The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also really appreciated the convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The hotel is very well maintained with class and elegance. Location is great. Service is good. Checkin process is slow. Maybe not enough front desk persons? My room faced the Highway side. It was a little noisy. There is a Michelle 3 star restaurant Tang Ge inside the hotel which is great. Overall is good experience.

Very cozy hotel with attached impressive restaurant called HONG MIAN. Surprisingly, the hotel is very artistic with quite nice room. Good for vocation or business stay. Convenient location

Fantastic service by the Regent team. I hosted my engagement occasion here and the staff were very helpful. Excellent service from entry > checking in > in room service > checking out. The Regent team made my experience and my fiancé a very pleasant and memorable one! It is because of my special occasion that I probably got upgraded, but I appreciate it and love the extra mile they put in!
Food at the breakfast buffet was as good as it can be. I would say Marriott's breakfast is still the best that I've been to. Regent was still a good experience from what you can see in the photo.
The views at the Regent are the best maybe only K11 can beat it. Maybe.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

One of the best hotel service I have experienced!!!!!
The place feel like home, food quality superb. Like the detail, e.g. hold an umbrella for you while you step out of the hotel (it was raining). Environment and interior design feels like quiet luxury. Tho not many facilities inside and it’s just a boutique hotel but the service worths it all!!!

Regrettably, our family endured a series of unpleasant stay during the New Year countdown at this apartment hotel. We deliberately chose this hotel for its renowned artistry and exceptional artistic offerings. With its esteemed status as a luxury hotel, our expectations were set high not only for the hotel's architectural and craftsmanship standards, but also for its service quality. Alas, our experience left much to be desired, as the hotel felt more like an apartment hotel rather than a luxury hotel.
Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell well below our expectations. The check-in procedure was notably slow, and we waited nearly 50 minutes for our luggage before having to remind the staff.
The duty manager exhibited a disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy while addressing our inquiries regarding our booking. He drew incorrect conclusions from our outward appearance, causing us to feel offended.
We noticed a lack of attention to detail, such as the inconveniently placed buttons for the curtains and blinds. For instance, the button to close the bathroom blind was inconveniently hidden inside the bathroom cabinet, it hard to find for the first time which we have to contact the staff for help. Also the shower door cannot close properly during our stay. Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that certain bathroom amenities came with an additional charge.
The journey from the lobby to our hotel room proved to be quite perplexing for first-time guests. The process involved taking a lift to the 10th floor, navigating through the 10th-floor area, and then taking another lift to reach our room.
The breakfast is served at level 10, the only cafe restaurant within this apartment. The breakfast is à la carte set menu instead of buffet style, priced at approximately $200 HK dollars per set.
As one of the priciest hotels in Hong Kong, it is challenging to justify the steep costs associated with staying here. Other hotels in the vicinity offer superior views and service, such as the Regent and Peninsula. It is difficult to pinpoint any distinctive features or experiences that would validate the considerable expense.

I stayed at the W Hotel again yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted again by Willy at the front desk. Just like my first visit, he was incredibly professional and welcoming. He patiently explained all the hotel facilities in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with logging into my Marriott Bonvoy app – something that had been bothering me for a while. Willy truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service!

GGuest UserMy family enjoyed our stay at Royal View hotel. The bed is super comfortable and the view is amazing. The hotel.is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service is brilliant. We will come back next time.
MMonica_ChiI recently stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully themed with a lot of attention to detail, offering a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind.
One thing to note is that the location is a bit removed from nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to explore the surrounding area. If you're mainly interested in staying on the resort, this won't be an issue, but for those wanting to venture out, the limited options nearby could feel a bit isolating.
For me, two nights felt like a bit much, and I think one night would have been sufficient for the experience, especially considering the distance from other amenities. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.
GGuest UserBest ever if u choice a couple hour or next morning flight hotel staying as its super easy to find because its connect directly inside the airport n hotel , no even need to go outside , how cool is that..
U buying for location n pretty much is.
Its old and stain my room like 1950 motel but price are not cheap ...as said location location location.
I order a single double/ queen( i dont remeber , i in 3 different counter in days) bed as I stay alone, n they give me a two single bed or wait....not after i m so tire..it was a high traffic waiting time as May 1 (labour day holiday )when I visit Hong Kong for only a night then go to Japan next morning flight.
I like staying at the airport hotel n the best is less strese for next morning flight n u in city rushing w traffic rush ,wake up early or chek in rush problem to airport,I try to go travel with less stress .
Easy access there in airport a 7-11 there 24 hrs so...u ll still have access of energy need mid night .
But only thing i don't like is the outside the hobby look so update but the building inside hotel room is like old motel n smell..they charge not cheap price.
They put me the last room at the end...usually no one like that room if u travel lot n heard the story....for me it just long walk to my room even I only walk 8 times during the stay, it feels endless walking ..as .two times is I forgot my wallet in room n I need go back to grab it. It's quite scary the lightning, the sense , especially in mid night ..even thou.I m an old almost 200 lbs man...see picture..I walk almost 30 room to reach mine there. Inside room is old smell horrible room ..it's 2025 come on , time to do some upgrade or do some renovation please...the carpet is like cheap $200 yan motel use, what u can get inland china motel use. I don't even want to touch or stand on bare foot or open or touch any cabinet door inside the unit n they don't give water or snack to accommodate too ...for me its not for kid to stay the room that i stay i give a 2 stars hotel. The switch ,button everything....need improve.
Overall Front staff are friendly , easy self check in n out .Good for transfer flight.
Better than sleep downstairs bench in airport for sure. But it's not cheap n it's not cheap.
If they have hourly rent will be nice.
Not a hotel u want spend holiday with kid to stay at my opinion. Good for transfer.

