The front desk reception was warm and attentive, proactively explaining travel routes, and housekeeping cleaned thoroughly and carefully. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. The room facilities were new and complete, with smart controls, soft bedding, and clean bathrooms – everything you need for maximum comfort. It was especially convenient for self-driving, as the hotel offers a free parking lot with ample spaces, so no extra cost for parking, which is very friendly for drivers. The rooftop terrace offers complimentary afternoon tea with a rich variety of snacks and drinks. Enjoying desserts while overlooking the Yongningmen city wall creates a fantastic view and atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it convenient for going out and exploring food. The amenities and benefits are comprehensive and practical, offering superb value for money. This is my top choice for staying in Xi'an, and I will definitely come back next time!"

"My short weekend trip to Xi'an was made even better by my stay at the Jingxin Hotel, which exceeded all expectations. Its location is a major highlight, right in the heart of a bustling residential area. The metro is just a few minutes away, providing direct access to all the major attractions. Plus, there are tons of local eateries nearby, so you don't have to queue up at famous old-school restaurants. The room came equipped with a 'Xiao Du' smart speaker, allowing for full smart home integration. I could control everything with voice commands, easily switching between scenes for a midday nap, binge-watching shows, or getting ready for bed – it was all so simple to use. The smart toilet in the bathroom was fantastic; the heated seat was perfect for any season, and it offered various washing modes with warm air drying, leaving no unpleasant odors. The dry-wet separation in the bathroom meant no water stains, and it was impeccably clean. Overall, the facilities are brand new, and the environment is quiet. My two-day trip was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a short weekend getaway to Xi'an."

"Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍."

"I returned from overseas and found my old house in Xi'an unsafe due to its age and being uninhabited for so long, so I chose this hotel near the Bell Tower. The location is excellent, with delicious food right on the doorstep. What's more, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Xiao Qiao; even though she's new, she's very familiar with her duties and passionate about her work and guests. She not only showed me various room types but also offered many practical recommendations. The lobby manager and team also took wonderful care of my 90-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair. We're very grateful for them accommodating our room change! For the exquisite buffet afternoon tea, I highly recommend the Japanese daifuku and ice jelly—they were delicious!"

"This was a wonderfully cozy family-friendly stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the front desk staff, L, thoughtfully offered us complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea. The room was comfortable and relaxing, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It's definitely a family hotel worth revisiting. The 'Starry Sky Garden' on the ninth floor was also beautiful at night."

"Airport shuttle service (Xi'an Xianyang Airport, requires 1-day advance booking): I originally booked the Atour hotel nearby, but after seeing the reviews for this place, I decisively chose it instead – and it didn't disappoint! It even offers free airport shuttle service. We stayed here for several nights; it's super close to the city center, and it's really convenient to take a taxi to all the attractions. The pick-up driver was excellent, finding us immediately upon exiting the airport! Superb! Cleanliness: Although it's been open for a few years, the room facilities are quite new. My son loves Ultraman, so we paid extra to upgrade to a themed room. The amenities were comprehensive, and there were complimentary fruits and snacks. Facilities: The room also had free drinks, including my son's favorite Wangzai milk. There's also a free laundry service – someone collects your clothes and then neatly folds them in a basket in your room when you return at the end of the day. Service: Everything from the airport pick-up to check-in was incredibly satisfying. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk, and then to our room, explaining all the hotel and room amenities along the way. I didn't have breakfast any of the days because I overslept, haha, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond with its service. I usually don't bother writing reviews! Now for the cons: The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Maybe I'm a light sleeper, but I could hear kids running in the hallway. The window also faces a main road, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a quieter room. It would be great if the room included some soap for washing underwear and cotton swabs (a toiletry kit) – I didn't see any! At check-out, Li Zi, Mu Zi, Tao Zi, and Xi Mi were all very enthusiastic! They even gave us local specialty souvenirs. All in all, I'm still very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommend it to everyone!!!"

"The location is excellent, within walking distance to Shuyuanmen and very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, making it super convenient for getting around. The room decor is stylish, clearly reflecting the owner's aesthetic. In the evenings, they offer a sweet nightcap, and in the afternoon, you can try your hand at making sachets – these little touches really add to the experience. Although smoking is prohibited in the rooms, I could still smell cigarette smoke wafting out when I first opened the door, so I'd suggest the hotel consider adding some air fresheners. There was a slight hiccup during check-in: the front desk staff led us to our room, but it was literally just 'leading the way.' My husband had to carry both large suitcases by himself, as the staff didn't offer to help. After swiping the card at the room door, they didn't even bother to hold the door open. It felt like their proactive service awareness could use some improvement in this area. However, the front desk staff's performance at check-out was the complete opposite. Not only did they give us a souvenir, but they also proactively helped us load our luggage into the car. So, overall, it seems like an issue with individual staff training rather than the hotel's overall service standard. Also, there's a restaurant right downstairs, but unfortunately, we woke up too late and missed breakfast, which was a bit of a shame. If you're visiting Xi'an, staying here is very convenient due to its location."

"The room's modern Chinese decor is beautiful and grand. The private hot spring tub faces lush greenery, creating an absolutely fantastic atmosphere. The bathroom is clean, well-maintained, and has a smart layout with a separate wet and dry area. Right outside the shower is a cloakroom with a stool, which is very convenient for bathing. The bedding is comfortable, and the overall feel is quiet and private – a great relaxing holiday experience. We stayed here for all 3 nights of our trip to Xi'an. The breakfast roujiamo (meat burger) and zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake) were delicious, and the service staff inside, including the aunties, uncles, and young men, were all incredibly nice. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xi'an."

"The B&B room was clean, but it was a bit hard to find at first since it's located in an alley. The customer service lady sent us a message with directions, which was helpful. The service was friendly and good. It's very convenient because it's right next to a snack street. The B&B is also close to other attractions and has a subway station nearby. Overall, it's a good place."

Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!"
