Hotel near Pudong International Airport Area,Shanghai
AAriuntsetseg Ganbold 2026.05.28
It was a beautiful hotel with very unique decoration for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet away from the city noise. There are many Burger king, pizza hut, chagee, starbucks, and local restaurants around. The space is also large. It was a very nice hotel close to the airport. There were also airplane headphones and eye protection in our room 😍. It was even more convenient with the shuttle bus that goes to the airport starting at 4 in the morning. I will choose it again next time I come

The front desk staff were really warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. You can easily access People's Square Metro right outside, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is just next door, making it perfect for dining and shopping. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Hotel Review – Absolutely Worthwhile Stay I had a fantastic stay and honestly have nothing bad to say. The whole experience felt smooth, clean, and genuinely relaxing. My husband and I spent a couple of days there celebrating my birthday. Spa & Facilities The spa was amazing. It’s a no-shoe area, so you can walk around barefoot, in socks, or use the shoes they provide. It was spotlessly clean, and we had access to all the sauna and stone rooms. Our room had a private hot tub, which was a highlight, and the massages were both reasonably priced and excellent. Rooms & Service The staff spoke English and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. One thing to note: there aren’t shelves or cupboards in the rooms, but they provide hooks and hangers. That’s because they supply spa clothes for guests, so you don’t need much closet space. Your shoes are kept in lockers inside the hotel. You can put the on and take them off before you enter and exit the hotel. Location & Convenience It’s close to Disney, and they run a bus to and from Disneyland. The departure time is a bit early, but you can have an early breakfast beforehand if you book a room with breakfast included. The wristband system makes everything easy and affordable — meals, games, and other extras all get charged directly to your room. Extras for Everyone There’s plenty to do on-site: billiards, Nintendo games, arcade room, movies, and several kid-friendly areas. They also have an in-house restaurant with snack bars, ice cream, drinks, and sweets. Designated smoking areas are available too. Overall, it was a really relaxing and well-organized getaway. Great for families and couples alike. Highly recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near Disney.

Gazing at the stars late at night, if you feel a sense of peace, it means you're close to home. Over the past three or four years, I've stayed at Moxy Hotel more than ten times, and I've grown accustomed to the calm and quiet atmosphere here. Even though it's right next to Hongqiao Station, it feels like a secluded paradise. Most hotels in Shanghai have small rooms and tend to be humid. But at Moxy Hotel, the space is generous, the facilities are complete, the service is very professional, and the breakfast is delicious. I will continue to stay here as always.

The hotel was very nice. No bad smell in the room or the conditioner. No wet smell. Quiet location. The room was rather new. Beds are comfortable. Aby from reception was very nice! Overall we really liked our stay here. The only thing that was a little odd for me - the cleaning lady didn’t make our beds and didn’t wash the cups when we used it. Other than that - a very nice and pleasant experience. Lunch is amazing! We will come back to this place the next time we are in Shanghai. Good value!

Choosing this hotel for my Shanghai trip was absolutely the right decision – my overall experience was fantastic, a perfect 10! It's definitely a top pick for both leisure and business travelers visiting Shanghai, I wholeheartedly recommend it! The most delightful surprise about this hotel is its superb location. Step right out and you're on the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of shops, eateries, and commercial areas, making shopping, sightseeing, and exploring incredibly convenient. No need to rush around; you can soak in Shanghai's urban vibe anytime, anywhere, which truly maximizes your travel happiness. Transportation is also impeccable. It's right next to the entrances of Metro Line 2 and Line 10, making transfers super easy. Whether you're heading to major Shanghai railway stations or the airport, it's completely hassle-free, significantly cutting down travel time. This is incredibly traveler-friendly for out-of-town visitors and business travelers, perfectly solving the transportation challenges of getting around the city center. The hotel's amenities are practical and thoughtful, with attention to every detail. You can experience the smart robot delivery service throughout your stay; food delivery, toiletries, and drinking water can all be delivered to your room with a single click – efficient, convenient, and full of a high-tech feel. There's also a gym and self-service laundry room. While not grand or luxurious, the facilities are fully functional, clean, and incredibly practical. You can easily exercise and relax after a tiring journey, and clothes from multiple days of travel can be washed and dried promptly, completely solving the laundry problem for longer trips. It's especially suitable for extended stays. Overall, the stay was comfortable and stress-free. There are no unnecessary, redundant facilities; it focuses on practicality, convenience, and offers exceptional value for money. With its prime location, convenient transportation, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable living environment, it's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, on the day of my most recent stay, there was window cleaning service outside, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. More importantly, the soundproofing is really poor. Or perhaps it was the noisy neighbors who left their door open; either way, I was surrounded by noise all night long, ugh! Another area that needs improvement is the hotel service. When I carelessly left some clothes in my room and called immediately, the front desk's service was quite inefficient. I didn't get a prompt reply, so I had to call again about 8 minutes later to inquire. Finally, they confirmed the forgotten items and agreed to mail them to me!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Firstly, their rooms have all kinds of odd combinations so we managed to find rooms to fit each of our huge family. We arrived at 4am and they were ready to check us in (we messaged them beforehand and booked for the day before) and helped us with the luggage. They also accepted our online deliveries and kept them on a rack where we can collect them once we are here. The resident pug, Qiuqiu is quiet and mild so even though the kids are scared of animals, they can tolerate Qiuqiu. They have free shuttle service to Disneyland. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is reasonable. The buffet breakfast has limited variety but is good enough for the price. We have dinner at their restaurant both nights since we were too tired to go out at night. The food was good and the price reasonable. They also have laundry service and laundry room with detergent provided. The staffs are nice and friendly. They helped us book 6-seater cars to get to the train station for cheaper price at the last minute when we saw that the price for Didi was more expensive. Overall we have a pleasant experience here, especially since we have kids and grandparents with us. Highly recommended for families.

