Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

Hotel in good location and near mall. A lot if food and shopping. When check in to 1 of the room, smell of smoke a d ask the reception to change room. They are prompt to response and special thanks to trainee, Xiao Han, she lead me to another room on higher floor with a purify inside the room and make sure I'm OK then she leave and said anything can call her again. Appreciated.

This is the best hotel I have ever visited ! Everything is perfect: the hotel, location, pool, breakfast, cleaning, view and all workers are very nice, caring and friendly! My father celebrated his birthday here and the hotel management gave many presents to make this day really happy such as room decoration, flowers, fruits and even little cake! Thanks to all the working staff and personally to Jim, who helped to organize most of the things 😊

Rooms are nice and clean, however for a tropical place they are missing the most important thing.. a fridge 😅 The balcony has a great bathtub, however beware if you have the corner room, your balcony neighbours might catch you nude in the tub eating a pineapple 😅😅 The Breakfast runs all the way till 13:30, big bonus this one. Go a bit later like 11:00, the food is much better but you can still get your coffee etc. and chill outside. The “gym” is not a gym, but there’s a great one just down the road for 20元 a day. It’s one of the older Hotels in Sanya but it’s well maintained, staff is friendly, some English spoken, you can rent an e-scooter directly too. For the price, could stay here again.

Such a pleasant stay. Service was good, pool was perfect for children and the elderly. Incredibly close to the beach. Breakfast good as well. Loved it here and would love to stay again.

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

I booked the hotel for my 3 days holiday. I would say this was a memorable experience for me at MGM. It has a great location at Yalong Bay, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor of the hotel looks like a waterworld park, with a lot of swimming & sunbathing places, and even a small water playground for kids. I enjoyed the surf experience in the hotel. Room was very clean, and tidy, and up to standard. We were staying in the lagoon room, with a swimming pool in the front. The pool water was very clean. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese foods. Staff were super nice and really helpful especially Jelly Shen, who ensured a smooth transition of our room. She provided the flexibility and arranged different outdoor activities for us since we are not good in mandarin, and also provided sightseeing advices within the area. In these 3 days, she was more like a friend of us, provided exceptional support for our need. This was one of our best travel experience we had ever. I would highly recommended to stay here for those who like water activities or with kids.

The hotel has a very nice appearance and the potential to be a real luxury resort. We had some very nice days and can recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, there are some points that drag you down and you don't expect from a 5-star hotel. There was a really musty smell in the room coming from the ventilation duct. Suspect that the rooms are left without any kind of air flow if there are no guests, which causes it to rot. The hotel should remedy this asap, as in the worst case this affects the health of the hotel's guests. During our 4-day stay, it was not possible to swim in the sea on the beach. This is because of the hotel's rules. I saw no reason why there should be a red flag and that people who could swim, should not be able to swim in 10cm high waves. In addition, those who will provide service to the hotel's guests (reception, concierge, restaurant) should be able to speak satisfactory enough English to communicate with their guests. There should be more toilets by the pool area. And remove the smell of smoke from the toilets in the hotel lobby.

Stayed in a villa with its own pool, so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel was pretty clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western food, they had nice variety of breads, croissants, cheese, salami, eggs, etc.. and had a nice coffee machine to make lattes and expresso. The beach is just across the street and only takes a few minutes to walk over. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Всём здравствуйте! Долго выбирали пляж и отель, остановили свой выбор на Pullman. Сам отель имеет большенство вилл, расположенных на довольно большой территории. Номера всего в двух корпусах. Людей много, но тихо и спокойно. Наш номер был на первом этаже с выходом в бассейн, что очень удобно и рано утром и вечером. Номер большой, терраса, лежачем, пара ступенек и бассейн. Бассейн достаточно большой, плавали на сапе, правда стоя на коленях. Уборка неплохая, горничные чаевые не берут. Завтраки отличные, есть блюда европейской кухни. Отель находится на второй линии, до моря идти минут 15-20. Рядом с отелем есть где покушать, но мы ездили на площадь Ялунбей, там и выбор побогаче, и цены демократичнее. Рекомендую!

