Romantic Hotels in Shaanxi, China

The hotel lobby is designed with a touch of luxury and sophistication. Upon arrival, I was greeted with complimentary iced drinks, and the sour plum juice was wonderfully refreshing and thirst-quenching. The front desk staff, N, handled my check-in with excellent organization and incredible efficiency. For check-out, they skipped the room inspection and immediately refunded my deposit without any delay. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again when I visit Xi'an in the future! It was really good. Thumbs up! 👍

This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!

The room was spotless. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the room is very spacious, with two large beds perfect for a family trip. Parking is convenient, the hotel's location is excellent, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.

After my college entrance exam, I came to Xi'an for a trip. First off, the location here is incredibly convenient. The Bell Tower is right downstairs, and the Muslim Quarter and Wei Jia Liang Pi are also nearby. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helped us get an upgrade. Our original room didn't have a window, but the upgraded one had a perfect view of the Bell Tower. My friend and I are both quite particular about bathrooms, and the one here had a separate wet and dry area, and even a smart toilet. The shower pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel has two floors, and our floor was really fragrant and quiet. The air conditioning in the hotel was also fantastic; the temperature was comfortable, and the airflow was strong. The cleaning lady was also lovely; for our 3-night stay, she came in every day to clean, change trash bags, and restock used items. When we checked out with all our luggage, the front desk lady even helped us put everything into a large bag and asked if we wanted to take two bottles of water with us. The service was absolutely impeccable and very warm. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was genuinely excellent. The only minor drawback is that food delivery can't come directly to the room; you have to go downstairs to the delivery lockers to pick it up yourself. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again.

This family-friendly hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Initially, I was quite anxious about the hotel's cleanliness and other details. We were so satisfied after checking in that night that we extended our stay for a total of 4 nights. We requested a bed rail, humidifier, Switch, and toys from the front desk. And the best part – a stroller! It was a lifesaver. Different staff members were at the front desk each day, but all were consistently friendly, patient, and thoughtful. They significantly eased the anxiety of our already stressful family trip with a little one. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all families visiting Xi'an.

The room was comfortable and we appreciated the couch as a geeat place to relax. We had a 5 day stay - so the free washers and dryers were a great bonus. The breakfast was average - for China, excellent compared to the US. The food was a bit bland, but condiments to spice it up wrre readily available. They did pack breakfast to go for us the 2 mornins we had pick ups before the 7-10 am buffet started.(A roll, hard boiled egg, piece of corn, and package of milk.) The hotel is rebranding as Maple Grove Hotel (labeled in English). However, it was still showing as Nanfeng for Didi rides and in Amap. The rooms have new laminate floors and were cleaned daily. The carpet in the hallways was stained and they said they would get it replaced. They always left an extra package of paper - handy for your pack when at public spaces - and daily extra water bottles. They are, like many hotels, becoming environmentally conscious by placing reuseable slippers and full bottles of quality shower products.

Satisfied! Satisfied from every perspective! Hotel location: Surrounded by the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, all within walking distance! Service: From parking, service, room cleanliness, to breakfast, it all felt like coming home! Every staff member greeted us with a smile and polite welcome! They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an! Highly recommended!

Fantastic value for money, truly a top-notch experience at this price point. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a well-thought-out layout. The bathroom was also large, with a great separate wet and dry area. The decor was warm and felt high-quality. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, and parking was convenient. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, and the front desk service was attentive and excellent. Definitely worth coming back again!

This was my first time staying at a B&B, and it was a unique experience. B&Bs definitely have a more personal touch. The owner was really nice; they even gave us milk and helped with our laundry, washing, drying, and folding it for us.