The location is great, near to many famous food places and shopping district. However, the hotel room is small, bathroom is small too. The room has a smell of mouldy air con, or clothes not dried with sun kind of smell that lingered for long. They don’t change bedsheets or blanket covers unless requested (we stayed five nights). And after night 3 I requested cos it was dirty. Ordering food and collection of Taobao parcels were easy. Service staff were friendly. So all they need is really a Reno I guess. Oh there is no drop off area for hotel so getting on cabs or didi was a bit difficult but doable.

The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The hotel environment is superb, with elegant design, comfortable and cozy rooms, and complete, advanced facilities 🤙. The hairdryer was super high-end and practical 🤙🤙🤙. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and polite ❤️. There are little parrots in the lobby on the first floor 🤩🤩, and the tea room, rooms, and corridors have natural, clear sounds, with birds chirping and flowers fragrant 🌹🌹. I will definitely be coming back again next ❤️.

YYanxiu1010This stay was a fantastic surprise; the front desk upgraded us directly to a suite. The room layout was superb, with a bedroom, a large living room, and a big bathtub. The view was expansive, directly facing the Lujiazui business district (even though it missed the 'three-piece set' of Oriental Pearl Tower, the view was still stunning). 📍Perfect Location: Right outside, you're on the North Bund waterfront. A short walk of a few hundred meters takes you to popular photo spots, and across the river is the Pudong skyline. Nearby, The Drop restaurant and Magnolia Plaza offer convenient dining and shopping options. ✨Exceptional Service: Returning in the evening, we found that housekeeping had thoughtfully turned down the bed, drawn the curtains, and even delivered a complimentary evening drink. This feeling of being well-cared for was wonderful! Many thanks to Deslin and Lily. If you want to enjoy the beautiful Bund scenery, you absolutely shouldn't miss the Banyan Tree. I'll definitely be back again!

GGuest UserI usually don't write reviews, but this time I was genuinely touched. My daughter didn't take the bullet train home, so we looked for a hotel near Pudong Airport and found Vienna Hotel. I didn't expect it to be so good – great value, clean, and excellent service 👍. Truly worth the money. We'll definitely choose Vienna again for future trips.

DDulusisimaqianArrived at 6 PM, check-in was super quick. They even gave us some commemorative items for their 10th anniversary; if you collect them all, you get a gift. I asked for a toothbrush, but you can also order one through the Disney app and have it delivered to your room, which is really convenient. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly comfortable. The bathtub was very mini. We stayed for two nights, and honestly, the other guests woke up way too early; I kept getting disturbed. The shuttle bus was very convenient, dropping us directly at the early entry gate in the morning. We arrived at 7:50 AM and didn't have to queue much to get in, though all the rides still had lines.

GGuest UserLet me start with the most important thing: this is a hotel you'll definitely want to visit again if you come once – it's perfect for families with kids! Highly, highly, highly recommend! We had a great time. This hotel is located at the foot of a mountain, about a 1.5-hour drive from the city. It's quite close to the subway station, only 3km away, and there are many other attractions nearby, such as Maya Water Park and Happy Valley. Parking is free. Bob provided great service, sending us hotel activity information and the free parking code in advance. There were a lot of guests checking in that day, so parking was a bit tight. The room was spacious. This is an older hotel, about twenty-something years old, but it has been renovated.

AAndx517Located at Pudong East side which is slightly outskirt of Shanghai town but good for Disneyland/Shanghai Zoo stay. Provided the shuttle bus for the airport and Disneyland transfer. The two lady staff at night arrival were kind and polite, full of sincere greetings during arrival but the morning check in staff doesn't seem friendly compared to the night shift. The room was spacious and comfortable, comes with an intelligent toilet bowl and XiaoDu home control. and also a washing machine inside. Complimentary simple snacks and soft drinks in the fridge. Breakfast more to local Chinese cuisine well enough and acceptable but expected better for Hyatt standard. This Hotel comes with a beautiful garden beside river which is good for photography and hanging around with children, had small children's playground at the garden as well. Overall we had a great experience for our stay , but there's room for improvement on the Breakfast side and also the services from the morning shift receptionist.

