"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"The hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. Knowing it was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and even prepared a large cake! The fruits in the room and the beverages in the mini-bar were top-notch. The large soaking tub in the room was amazing—the water felt so relaxing, and sure enough, our skin felt silky smooth afterwards! Not only did they provide a private car to take us to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance and dining, but the breakfast at the restaurant was also exceptionally delicious. From the taste to the presentation, everything was first-class, and you could truly feel the genuine care and dedication put into everything they do. I just casually mentioned that the apples in the lobby smelled amazing, and when we got into the car, the butler handed us a bag of them as a send-off. My child was planning to buy a doll at Huaqing Palace, and the receptionist at the front desk happened to notice, proactively asked about it, and actually gave her one as a gift! We only stayed for one night due to limited time, but we received so much kindness and care—we are truly grateful! It was such a blessing to wrap up our holiday here. Thank you for giving us so many wonderful memories!"

"Novotel Xi'an Bell Tower is located right in the city center, right next to the Bell Tower, making getting around super convenient! There's even a direct shuttle bus right outside the hotel. The room amenities were great and the environment was spotless! I stayed for three days during the National Day holiday: the hotel service was exceptionally attentive, and the breakfast was rich with great local specialties. It left a wonderful and lasting impression on my first trip to Xi'an!"

"I chose this hotel for a family trip, and it was great. The room was fully equipped, spotless, and felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Best of all, they offer free late-night snacks from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM—it was so nice to come back from shopping and have a hot bite to eat. Highly recommended!"

"Great location! It is right next to the Xi’an bell tower so the location couldn’t be any better. You have the metro right in front of the hotel and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room itself is standard, the bathroom and bed are clean, but the walls, curtains, carpet aren’t and the AC was really dirty/dusty so we didn’t turn it on. That would be the only downside. Everything else was fine."

"The hotel's decor has a distinct Xi'an charm. The front desk is on the 5th floor, which made checking out a bit inconvenient as you have to make a special trip up there. That said, enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea against the backdrop of the Xi'an City Wall at sunset was truly an unforgettable highlight of the trip. The complimentary fruit in the room was also a lovely, thoughtful touch. The staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a huge curved panoramic window—the view was simply unbeatable. However, even with all the windows shut, the soundproofing could be improved; street racing noise wasn't completely blocked out. The hotel might want to consider upgrading to better vacuum-insulated glass to solve this issue once and for all. The scents of the shampoo and body wash matched the hotel's vibe perfectly—they seem very intentionally chosen. It would be even better if disposable face towels were provided. The most troublesome part was the motorized curtains: you had to be careful not to knock over the TV when opening or closing them. Moving the TV elsewhere would be a good idea, especially since it actually gets in the way of the panoramic window view anyway. We slept with the curtains open and were treated to a beautiful sunrise the next morning."

"Traveling during the National Day holiday, the subway is definitely the most convenient option. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's super easy to find – just exit D of Metro Line 2 and turn right. It takes about 40 minutes by subway to Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station. The Kaiyuan Mall nearby offers great photo opportunities of the Bell and Drum Towers. And the Chang'an Grand Restaurant (with its lantern festival decor) right outside the mall is amazing; they have all the local specialties. I actually preferred Chang'an Grand Restaurant over Drunken Chang'an. Overall, the hotel service was good. Our family suite was spacious, and the hotel has a charming retro style. The electric kettle was an instant-heating type with a retro look, but it wasn't very functional, so I was glad I brought my own. The hairdryer was indeed a Dyson. The hotel even provides disposable bathtub covers for a relaxing soak. The bathroom was also thoughtfully designed with hooks for hanging clothes. The only minor downside was that the toilet didn't have a bidet function. For those who prioritize quality and enjoy local cuisine, I highly recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel breakfast is just filling, nothing special! The breakfast at several Halal restaurants in Gaojia Courtyard Alley was excellent. I tried the *hulatang* (spicy soup) and beef *guantangbao* (soup dumplings), and both were delicious. From the hotel, you can easily do a city walk around the Bell and Drum Towers, hitting several classic spots like Fenxiang, Defuxiang, Xiangzi Temple, Gaojia Courtyard, and Shuyuanmen. I averaged 20,000 steps daily! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the Terracotta Army, which you can book on the first floor for 40 RMB round trip per person. Xi'an has a strong service culture!"

"Highly recommend this high-altitude Yueji big bed room! The floor is high, the view is wide, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are too beautiful to watch the sunset, the room is in place, the bedding is comfortable, and the space is spacious and not depressing. Designer-type hotels, so there are more check-in points. The first to push the suspended stairs and the sky to send a bunch of praises to the circle of friends. I especially praise Xiao Yang in the front office. Yang helped me get the light. In the evening, the terrace bar is open, there is a cocktail to taste, and it is also equipped with children's fun. The environment is elegant, there is really a full sense of atmosphere in the city micro-holiday, whether it is a relaxing trip or a weekday punch card to take pictures, a great stay experience, worthy of praise"

"Staying at Yaman Hotel this time exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, and the TV supported screen casting, which made catching up on shows and watching movies super convenient. The smart toilet in the bathroom was an absolute game-changer—clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The bedding was soft, the environment was quiet, and the service attitude was fantastic. It's a great place to stay for a trip, and I will definitely choose it again next time. The uncle who helped with our luggage was super enthusiastic; he introduced the room, the amenities, and how to access the scenic area (the hotel's back door leads right to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda). Food deliveries ordered from outside were promptly brought up to the room, and he was always smiling, very patient, and warm. You could really tell he loves the hotel's atmosphere. It started raining when we went out at night, and the front desk proactively offered to lend us hotel umbrellas. When we came back, someone promptly came out to guide our parking. _Breakfast had a strong Xi'an local flavor, and the lady at the restaurant entrance was also very warm and welcoming._ A hotel with genuine warmth and heart."
