Absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step inside, you can tell it's a guesthouse with a great artistic vibe. We traveled during the off-peak season, so parking right outside was incredibly easy. The rooftop view is amazing, and the tatami bed was super comfortable to sleep on. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. There were five of us, and having two sinks in the room was really convenient and clean. The shower and toilet were also separate, which was great. I'm not much of a photographer, so I didn't take many pictures, but the room truly is beautiful. The basement level is a coffee shop, and I imagine taking photos there while having afternoon tea would turn out wonderfully! Since I had my child with me, I just took my drink back to the room. Next time, I'll definitely come without the kids! Service: The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gentle. When we checked out, we had a small issue with the key card due to our own mistake, but they patiently helped us resolve it, allowing us to end our trip on a perfect note.

I recently visited Dalian, and the scenery here is absolutely beautiful. There were so many seagulls flying by the sea, and they weren't afraid of people at all; we even fed them sausages. Xinghai Square was bustling with people taking a stroll, and the weather was fantastic, perfect for a walk. The hotel was very clean, and the ambiance was quite unique. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. If I ever get the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely stay here.

So many hotels in Shenyang! This one seems to have been recently renovated with a simple and stylish design. The hotel's location is easy to find; you can get there effortlessly by following the navigation. The price during non-holiday periods is also very reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff were very professional; after they helped upgrade our room, we found a strong smoky smell. The staff immediately assisted us in changing to another room. All the towels and bath towels in the hotel are individually packaged, and a bath liner was thoughtfully provided for the bathtub. The bedding and linens were clean and comfortable. The room is highly automated, and on the first floor, there's a teahouse and coffee available for tasting. Not far from the hotel, there are recommended barbecue restaurants and a coffee street.

The bathroom is too small. The shower relies on a water heater, so after one person showers, there's a waiting period before the next person can use hot water. Plus, the glass shower door leaks, flooding the bathroom floor. The TV is just for show; you can't actually watch anything (it's supposed to be smart TV). The underground parking is a two-way street that's both narrow and winding. There's no phone in the room to call the front desk or housekeeping; you have to add them on WeChat. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel.

As expected from a Marriott property, the One Castle Hotel truly showcases its sophisticated style. The amenities are excellent, with the pool and fitness areas well-maintained. The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

This hotel in Shenyang's Middle Street was a truly delightful surprise! Its location is absolutely superb, right on Dongshuncheng Street, adjacent to Exit A of Zhongjie Station on Metro Line 1, making travel incredibly convenient. Step out and you're directly on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, with all sorts of food and shops readily available. You can even walk directly to the Imperial Palace and Zhangshi Ancestral Temple. The hotel's interior is elegant and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and airy. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was super efficient. Overall, the stay was a perfect 10 – a must-choose for anyone visiting Shenyang!

When visiting Dalian, it's really important to choose a good hotel, and this one is an excellent choice. It's relatively new, less than two years old, with a charming Chinese-style decor. All the room amenities are automated, which is a nice touch. The service from Xiao Wei was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Plus, it's only a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making transportation super convenient! We also visited the popular roast duck restaurant and Pin Hai Lou – honestly, thumbs up!

I really want to commend our butler, Dino. Their service was professional and incredibly warm. They were humble and friendly, and very meticulous in their work. Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

This is my second stay, and as always, it's excellent! As a Ctrip Diamond member, I've stayed in many hotels, and the Shenyang Hauser Serenity Hotel is definitely one of my favorites! First off, the hotel's decor is incredibly grand and stylish. The fragrance, color scheme, and every detail feel very high-end. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the bed is huge, making it perfect for family trips. My friends told me the family rooms are even more beautiful, with lots of children's toys that kids absolutely love. My child is older now, so we don't need those, but she loved the big TV and casting to it was super fun! Another highlight is the breakfast. Honestly, the variety and taste of the breakfast are on par with major five-star hotels. It's the kind of breakfast that makes you want to set an alarm and get up for it, rather than sleeping in. You could eat something different every day and still not try everything. The clam and kidney bean noodles, especially with a bit of meat sauce, are absolutely amazing! Now that the holiday is over, it's time to head home, and I really didn't want to leave. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shenyang!
