Santorini in China: A Hidden Gem by the Sea Nestled away, the Santorini seaside resort is like a slice of Greece right here in China! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. My stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had the best time. They were incredibly helpful, always there with a smile, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their thoughtfulness made our stay truly special, and they were so accommodating to all our requests. The resort looks exactly like the pictures, if not even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail in meeting our needs was remarkable. We were offered wonderful perks, such as photo shoots, that added a touch of magic to our trip and helped create memories that will last a lifetime. I should mention that while there aren't as many foreigners here, and it doesn't have all the western - style facilities that some might be used to, it actually made for a unique and peaceful experience. A special shout - out goes to Chloe! She was an absolute star. Her assistance throughout our stay was invaluable. She's super sweet, thoughtful, and although a bit shy, she's truly awesome. Her efforts really made our stay at the Santorini seaside resort unforgettable. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a holiday getaway. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is set in a picturesque location, perched above the surrounding landscape and offering stunning views that enhance the overall experience. However, accessing the hotel can be somewhat tricky; it's advisable to arrange a pickup from either the South or North gate to navigate the terrain more easily. Guests may find the stone walkway quite challenging when transporting luggage. On a brighter note, the service provided is exceptional, and the room is not only well-equipped but also exudes comfort and cleanliness, making for a delightful stay.

Excellent stay and great value! We stayed as a family of 4 in the tatami 2x double bed room. The room itself was spacious and super clean. The hotel provided great amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, vanity set etc and even Roberto Cavalli hand cream! The location was excellent. Right opposite the Opera House and around 20 minutes walk to the City Balcony. The gentleman at front desk was professional and helpful. He also helped with luggage. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Due to a relatively new hotel. The furniture and room were new and clean, featured with modern design. Additional positive points would be the free parking for guest (but no EV charge). Also the amenities were nice quality for general use too. Staff were friendly too, we get to exchange the room due to first room had smoky smell (Staff Name: 小柔). Overall it was nice. While location might be something needs to consider, especially during summer time it’s hard to walk on the street, therefore not much chance to walk nearby the hotel.

St Regis -never disappointing. After entering the lobby, we were greeted by Miya, one of the.firendliest faces among staff. Miya Luo and Yoyo Yang assisted us in registering. We were given room 4xx8. Cleaned, absolutely well designed and well thought. Our room package included afternoon tea, breakfast and Butler service. Nicholas was our Butler and gave us a.room tour. Tea and breakfast were amazungly delicious. All staff are.helpful and friendly. This is one of the most impressive St Regis.hotels I have stayed.

I will cerrainly return. The staff were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond their duty to help me when I left my purse with passport in a taxi and had no idea what to do to get it back. They checked cameras, contacted police and ultimately returned my things. Forever grateful. Also, the hotel is close to the entry of the mountain and it offers incredible chinese and western food as well as quiet, clean rooms. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay. M.West

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The location is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the magnificent bridge—a sight we admired every day. Our room was impeccably tidy and spacious, and we sincerely appreciate the butler team’s dedication in addressing our needs, particularly with the laundry service.   Dining at the restaurant was a pleasant experience. Despite the holiday rush, the staff handled the busy period with remarkable efficiency, ensuring quick table turnover and prompt service. The food selection, blending both Chinese and Western cuisines, was delightful, with each dish prepared to a high standard.   The gym facilities were another highlight—spacious and equipped with top-tier amenities, surpassing what we’ve experienced at many other hotels in the past.   Above all, it was the team’s warmth and professionalism that made our stay truly memorable. We’d like to extend special thanks to:   - Ben Zheng (Social Restaurant Manager) for the engaging conversation about local culture, traditions, and upcoming festivals.   - Sam at the bar, who kindly introduced us to the special daily event at 6:00 PM.   - Terry at the main entrance, whose assistance during check-in was invaluable.   - Sean Bi (Assistant Front Office Manager), for promptly resolving an oversight during checkout.   We deeply appreciate the genuine care and hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. St. Regis Zhuhai has left a lasting impression, and we look forward to returning in the future.  

Sui Ji Jian Shan has a beautiful environment, built on the mountain, surrounded by greenery, and a design full of Zen. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the toiletries are high-end, and the food is exquisite (especially Cantonese cuisine and morning tea). The service is considerate and suitable for vacation and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Room is clean and beautiful. Only thing is that the shower will leak water out and everytime someone above you flushes the toilet, you will hear the water noise. Free wash and drying of laundry. However, dryer will take hours to dry. Aside from those things, hotel is great for pictures and service is good!

The room is quite cool, however close to the mountain, d ants are very large, the whole balcony. Fortunately, the front desk has insecticide water, sprayed 4 points 1 stick, to leave to leave to die. As for the barbecue set this is for 2 people, 298 a portion, the portion is full, and a portion of pasta can not eat. I said I didn't have enough butter for frying food, so I asked the front desk to get another piece and charged $3🙄 Purely living environment, facilities and services need to be improved
