Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.

Nice of hotel to upgrade my stay to a new room. Spacious new room. Changsha is very hot in Sept and caught a fever. Hotel allows me to extend until 2.50pm. Buffet is mainly Chinese style - with bread/buns and toaster. To reach hotel from subway underground maze, head for Exit7 (all stairs), walk 150m as the hotel entrance is on the side road. Main shopping street for ladies 黄金街underground is 10mins walk- must bargain! Go to the large 茶颜悦色 on 2nd floor of 7mall (a mall block besides hotel) for food tasting before buying food souvenirs home.

We enjoyed our stay so much with another couple friends! The hotel provided free pick up service from high speed rail station so that was the first good impression . Room was spacious, beautiful decorated and clean. It is located at a perfect location (behind the Tianmenshan cable car station, restaurants, shops around) . The staff was super friendly , warmth and welcoming . Especially Ms Xiong 熊管家. We came back to stay for another night and arrived very early so she kept a look out for any empty room available so we could check in early .

Stayed 3 nights in double room. Expectation/Reality: the room was just as good as what was expected in the pictures. It’s on the 11/10 floor of the apartment building. Security: good security, felt belonging were safe. Hygiene: very clean and cleaned frequently and consistently. Hospitality: the attendants are very competent and know about local attractions and were helpful for all requests. Social Atmosphere: it’s a hotel so it’s not a big social scene, but there is a lounge area where you can sit and read. The location is very close to the cableway and close to the bridge into the downtown area. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at Eryatou Inn! The location is very convenient — a quick walk to the west entrance of Zhangjiajie park and right next to a night market where lots of stalls are selling food (our favorite was a steak stall that served steak, pasta, egg, and a drink for 19.9rmb right in front towards the left facing away from the inn). The hosts were so kind and helpful, helping us plan our days at the park depending on weather, and inviting us to eat sweet potatoes and drink tea in the afternoon/evenings with other guests. They also helped us book our park ticket package and the theatre performance at a discount. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower was hot and had good pressure. Excellent value for the stay, we would stay again if we are ever in the area again!

Conveniently located 200m to Wulingyuan car/van station. There is a bus stop infront of the inn which can bring you to the east gate or 东门at ZhangJiaJie National Park for CNY2. Inn provided daily tangerine, washing machine for laundry and also daily breakfast with noodle served upon order by 2 friendly cook which comes with 1 egg, mantou, soya bean drink at the 5th floor rooftop via elevator with wonderful mountain view. It was great energy boost before starting the hike at the Park. 小袁 is patient to demonstrate how to operate the tv, advised the route to take at the Park and gave discount for purchase of grand canyon ticket which also saved time to queue at the ticket booth. 小宋 is helpful to book didi using her account to the Park as my alipay cannot be loaded and gave suggestion how to plan my program. 小卢immediately jumped to the rescue when he saw that I was running late by giving me a ride with my luggage on his own bike to the car/van station. Thank you for the great service and making my stay so enjoyable!

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. Service was excellent with pick up and drop off from your destination. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted with a cup of tea. I stayed for two nights. Thank you for the wonderful service

Pros- Great location by the river, beautiful and close walking distance to the food shops, famous bridges and the red lady singing on the boat (5-10mins). Clean warm room. Bit of scuff marks and stuff on the walls and wooden furnitures but overall charming, nice and modern and no like stinky smells from the river/mosquitoes/cigarettes etc. Warm showers and has all the standard amenities (hairdryer, soap shampoo, shaver etc). The manager is super friendly and hospitable even though she doesn’t speak English she really tries her best to help. Cons- noisy bars and karaoke until 11pm, tour groups in the morning start like at 7am below the balcony (maybe one or two when I was there 2 days) and 9am construction work starts. The free tour is sadly in Chinese only, and the free outfit doesn’t include photos or makeup, it is about 199 yuan for that but if you don’t want photos or makeup it’s free. Don’t think they wash the outfits super often either. Laundry is apparently not a proper one and you have to hand wash. No lifts if you have a lot of luggage.

