Tiramisu had been accomodating us since before we arrived at Lijiang and had arrange free pickup from railway station. When we arrived, the driver had been helping us with the heavy luggages. After we arrived, we was served with tea while waiting our room to be ready as we arrived early than scheduled. We have been escorted to our room with our luggages lifted by the staff. Our last day also had been wonderful as their help us to lift the luggage as we prepared to leave. I would say the host is very accommodating, responsive and very helpful. A small homestay located in the heart of the old town. There are enough shops and restaurants nearby. It's about a 10 minute walk to both the north gate and the south gate. Keep in mind if you have heavy luggage you would need to drag it around the cobblestone streets because no vehicle can reach the place. The service of the owner alone makes me rate this place 5/5 stars already. It didn't matter how many questions I asked, everytime he helped me out. If you are a solo traveller or don't speak any word of Mandarin then this is a great place to stay, the owner will make sure you don't get lost. While the service was perfect and couldn't be any better there are some negative things worth mentioning. First of all, the soundproofing is really bad. The room's door is full of holes and gaps so you can hear everything that is happening outside. Moreover, you better make sure you don't have any upstairs neighbours because you can hear everything what they do as well: moving around on the wooden floor, flushing the toilet, opening the tap, taking a shower. Second, talking about showers, the shower in the room takes quite some time to heat up (similar to most hotels in China) but the more annoying part is that its impossible to get the right temperature for the shower: its either way too hot or cold. Lastly, the curtains were full of disgusting stains and didn't block out all the light so I recommend just getting them replaced. All in all, this place has some positives and some negatives. Decide for yourself if you want to stay here. In my opinion, despite the negatives, I would definitely stay here again and recommend you to do the same.

The interior deco of the hotel is unique, and the breakfast area is at level 6 with a mountain view. Though it's next to a small lane where the vehicle passed through, the noise is minimal and does not affect my resting. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is attentive, helpful, and kind. On the day of my checkout, I received a souvenir from the reception. Am thankful for the thoughtfulness. Highly recommend this hotel.

The boutique hotels has personalized services compared to large hotels. However, it’s not important for me.

We were picked up by a small cart to the accommodation and welcomed to a very clean and modern designed room. Upon entering the lobby we were offered tea which was very nice. Also the room is well equiped with a humidifier and oxygen machine. Furthermore, the owners were very kind, gave us information about where to dress up (hanfu clothing) and packed our breakfast for to go as we had to head to the station early. Finding this cozy hotel can be tricky.. as it involve winding stairs going down to the ancient city 😂 the room is spacious as well as the bathroom, equipped with AC to control the heat during cold nights. Hosts are helpful and attentive to our needs. We love the plants and flowers at the hotel patio, which became our location for photographs ✌🏾 very walkable to the ancient city, safe, and easy to find taxi if you head out towards the main road from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, great views of the snow mountain and super friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend. The balcony has great views and the hotel decoration is very appealing! Will definitely come back again just for the location and views. They also have very healthy breakfast options that is great for digestion. After staying at this hotel for three nights, we left for a Tiger Leaping Gorge trek in Shangri-La. Thank you for keeping our bags at the hotel. After finishing the trek, We came back to Lijang and booked this hotel again. In the end, we stayed at this hotel all the time while we were in Lijiang. There are many places to go to Lijiang besides Lijiang old town but I didn't get tired of staying in old town for 5 days. You can come back to other places in Lijang next time. 🤭Lijang is a place I want to keep coming. Lili?( Puppy's name. I don't remember well)🤣 Take care of your health. The planet light on the terrace was really beautiful.( I wanted to buy it too🤭)

Very happy with this homestay, it is clean, spacious room with big shower place and about 13 mins walk to the Dali old town. You can ask the staff there if you are not sure about something , they will give some advice on it. They are all young people, very helpful and easy to communicate. I had swollen legs at day 1, 小钟先生 offers me 云南白药喷雾 and it really works! We had difficulty in calling Didi, maybe our train was early + their 清明节, the guy use his Hp to book Didi for us while I also trying, see which one can get fast response, luckily Didi respond on his hp, and we paid him back afterwards, really appreciated !

We enjoyed our time here. They have transport service to pick you up at the main road and also sending you to nearby places. Highly recommended.

When we head out we would ask for a bottle of water but the sweet girls will always ask if we need more because they see it’s the two of us. The sea view rooms have views of Erhai at a distance but we still enjoyed watching the clouds dance through the sky with the lake and mountains. The rooms are big and clean too. Highly recommend this hotel for people wanting to stay near Dali’s ancient town.

We had difficulties finding the hotel because it was quite hidden and the sign was not lighted up after certain time at night (we arrived in Dali quite late). Luckily a person helped us to find it. The check in process was swift. The room was quite big with all basic amenities provided including bath towel. I do not have any photos to show but it was a standard modern hotel room. The receptionist was very friendly and could recommend you places to visit in Dali. They did not know English so you have to use translation app. Recommended to stay if you are on budget.

Location was close to the activities at night and near for shopping/ exploring in the day time. Though it was a small team of hosts, they were on the ball to ensure you are not waiting for too long, that you are well taken care of.

I have never stayed there for one day before, and I want to stay here again next time. I also like their breakfast very much, you can add unlimited items 😂 The free travel photography part, I didn’t expect it to be true. The experience is great, the scenery is healing, and the photographer has great emotional value. Like it! The room was clean and you can always ask for help if needed. We went to Erhai Lake on the first day to feed seagulls. You can watch sunset from the room itself. On the second day, they helped us to book a driver for 400 yuan(9hours), he brought us to Erhai lake famous spot,Xi Zhou town, S bend lake, Dali ancient city and to a store to buy snacks for cheaper price. It was a wonderful trip. On our last day, we took a private van from hotel to Lijiang hotel.

Breakfast was hot and filling and had some small variety from day to day. Bed and shower were comfortable. Room was spacious and even had a little living room area. Delicious restaurant right across the street. My only (minor) complaints would be that “Mountain View” advertised was no view at all, but I enjoyed the Mountain View from the shared rooftop and the marvelous fish pond in the center of the inn.