AAlb33The hotel room is fine.
I was planning to book it for wedding day, but knowing the price of wedding purpose room is 3 times more expensive than the same room that not for wedding, it’s way too overpriced!!’
Especially we are not doing any deco or needed a parking whatsoever.
Therefore, we booked the hotel next door which gave us opposite experience and it costed us 3000 more instead of 10K.
GGuest UserWe’re back for holiday at Panda Hotel! The pool was a highlight—sparkling clean, comfortable sun beds, and perfect for relaxing under the sun.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to the reception manager, Eddie, who followed up a minor room issue professionally. Every team member, Herman and Kobe, we encountered was warm and friendly.
I would highly recommend Panda to others and would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserA great way to experience a quieter side of Hong Kong with tropical vibes and a slower pace. The room is spacious and well maintained. We had a Seaview room which was well appreciated. it would be better if the carpets are removed from the room as they are dated and unnecessary for a beach location spacious bathroom is spacious. Shower has really good pressure. The bed is firm and 2 are satisfaction pillows are soft and fluffy drinking water is provided by fountains around the resort. Really enjoyed our stay here it was a shame that we were not entitled to use the free shuttle service into town as they are for guest who booked directly with the hotel which seemed a bit unfair.
LLouie WuThe hotel is located at Northern Part of Discovery Bay where you have to take a 10 minute bus ride after ferry from Central. The sea view is an absolute stunner. The buffet breakfast also provides a wide range of cuisines. The hotel provides shuttle service on a first come first serve basis to different destination.
GGuest UserNice but dated hotel located very close to Hung Hom station. Very easy to get to from the airport, high speed rail station, and anywhere on the MTR. Everything worked, the beds are fine and the bathroom was fine, but it felt a bit rushed and like not a lot of care was taken. No filtered water available, had to buy in 7 Eleven in the shopping centre, and the instant coffee wasn't refilled. The nearest food options are food court restaurants in the shopping centre, but the location to the MTR made it easy to get around. There is no expensive buffet on site, and a nice outdoor area called The Patio with a beautiful view. Pretty expensive for what it was, but it did the trick for a few days. Definitely needs a refresh and some clean water to be available, but it was packed, so they probably won't renovate any time soon.
EEmceeThe room not quite big but can accommodate to two persons. It’s a bit far to HK Disneyland, but good thing it’s near and walkable to MRT station, and it’s a big plus in travelling using the daily transport, rather than spending much to taxis or cab. A lot of food stores and restaurants outside if you want to explore the foodstuff. Fresh towels provided daily and I kinda like it.
MMANASVINIGreat rooms, i would say room is big and spacious for 2, considering its Hong Kong. Love that it has a bidet style toilet(like those Japanese ones). Smart hotel- Room lights, curtains and air cond can be controlled through an ipad or even manually with switches. Sufficient plug points next to bed on both sides. Large TV, that can access Netflix.
A 5 mins walk to the nearest TST MTR, McDonalds is opposite the hotel, lots of eateries nearby, theres a close by Mall as well- K11 Artmall.
Check in is easy, Just that if you book through trip.com maybe just email the hotel before your trip to get their booking ID just as a confirmation , as when I called they had some difficulty locating the reservation and was instructed to email them the Trip.com hotel voucher, but they replied swiftly with a new ID number through email.