Really, I have been surprised by this hotel. I love it so much! It is located at a very convenient address, within walking distance to some of Changsha's attractions and subway stations, and downstairs is a very famous food street. Although it is located in a busy area, it is not noisy at all. The room is also very big and comfortable, well-equipped, and able to rest well. The counter staff had a good service attitude and even helped me upgrade my room for free😍 They also provided some travel tips and suggestions, 24-hour counter are manned, and laundry service is also provided. Moreover, check-in also gave some small snacks, all so delicious😋.Overall, very recommended to stay, really like it too! 真的有被这个酒店惊喜到，太喜欢了!!! 它坐落的地址非常方便，步行就可以到长沙一些景点和地铁站，而且楼下就是很出名的美食街。虽然坐落在繁华地段，但是完全不会吵。房间也很大，很舒服，设备齐全，能够很好地休息。柜台人员服务态度很好，还免费帮我升级房间😍 而且他们也提供了一些旅游攻略和建议，24小时柜台都有人，还有提供洗衣服务。入住还送了小零食，都好好吃哦。总的来说，非常推荐大家入住，真的太喜欢了！！

This homestay was the best experience of our trip to China! The place had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was spotless and well-maintained, with an amazing view that made every moment special. The energy of the space was incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. The family running the homestay was truly exceptional. The sister patiently explained the routes for us, ensuring we could explore the area with ease. The brother was incredibly helpful, assisting us in booking tickets and always being available whenever we needed him. The mother cooked the most delicious food, including an excellent breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. We loved our stay so much that we extended for two more days, and we still wish we had more time to extend even further. Their kindness and care made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting!

The hotel is next to the start of the cableway for the Tianmen mountain. Staff is great, the rooms are good (only negative note is the carpet, that is a bit dirty due to many years and also there is some paper on the walls that is not super clean but ok, nothing major). Air conditioning works great, breakfast is good and the service also (room is made every day!). We strongly suggest this place and we will for sure come back

We stayed in this hotel to have easy access to the National Forest. It’s also very easy to get from here to Zhangjiajie to access Tianmen mountain and Furong Town. The service is amazing, we only stayed here for one night but we had so much support from the hotel to get around and access everything we wanted. When we arrived after a long night train, we were immediately shown to our rooms so we can rest and get ready. We were also upgraded to a free breakfast in the morning! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The lady of the hotel is very kind and helpful. She helped us to buy the tickets for the different parks online. Otherwise, we have to stand in the lines to by the tickets. She also gave very good tips how to choose the best viewing routes. Next time, I'll certainly book again in this hotel. The hotel is nearby the cable car entrance of the Tianman park. There are a lots of restuarants in the neighbourhood,

Fantastic location that is walking distance to the East Gate and is also right next to the bus station for taking rides to the other park gates, the high speed rail station, or to the Tianmenshan Cableway station. There is also a pharmacy, several convenience stores, and several restaurants on the same street, with numerous restaurants and food stalls lining the path to the East Gate. The accommodations are decent, although the furnishings are a bit dated. We originally booked a larger room, but because it had a bit of a smoky smell, the hotel staff during check-in offered us a different room for non-smokers only. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Complimentary buffet style breakfast is also a huge plus for early starts so you can spend more time in the park.

Beautiful guesthouse next to the river with an amazing view from the balcony. Rooms was well decorated, clean and cozy with a beautiful balcony. You don't have much space in the room in case you travel with big luggage. The owner is very friendly and helpful. When we were there Didi didn't work so taxi or bus is your choice. Especially going to the trainstation is helpful to plan that ahead. Would go there again.

The owner of the team here provides warm welcome, advice and assistance with information. The atmosphere is wonderful because it is an ancient village with a river in the middle of it. It is very beautiful and peaceful. The lights at night are like being in heaven. The river is clean and the water is clear. Believe us, if you come here, you will not be disappointed. We also recommend staying here.

Oda was very accommodating and made sure that my stay was as good as could be. I originally had trouble finding the hotel, but Oda went out to find me after I made a call to the hotel. The location is right in the scenic area and has one of the best views of the Furong waterfall. It was an added bonus that I was given a free room upgrade since it was available for the day that I was staying there. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Tianquan Inn for my short trip to Furong Town.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Firstly, the room was very comfortable and clean. There was a dryer in the room, and they also provided complimentary washing and drying, which was very helpful to us. They even provided complimentary supper! The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. Hotel's location is excellent as it is very near to the ancient city, and there are many shops and eateries around. I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are staying in FengHuang.

Warm welcoming and location is the best Look for the number 158 on the blue plaque and you’ll find the hotel. Love the way the staff here treat their guests. Very professional and helpful. The staff are always willing to help such as taking your heavy luggage up to the third floor and down to the lobby. We asked one of their staff to give us suggestions on the places to eat. Since he knew we can’t speak Chinese, he sent us to the one with English menu and pictures. How thoughtful! They also take you to the high-speed train station after checking out. The room is lovely and the balcony is totally charming. You can just sit and chill there with the bridge and river in the background, enjoying people watching. However, the door of the bathroom needs improvement. Overall, this hotel is the place we’ll stay again if we revisit Fenghuang.

