Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at Palace resort. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel from which due to its price and some other reviews we expected the least, turned out to be the best to a point that if we ever decide to go back to Sanya it would probably be one of our top choices. We only booked for one night before our early morning flight but it turned out to be a very positive surprise. Mangrove resort is a set of separate towers making a circle inside of which is a water park and a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. Each tower has its own pools, which in case of Buddha Tower were located on the third floor terrace and were quite decent although I guess in peak times they might feel too small for all the rooms in the tower. Still when we used it, it was more than okay. The rooms are a bit old, shower door is creaking like it has serious arthritis, but overall it was a good and very functional room with a nice view of the pool, water park and the inner courtyard. High point of this place is that it feels like you and your kids could do something here for days. Bars, restaurants, live music, pottery workshop, a really cool dinosaur museum, water park, art workshops and probably more we haven't even discovered are all inside the resort's area.

The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

Best location and best hotel in Dadonghai Sanya. direct tunnel walkway to the sea from hotel. Spectacular breakfast with western and Chinese flavor. even picky eaters will walk away with full belly. Room is spacious, modern and with breathtaking views of the sea. Be sure to get the sea view room with breakfast. it's worth it. Hotel staff is good. if you have any questions or problems ask for manager Jim . he is the best in hospitality and service. the hotel has two swimming pools. one for kids and one for adults on top floor. it would be even better if the pools are heated and the have a jacuzzi by pool area. Hope they keep up the good service, strive for even better and be prosperous.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!

We keep coming back to this hotel already 3rd year in a row. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everytihing you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snoocker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! Thank you Manager Joyce for helping us during stay! See you soon!

This boutique hotel is a block inside a residential area. You will only see the hotel after you have pass the security camera at the main entrance into the compound. The design elements of these hotel are unique and a lot of instagramable spot. Cleanliness in the room are acceptable, generous room size and comfortable bed make it a pleasant stay. The carpet at the corridor however are in pretty poor condition and very much required cleaning. Our bookings come with free breakfast and transfer to the airport, which is great value for money. Surprisingly the quality of the oriental breakfast are good, enough variety to suits most people. The transfer to the airport were done in a mini bus without any dedicated space for luggage storage, hence passengers has to place them on the walkway to the seats. Luckily everybody were understanding and do not mind squeezing through to get to a available seats. The ride is no more than 15 minutes from the hotel. The professional driver will remind everyone to check their ticket for the correct Terminal to get to their flight. Overall, this is a good options if you needed a night stay near the airport or train station for your early morning schedule flights or trains.

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

On the positive side: The hotel itself is quite great, playground and pools were appealing, several good activities for kids, restaurant and breakfast were also very good and staff very friendly (especially in restaurant) In the negative side: the location is not good, at least 8-10km from everything. No any restaurant or activities nearby, need to take a taxi for everything with at least 40min to 1h drive. One of the restaurant (noodle one) closed quite early so dinner in hotel was limited to 2 restaurants. In addition, because of weather (wind and a bit cold) beach was not suitable for us to stay and pools were closed. Good hotel for company events or short family stay (max 2 days) but not for prolonged family vacation (week)

The room was clean and tidy. Two 130-square-foot beds were spacious and comfortable for 4 people. The mattress was comfortable and there was drinking water in the room! The front desk manager Wang also gave the children breakfast coupons. The hot springs, large swimming pool, and fish therapy pool were free! The beach is across the road, about 150 meters away from the beach. It cost 3,500 yuan to stay for 350 yuan! Very satisfied!

Convenient transportation is the biggest advantage: turn left from the hotel gate and walk for 2 minutes to take the bus. From the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, you can go directly to the walking area. It is about 600 meters to Wanlv Park. It is very convenient to take bus No. G43 to the Bell Tower, Qilou Old Street, and the Provincial Museum. The nearby food is also very good. After eating Hainan cuisine, all hot pots are hot pot, so I am a little tired of it. Later, I found ”Shibawan” (Creative Port Store) It is indeed a famous chain restaurant brand in Hainan Province. I came to this hotel during the summer of 2022, and they were working on the beach, but we still had access to it. I wanted to return because it was a very relaxing experience. I returned for the 2023 Spring Festival, and it was even better because the beach had been renovated. This trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would return to Haikou Shangri-La because the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

The service staff is very kind, and the housekeeper Xiaona is the most helpful, very detailed and thoughtful! There is a beach right outside the hotel, the sand is good and there are not so many people, the baby loves it very much. The next day, I also went to pick up shells from 8 am to 12 pm... The child was very happy but it was a bit exhausting. Friendly reminder: If you want to pick up shells, you have to go as early as possible according to the tide time. The location can be from the beach in front of the hotel along the Amy to the Guanlang Pavilion reef. There are shells all the way, and the Guanlang Pavilion has the most.

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

Our stay at Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula Resort was truly remarkable! The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

The hotel environment is quite good, there are many mosquitoes, and the hygiene is average, but fortunately there is a swimming pool and hot spring. It was very comfortable to soak in the hot springs after a walk in the evening. The sound insulation is very poor, and there were children screaming and playing in the swimming pool in the middle of the night, which was very noisy. Maybe it's the peak season and the waiters are a little busy.

The sea view room I booked in this apartment is very good value, much better than the Sheraton I stayed in on the first day! The sea view room we stayed in Sheraton was on the lower floor, and the main view was trees! This sea view room is on the upper floor of more than 20 floors! It is very comfortable to watch the sea! More than 200 is very cost-effective! The hygiene is also good! If we hadn't booked a hotel in Sanya and couldn't refund it later, we would have stayed here for a few more days!

I stayed in Riyue Bay for three days. This place was temporarily decided to stay another night on the third day. The other homestays were already full. I don’t know why this place was not recommended at the top of Ctrip. Scroll down It’s been a long time since I saw it. It’s a pleasant surprise to live in. The real thing looks like the picture. The main price is great. It’s much better than my first and second nights. The price of 700 for the first night is in the village. The quilts in the guest house are all yellow, and there is a chicken ring under the price of 1000 on the second night, called for one night... This one is really a surprise, her home has a fat chicken that is so cute, chasing and screaming for you to lick her, Not enough time to prevent you from running around and blocking you in front of you, haha, super cute. It is recommended that friends who drive to park the car at his house, turn right and walk 500 meters to rent a car. It is very convenient to go to the beach. Super pleasant stay experience, must choose the newly opened hotel, I am really afraid of the village guest house