BBoncaTraveling with a lot of large luggage this trip, I was initially worried about the inconvenience of carrying and storing it. However, the hotel's concierge staff proactively assisted throughout the entire process, smoothly delivering my bags to the room and even thoughtfully arranging them in the custom storage area. I didn't have to lift a finger myself. Temporarily storing luggage when going out was also incredibly convenient; the check-in process was simple and efficient, and upon retrieval, my items were neatly arranged. This meticulous luggage service truly eased the hassle of long-distance travel, showcasing the professional caliber and attention to detail of a high-end hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was comfortable, and both breakfast and the late-night snack were delicious. I especially recommend the late-night snack – it's the first time I've encountered such thoughtful hotel service! We came back quite late from Disneyland, and it was so pleasant to be able to enjoy a bowl of delicious hot noodle soup right at the hotel. Plus, the staff were all very enthusiastic and full of youthful energy! I hope the hotel continues to thrive!

GGuest UserMy husband and I decided on Shanghai Disneyland for our May Day honeymoon, and choosing the Guyiju Hotel truly doubled the happiness of our fairytale getaway! It was stress-free and wonderfully relaxing from start to finish, so I absolutely have to write a detailed, glowing review to recommend it to every couple planning a Disney honeymoon! First, let's talk about the most crucial aspect: its location and shuttle service. This is truly a godsend for Disney visitors! The hotel is only about a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and best of all, they offer a complimentary dedicated Disney shuttle service. We checked in the day before and reserved the 7:30 AM shuttle with the front desk. The next morning, it departed promptly, taking us right to the park entrance. No rushing for the subway, no hassle with taxis, and we even had time for breakfast before heading out – perfectly suited for the relaxed pace of a honeymoon. After watching the spectacular fireworks show at night, there was no squeezing through crowds or worrying about finding a taxi; we simply took the hotel's return shuttle back. It was effortless and reassuring the entire time, making it incredibly convenient for honeymooning couples. Next, I have to praise the hotel environment and room experience – it was romantic and elegant, perfectly capturing the honeymoon vibe! Walking into the hotel, the common areas were tidy and tasteful, with refined details that made for great photo opportunities. Our room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding, changed for each guest, was soft and skin-friendly; lying on it, our fatigue instantly melted away. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, stable water pressure, and plenty of hot water – a hot shower after a long day at the park was incredibly therapeutic. The smart facilities in the room were also a huge plus: automatic curtains, a Bluetooth speaker, and welcoming music, combining technology with warmth. Lying in bed with my husband at night, listening to soothing music and recounting our sweet moments at Disneyland that day, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. What touched us most was the incredibly warm and thoughtful service, truly embodying their motto of 'caring warmth, heartwarming service'! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, with gentle smiles. They efficiently processed our check-in, and even thoughtfully provided us with Disney touring tips, shuttle times, and proactively reminded us about the significant temperature difference at night in Disney, advising us to dress warmly. During our stay, any issues we had were addressed promptly and attentively. One evening, after returning from Disney tired and hungry, and not wanting to go out for food, the hotel's vending machine was a true 'lifesaver' – offering drinks, instant noodles, and snacks. These thoughtful details made our honeymoon journey full of感动. There's also a supermarket, a 24-hour convenience store, and several restaurants nearby, so if you wanted a late-night snack, it was easily accessible downstairs, making life incredibly convenient. Finally, let's talk about the sweet experience of a Disney honeymoon, perfectly complemented by the Guyiju Hotel, recreating a fairytale romance! At Disneyland, my husband and I held hands walking down Mickey Avenue, watching colorful balloons ascend; we rode the carousel side-by-side, feeling the sweetness of childhood innocence; we challenged Pirates of the Caribbean and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train together, holding each other tightly in thrilling moments; in the evening, we watched the parade, waving and interacting with Disney friends, doubling our joy; and at night, as fireworks erupted over the castle, their brilliant light reflecting in our smiles, we embraced and kissed. In that moment, the fairytale came to life, and our love overflowed. Returning to Guyiju Hotel was like coming home from a fairytale world to a gentle haven. The comfortable environment and attentive service ensured that every tired evening was softly healed, and every morning started with renewed energy. This May Day honeymoon, made magical by Disney's fairytale romance and even more so by the caring companionship of Guyiju Hotel, became one of the most precious and sweet memories of our lives. It offers incredible value for money and a full-score experience. Whether for a honeymoon, a romantic getaway for couples, or a family trip, Guyiju Hotel is an excellent choice near Disneyland! I've already made a mental note – next time we visit Shanghai Disneyland, we'll definitely stay here again, and I'll wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends planning trips.💕
