The hotel facilities are excellent and the room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb, right near Huangxing Square in the city center, so we could walk to many popular attractions. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even asked if we'd like some late-night congee, which was a wonderful touch! I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain gate and the cable car down the mountain. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right outside, and a Ba Wang Cha Ji (another tea shop) and McDonald's not far away. I drove here, and the hotel offers free parking, both above ground and underground. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers free shared hiking poles and fans for guests to take, and there's complimentary lemonade and tea in the lobby. If you order takeout, a robot can deliver it to your room. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The accommodations were fantastic; the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. Hilton's brand truly lives up to its reputation, and there were many international guests. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety, and the quality was excellent. A staff member even kindly reminded me to eat a good breakfast before heading up the mountain! It was a truly wonderful stay.

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The room looked exactly like the photos, even more atmospheric in person, and every little detail showed careful thought. The bedding was so soft and cozy, I just wanted to lie there all day. The vanity and the lazy sofa were perfect photo spots, and the natural light and views were fantastic. Sitting by the window, you could see the city skyline, and the evening light was absolutely stunning. The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet, making for a super comfortable stay. The hostess was also incredibly nice, responding quickly to messages and resolving any issues promptly. My overall experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town; it's a real hidden gem~

Found a hidden gem of a hotel in Changsha with amazing river views! It's close to Wuyi Square, so it was super convenient for shopping at IFS and exploring the pedestrian street without any detours. The panoramic views of the Xiangjiang River were stunning, with beautiful sunsets and dazzling nightscapes taking turns to impress. The front desk kindly arranged breakfast for us, offering a great selection of hot dishes, pastries, and local snacks. The staff were all incredibly warm, proactive, and patient, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Definitely my top choice for future trips – no regrets!

I recently stayed at Yiyuminsu that left quite an impression on me. The room was astonishingly large for the price, with insanely high ceilings that gave it a grand and airy feel. It felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, which was a real treat. The hotel is located in a slightly busy part of town, which is convenient for access to local activities, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. Finding the hotel, especially as a tourist, was rather challenging – the directions weren’t clear and navigating the streets late in the evening wasn’t easy. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, making the check-in and overall stay very pleasant. Late checkout was hassle-free and could be arranged easily through WeChat, which I found very convenient. Overall, the hotel combines excellent value with a few minor location challenges, and I would happily recommend it to anyone comfortable with a bit of city bustle.

Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

This hotel is super comfortable and easy to get to by taxi. It's not on the main road, so it's really quiet and cozy! The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a loft room for free. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and very new. It truly was as good as it looked in the pictures! Plus, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very practical! There was even a bathtub, so I could enjoy a soak every night – so relaxing! They were also very responsive to requests, always happy to help. My two days in Changsha were incredibly comfortable! I particularly loved that there were so many places to put things in the room, and a fridge too – it really had everything you could need. There's a pub downstairs on the ground floor, and Wanda Plaza and Chaozong Street are just a short walk away, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

Maybe my expectations were a little too high, but Changsha didn’t quite wow me the way I expected. The unexpected highlight of this trip was actually the hotel. The room offered a stunning view overlooking the city and the Xiang River, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was thoughtful from check-in to check-out, which made traveling solo with three kids much easier. A special thank you to Xixi at the front desk for being so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. You truly made us feel welcome. ❤️

This hotel is super convenient, right near Changsha's Wuyi Square. It's easy to get to all the attractions, and it's close to the subway station. You can walk to Huangxing Street in just a few minutes, where there are tons of great food options. The hotel environment is comfortable, and the room facilities are excellent. The room wasn't huge, but it was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. They even offer free late-night snacks, which we sadly missed. Highly recommend! 😊

This is a fantastic pet-friendly hotel! You'll meet so many adorable dogs during your stay, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and you can take Line 2 directly to Wuyi Square and the South Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient and stress-free. They even offer complimentary warm congee in the evenings. My overall experience was absolutely perfect!
