If you're looking for a unique hotel experience in Macau, this place is definitely worth a try to immerse yourself in a European palace ambiance. 🙂"

"We stayed in room 1303, which offered a view of the Grand Lisboa. There's a mini-mart downstairs and a bus stop just a hundred meters away. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, but the hotel doesn't provide hand soap, so you'll need to bring your own."

"Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and the service was remarkable for the vast majority of my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and, in many respects, the establishment deserves its five-star reputation. However, I do want to mention an important point for future guests regarding the hotel's transportation service. On the night of the fireworks, the hotel transported us to old Macau. We naturally assumed we could also use the hotel's transportation to return after the event. However, upon returning, we learned that the buses were reserved for VIP guests and that we couldn't board. Therefore, I recommend that future guests clearly check with the hotel, before departing, if the offered transportation also includes the return journey and if it is accessible to all guests or only to VIP guests. This information was not clear to us, and we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to get back to the hotel. I can perfectly understand that a bus might be full or that the hotel has a particular policy for certain guests. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. A staff member spoke to us very abruptly and raised their voice, even though we were simply trying to understand how to get back to the hotel. I reported the situation to the hotel upon my return. I was listened to, but unfortunately, no one contacted me the next day to follow up or simply acknowledge what had happened. It's a shame, because apart from this incident, my stay was truly excellent. A simple gesture of attention or a follow-up from management would probably have completely changed my impression of this situation. Despite everything, I still have a very good overall impression of the hotel and the quality of its facilities. I just hope that the round-trip transportation service will be explained more clearly to future guests and that this type of situation will be handled better in the future."

"This hotel is amazing, I'm super satisfied! It's so convenient for concerts, just cross the road and you're at the Galaxy. Getting a taxi or car is easy too! Most importantly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit small, but I don't really watch it anyway, so no big deal. The service was also great; the front desk staff were all very polite and dedicated! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!! And Lay's concert was the absolute best! 👍👍👍"

"What a gem! This was I think our 5th stay here and we've already booked our next stay soon! That's how amazing it is here in Artyzen. We just adore this resort and the staff are always hospitable and kind. They remember us by our first names. What a nice touch. We enjoyed our suite, pool, gym, kidsco, breakfast and eating by the pool. Thank you to Mr. Will, Jennifer, Maricris, Yang, the bell man who always help and assist us (sorry I forgot his name) and of course Mr. Patrick for always taking care of us and making sure we have an unforgettable stay as always. "I was genuinely impressed by the hotel and its overall ambiance. The property has a charming, coastal elegance that gave me beautiful Brighton vibes, making the stay feel both relaxing and memorable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a bathtub that added an extra touch of luxury. The staff also provided everything I needed throughout my stay. While I found the service to be somewhat reserved and less accommodating than I had expected, I understand that this may simply be a difference in culture and hospitality style. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was having the pool almost entirely to myself, which made the experience feel especially private and relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily consider returning in the future."
