. We communicated with the hotel staff through a translator throughout. Upon checkout, our daughter was given a stuffed giraffe. We definitely recommend this experience for families with children and not only for kids: breakfast with the giraffes will be a memorable experience for everyone. We will definitely recommend this experience to our friends and everybody."

I booked with the front desk in advance for a complimentary airport shuttle, and they even prepared breakfast for my early morning flight, including milk, cake, bread, nuts, and fruit. "This is a wonderful small boutique hotel, beautiful and thoughtfully designed in every corner. I loved the summer special drinks in the lobby and the convenient 'carefree corner,' which had everything you could need. The flavored afternoon tea, featuring huangjiu (yellow wine), was a delightful and immersive experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; Cangqiao Old Street is lively and convenient, while Fushan Park and the morning market offer a glimpse into local life. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious. Plus, it's super easy to get around from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing."
