They assisted us with purchasing tickets, choosing the best routes and transportation options, and provided valuable advice that made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Their support saved us a lot of time and helped us avoid common mistakes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was organized, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. The hotel provided a pleasant and relaxing environment after long days of sightseeing. What impressed me most was the genuine willingness of the staff to help with every question and request. Their hospitality and local knowledge greatly improved our travel experience. "Exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, a butler led us to our room and explained all the services. We booked the Storm Spa and Dune of Sand directly through the butler, and both experiences were unique and enjoyable. We even ordered takeout and the butler brought it right up to our room – excellent service. Booking early saved us some money, too. Overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. The room had a great, comfortable view, and the blackout curtains worked so well that when I woke up in the morning, it felt like the middle of the night – fantastic!"

"The 25-30 square meter room was very comfortable. We're a family of three visiting Changsha and stayed for four days and three nights. The owner's service was very thoughtful, with free laundry and drying facilities all provided. Across the street is the Xiang River, perfect for enjoying the night view, and in the morning, you can even rent a bike for a fantastic ride along the river. Room 8207, highly recommended! 👍"

"The hotel is located at 15 minutes walking to the east gate of the national park. Rooms are good size, comfortable bed, clean. Good shower. They give you complementary water which is appreciated. There are toiletries , slippers, flip flops for the shower, and a hair dryer. Includes breakfast, with a bit of everything. Also free access to the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also there are hangers for the clothes to dry outside."

"We booked this hotel specifically for the Luo Dayou concert at Meixihu International Culture and Arts Centre. It's a very short walk from the hotel. Although the room was smaller than I expected, our stay was very comfortable overall. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. Plus, it's not far from Metro Line 2, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Academy. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so here are a few photos of the ground-floor restaurant and the Arts Centre!"

"Just wow. Probably the best view in town. 😍The manager is super friendly and cares a lot for his guests. The room is huge, very clean and provides all amenities. The bathroom is very clean as well, perfectly equipped and has even a modern smart toilet. 🤩 the best is the balcony: right in front of the famous pagoda. Providing a real tea table and a swing. Perfect in every single way. The only negative thing is the parking area which is located in an underground garage on a construction site with absolutely no lights underground. It’s pretty scary going there also. The construction site is jam packed with trash and dead rats and cockroaches and you have to pay for it 🤣🤣🤣 this is the only negative point to mention but it’s not the hotel itself. The hotel is one of the best you can book."