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

The receptionist was kind enough to help us order food through the ** app, because we were unable to do so. The hotel was really nice, love the place where they sell food and also the reading corner. A pity we came late and had to leave early, if not would love to spend more time in the hotel!

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

The place is at the great location of Haikou, on the old street. You can find anything you want there. It is close to the electric bicycles if you want to cycle somewhere. The place is also accessible by car. The rooms were clean, the toilets either. There were shower appliances too. There is a coffee shop downstairs with multiple seats and electric plugs if you need to work. In the evening, the bar is opened with live music. The only downside was maybe the tenants who liked to listen to the Tiktok music or watch videos loud. But, compared to other places I went in China, it was a very minor issue. Recommend to everyone!

The three stars are for the front desk. I guaranteed my stay and did not cancel it. The flight was delayed. I checked in at 8 am the next day and was told that there was no room. I had to wait. I asked why the room should have been reserved yesterday. If there was no room, could I get a refund? The front desk said directly: You have applied and you can stay somewhere else. We are still fully booked (yes. That was the attitude at the time) Me: Who did you sell the room I paid for? Is there anyone renewing the room? I will check. OK, there is a room. The room card was given in 2 minutes. You are not entitled to a room if you stay for one night, right? The airport pick-up driver of the hotel is very good. There is also a very good driver. This hotel was a good find. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The beach is the best thing it has, clean, wild, empty. Bring your own chairs because it is as empty as we show on the pics. The pools are clean and huge, lot’s of space for all guests. Beautiful gardens to walk around. The only issue was food: breakfast was really good with a ton of options for Chinese and western. However, after breakfast you will fin a Chinese restaurant call China Spice with only Chinese food and a bit pricey, the room service menu which was ridiculously overpriced or the food at the bar, which was not great. We ordered Quesadillas that had no cheese, and who knows what was inside, look at the pic of the guacamole. The pizza margarita is your best option there. The piña coladas were a good option. We gave it 4 diamonds because of the food options, you can order delivery through the Apps though, there is nothing around walking distance.

I finally checked in. This hotel was recommended by a friend and my family booked it for me. As an elderly person, I probably wouldn’t have stayed in such a good hotel if my family hadn’t booked the room. This is a hotel run by people from the Northeast. It is relatively close to Haikou Railway Station. You can get there within 20 yuan via online taxi. If you want to go to the airport, you can take their rail transit in Haikou and you can get to Meilan Airport for 7 yuan. I came here to check out the room, the beach and their The swimming pool feels quite good. The small villas are very beautiful in appearance, and there are graphic signs in the hotel. It is more suitable for the elderly and young people to stay. It is a beautiful thing to have a three or five-day trip! It's a pity that I have already bought a ticket to leave the island tomorrow night. Otherwise, I really want to stay a few more days. It is so beautiful, with coconut breeze and sea charm!

Environment: The location of Holiday Yacht Hotel is very quiet, next to Wanlv Garden, but it is not noisy. The sea view room I booked faces west, so I can only see the sunset. The only drawback is that the washbasin is too small and there is a light in the shoe cabinet that doesn't work. There is partridge tea in the room, which tastes very special. Service: I didn’t see the welcome service in the promotional video. It is probably due to optimization and cost reduction. The breakfast is not a buffet but a special morning tea, with open-air seating, and the food is pretty good.

This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. The homestay is really good! Close to Tongguling and Qishui Bay, the seaside environment is beautiful, the courtyard is well arranged, there is breakfast in the yard, two steps out is the beach, there are not many people in the off-season, the sea is clear. And the boss is really good! Because the homestay is in the village and there is a certain distance from the bus station, the boss also specially picked us up from the bus station one kilometer away for free, and sent us to Tongguling Scenic Area the next morning. The boss saw that we brought a child and upgraded a sea view parent-child room. The floor-to-ceiling windows can directly see the beach and coconut trees downstairs.
