We appreciated Kurt Han and Emily's attentive assistance at the front desk throughout our stay. They not only arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, but he also upgraded one of our rooms to a river view, improving our journey with beautiful surroundings. Given that we were traveling with elderly family members, Han and Emily went above to locate both rooms on the same floor, making our movements much easier!

Nice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.

Stayed in a three bedroom apartment with family and friends. Location wise, it is good. Literally just next door you can find a decent Japanese Izakaya (居酒屋）and a respectable Cantonese restaurant. A short drive will take you to various malls. attractions and restaurants. The apartment was well stuffed. What one needs are all there. As the property is not new, there are wears-and-tears, not crumbling but..... Front desk service staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff are all up to par. Friendly, warm and efficient. Breakfast is ok, nothing to shout about but sufficient. Cost wise, it is good value for money. A major downside of our stay was the jacuzzi was under maintenance, thus depriving the kids of some recreational fun. A slight hiccup was one of the three treadmills was down for the whole duration of our stay, depriving us of a friendly competition. Overall, a pleasant enough stay.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom.. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. The food wasn’t great though and expensive for small portions.

The butler Wang Lei is professional and very friendly, responding to my needs quickly and doing everything he can to help. Whether it is room arrangement or providing personalized service, he did an excellent job. This high level of service added a lot to my entire stay. The catering is a bit disappointing. I was told that the hotel buffet restaurant is only open on weekends during the New Year's Eve. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but the taste and quality of the ingredients did not meet my expectations. The hygiene of the plates also needs to be improved. In addition, the service speed is not fast enough, and sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get served. As a ten-year hot spring hotel, some of the equipment here does look a bit old. The tiles and decorations in the hot spring area are beginning to wear and tear, and the furniture in the guest rooms also needs to be updated. Although the hot spring water itself is very comfortable, the overall maintenance and modernization of the facilities can be improved. The overall feeling is like a rural resort. If this is the expectation, it may be easier to accept. Overall, the butler service is a highlight and makes people feel the warmth of home. However, the aging of catering and facilities and the inability to keep up with the service are issues that cannot be ignored.

We chatted with another table of guests and shared two dishes. Thinking about it, it was a very happy experience. Even though it has been 20 days, I still find it interesting when I think about it. When I checked out, I was given two bags of dates as a small gift. It was quite sweet. I should have gone up the mountain to see the castle🏰, but I had to rush to the next location in the morning. So I didn't go. I hope I will have a chance to go there again
