"Clean and hygienic, great value for money. The room was small but cozy and tidy, with a full set of good quality toiletries. The breakfast was quite substantial too.
The service attitude was excellent. They even gave us two bottles of yogurt upon check-in, and surprisingly, they offer multiple services including free car washing! It's the first time I've seen free car washing, very impressed 👍
Parking was also easy with plenty of spaces, and a security guard helped us with our luggage 🧳"

"It rained at night, and I could clearly hear raindrops on the roof. I hope the soundproofing can be improved. The hotel management team would understand this clearly if they stayed a night during the rain.
The phone on the desk in the room was out of order, but the one by the bed worked, so it didn't cause any major issues, but it was still a poor experience.
I checked in at 12:50 PM, but there were no high-floor rooms available. The front desk staff kindly offered bell service. After dining on the 39th floor, I returned to the front desk at 2:00 PM to get my room card. After entering the room, my luggage didn't arrive for nearly 40 minutes. My child's medicine was in the luggage, so I couldn't administer it. When I tried to call to inquire, I found the phone was faulty. When I finally got through on another phone, I was told the luggage wasn't on the 1st floor and I had to go to the 1st and 38th floors myself to find it. This was quite frustrating.
Also, I suggest providing a trash can in the washroom area. It's inconvenient not to have a place to easily discard disposable items like toothbrushes.
Overall, I'm satisfied, but I hope for improvements in these details.

"This place was surprisingly comfortable and a great stay! First, let me share about the thoughtful touches in the bathroom: they provide hair clips, small hair ties, cotton swabs, band-aids, and disposable paper cups. The most thoughtful part is that they replenish sanitary pads daily – such a warm gesture. Next, the morning music alarm was so uplifting; I'd find myself dancing while getting ready. The playlist is fresh, trendy, and enjoyable. Now, about the room environment: the cleaning staff would come in promptly every day to clean and would always ask if anyone was sleeping, trying their best not to disturb guests. I observed that they definitely change everything out after each guest, and it was always very clean and timely. I also want to share that each room is equipped with fire safety equipment, including emergency lighting and breathing apparatus – something many hotels don't offer. Their fire safety awareness is excellent! Finally, for leisure and entertainment, they have a separate vanity room, a library, a fitness area, a pool table, a mahjong machine, and a lounge and dining area. What I loved most was the cinema room. During my stay, I'd order takeout every evening and relax in the lobby, watching movies while eating. It was incredibly relaxing. I also want to mention the customer service staff – they would check in daily to ask about my stay and were always very helpful in resolving any issues. Very good! Their management is also very organized! When to clean, when to play music, the cleaning procedures – everything is very clear, and the check-in briefing was very detailed. Anyway, you'll know once you stay there! I highly recommend it and hope they open branches in other cities too."

"I just randomly picked this hotel, and it turned out to be really great! Even though I arrived late, there were still plenty of food options nearby. The decor is unique and perfect for photos. The hotel is located in Luolong New District, the capital of Luoyang. It is close to Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station and Luoyang Beijiao Airport. It is about 15 minutes' drive from Longmen Grotts, a national 5A scenic spot. It is adjacent to Luoyang Municipal Government, district government and other government centers, close to one-stop shopping center Superbrand Square and Quanshun Shopping Center. With free parking, a laundromat and a gym, you can wash off your tired body and enjoy French romance when you check in.
"They offer a pick-up service from Longmen Station with a Lantu business car. The driver pre-arranged everything, but I proactively made a reservation, mainly for the pick-up. I thought it was pretty good. I booked it for around 300 RMB, and the twin dates package was quite a good deal. It had everything we needed.
Location-wise, it's close to Longmen Grottoes, but a bit further from other places. However, if you take a taxi, Luoyang isn't that big, and a few dozen yuan will get you anywhere, so it's acceptable. We didn't explore the surrounding area much; we mostly just went to tourist spots.
The service was very good. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. There were also plenty of bottled water bottles placed in the stairwells for guests to take as needed, which was a nice touch. There was also bottled water in the room, which was fine. They didn't charge a deposit for check-in.
I considered upgrading to a kids' room, but the upgrade fee was too high. The price including breakfast was still good for kids. Even though the little ones didn't eat much at breakfast, they weren't charged. Their beef noodle soup, however, I absolutely have to recommend! It's in the noodle section and is very distinctive. We were on a tight schedule and didn't get to try many local delicacies, but their beef noodle soup made all of us eat at least three bowls. Even the kids who don't usually like it drank a lot. We all agreed it was incredibly authentic.
The only minor drawback is that if they're going to offer afternoon tea, they should do it properly – make it a bit more refined and presentable. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The mini-bar also had some complimentary small drinks. Overall, the service was really good and suitable for families. There's a new business district nearby with an unfinished building, and across the street, there seems to be a shopping mall, so it's convenient for shopping. However, we usually left early and returned late, so we didn't do anything else besides dealing with taxi issues."

Mo Shang Yi Su, though called a B&B, has long surpassed the typical 'agritainment' style. Its facilities rival those of a star-rated hotel, but with an added warmth and human touch that high-end hotels often lack. When I wanted to visit the Shaolin Temple scenic area, the proprietress said, ”Wait a moment, I'll drive you there.” Upon getting out, she didn't forget to remind me, ”Remember to call me when you're done, and I'll pick you up.” It was only about 600-700 meters, but it was incredibly heartwarming.
As the sun set, the proprietress had already hosed down the rooftop terrace, suggesting we could go up and sit. After dinner, the entire B&B was filled with the scent of agarwood. Each floor also had an elegant tea room.
After a day of sightseeing, the proprietress asked, ”What would you like to eat? We'll cook for you.” After ordering, she said, ”You can go back to your room first, we'll call you when the food is ready.” It truly felt like being at home.
Before I left, the proprietress thoughtfully gave me a parting gift, allowing me to take some of that warmth home with me.
As I checked out, the second-generation young man who drove me to the station shared some simple yet profound words: ”When we run a B&B, we don't compete with farm stays. We just focus on providing excellent service. We try our best to meet our guests' needs. If there's something we can't do, we find someone to help. And for requests guests haven't even made, we try to be thoughtful and proactive, striving to ensure guests leave with no regrets.”

"Our stay was really good! We brought our child for an important exam, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with check-in. TDMaoI rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed.
I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍
The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding.
The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise.
The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room.
The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂
Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

Everything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

Guest UserMeets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town.
But the price/performance ratio is really average.
This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent; it's right off the elevated highway, making travel very convenient. There's also a subway station nearby. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and offer service with a smile. The room environment is elegant, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The bedding is very comfortable, and most importantly, the room is genuinely huge! We had a very comfortable stay, especially traveling with children. It was a great accommodation experience, truly recommended.

The hotel is actually quite good. Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent at least another night there. Thank you for the hospitality!

The breakfast was delicious too! Plus, with an elevator and underground parking, it's super convenient for those traveling by car. Pleasant stay at hotel which was within walking distance to the park bus Pick-up area. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was more Chinese but certainly room for improvement.
One word of advice for those intending to use the massage services at the hotel ; beware as although paid for an hour, masseuse stopped exactly after 45 mins saying her time is up! Poor massage too!

I have been here many times, and this time I had the most exciting experience. I went to the night electronic music festival first, played until the park closed and went back to the hotel. It was really comfortable. I went to the park the next day for a whole day and had a lot of fun. Every time you come to the park to play, Holiday Inn is a must. You don’t have to go far with your children. The hotel has a shuttle bus. You can go back to rest quickly even if you play late. The breakfast is great and rich in content. I will continue to experience it next time. It is recommended that there are always events with tickets at the hotel😁