We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

The hotel is generally very good, and the room is worth the price. 1. The location is good, right by the Xiangjiang River, close to the pedestrian street, Taiping Old Street, IFC, and the subway, which is convenient for visiting Orange Island and Yuelu Academy; 2. The room facilities are in place, with everything you need. Another surprise is that there is a refrigerator and a washing machine, and the sheets and bath towels are clean. 3. The butler service (add WeChat) is very quick to contact and solve problems, a real one-to-one exclusive service; 4. Living on the high floor, it is quiet, ethereal, and comfortable, and the elevator is fast, which is about the same as the usual ten floors; 5. The delayed check-out for Ctrip members is also great... The only shortcoming is that the hotel does not have breakfast, but it does not affect people like me who don't like to get up early. I have to add that there are too many breakfast shops nearby. Go downstairs to Pozi Street and cross the road to Taiping Old Street. You can eat whatever you want. I came to Changsha to eat and eat. I can eat when I go out and enjoy the style of the old street. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Changsha!

Stayed 2 nights. Strategic location in a quiet & less busy neighbourhood. 3 mins walk from the Nanhu Metro Station. Take exit 1 via the elevator & the hotel is just across the road on your right. Take exit 2 via stairs & escalator and the hotel is on your left upon exiting the metro station. Room is clean, the staff replenish plenty of drinking water and there is free laundry service too. Reception was helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Changsha.

A luxury hotel in a great location, you can have a river view. The service is top. Breakfast is good they also have local foods. You have many choices. The only negative point that I can say is the amenities in the toilet are too simple for a luxury hotel.

It was nice of them to change my day the day before I stayed in due to the delay. They also changed my room when I didn't expect my friend to join for a few days, they also managed to help me change the room for a few days and I appreciated it. This I can really say is a five-star stay. Will I stay again, is a no-brainer. Is a yes for me.

I highly recommend this hotel! This hotel is ideally located near the South Gate subway station, which can be reached in a minute or two. It is convenient to go anywhere with the subway. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, neatly arranged, with a good network, complete disposable supplies, and particularly complete facilities, very nice! The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the work efficiency and quality are particularly high. There is no bad behaviour at all. If there is any problem, just communicate with them in time. Free self-service washing machines and driers are also available on the first floor of the hotel. You can use them by yourself. If you don't understand, just ask the staff. Overall, it's very good. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, just opposite Guojin, there is Cha Yan downstairs, diagonally opposite the hotel is the entrance of Huang Xing Pedestrian Street with Huang Xing statue, and a little further is Pozi Street Taiping Street. There are three subway entrances and exits nearby. You can take Metro Line 1 and Line 2, but you must distinguish the subway entrance and the mall entrance (there are several subway exits connected to the mall). The front desk lady helped us upgrade to a business room for free. The room is facing Kaws on the top floor of Guojin, with a particularly good view. Noise is inevitable in the street-facing building, but the window has good sound insulation. After turning on the air conditioner, you can only hear the sound of the air conditioner and the occasional whistle of the traffic police (by the way, I would like to praise the air conditioner for its good cooling effect). The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, especially the small refrigerator, which is very useful. I also like the sofa, which is soft and comfortable to sit on. There is also a small coffee table next to it. After a day of shopping outside, I came back to the hotel and collapsed on the sofa and drank Cha Yan to relieve my fatigue. The bathroom is not big, and the bathtub occupies half of the space, which makes the shower room small, but fortunately the hot water comes out quickly. The buffet restaurant is just opposite the front desk. The breakfast is average, but convenient, and the rice noodles are the best. Finally, I must praise the service of the hotel staff - they are so considerate. The cleaning lady helped us clean the room every day. Because the weather was hot, she also sent two extra bottles of water. She greeted us warmly every time we met in the corridor. When we checked out, she reminded us not to forget to bring our luggage. The front desk ladies were also very good: they were gentle and patient. They helped me sign for express delivery, store my luggage, and patiently answered my questions about directions. When I checked out, they also gave me a check-out gift. The wet wipes and steam eye mask were very practical! I think the geographical location, hardware facilities, and service attitude are super worth it during the Golden Week. I was short of time and there were many places I didn't have time to visit. Next time I go to Changsha for a trip, I will stay at this Orange Crystal. Love you~

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!
