We brought our elderly family members and children to Zhuhai for a vacation and stayed at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel. The whole family agreed that the experience was fantastic. The hotel grounds are tranquil, filled with water features and lush greenery, creating a very relaxing overall atmosphere that is perfect for family trips. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. They even thoughtfully reminded us that the gym and indoor pool do not require reservations and can be accessed simply by swiping the room card. The gym is fully equipped and clean, making it easy to get in a light workout during our stay. The indoor constant-temperature pool has crystal-clear water and a comfortable temperature. The Hengqin Bay Water World offers a wide variety of activities—the lazy river is relaxing and cozy, while the wave pool is lively and fun, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. The guest rooms are spacious with relatively new furniture, and the soft bedding ensured a sound sleep for both the seniors and the kids. The rooms were spotless, the bathroom facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring we were not disturbed at night. The hotel buffet features a rich variety of fresh ingredients, catering to the tastes of both the elderly and children, offering light dishes as well as specialty seafood. The hotel shuttle bus provides direct service to all Chimelong theme parks, eliminating the need to hail a taxi and making getting around completely hassle-free. The hotel staff were friendly, housekeeping was prompt, and any requests were handled in a timely manner. With comprehensive facilities and a strong resort vibe, this is a top-notch choice for family travel and is well worth recommending.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

From a distance, it creates an incredible ambiance, making every photo Instagram-worthy. When the lights come on in the evening, it truly looks like a fairytale castle. Even my friends couldn't help but stop to take pictures – the building's aesthetic alone significantly boosted our overall impression. During check-in, the staff member who assisted me, Jianbing, left a particularly deep impression. His service was enthusiastic and patient, meticulous and thoughtful throughout. He proactively introduced me to the hotel's various special facilities, from photo spots around the castle architecture to the operating hours of the buffet breakfast, pool, and executive lounge, as well as the parking location and sightseeing routes – he explained everything clearly. He patiently answered all my questions, and his detailed and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome the moment I walked in. For those traveling by car, I must commend the hotel's parking lot. It's spacious with plenty of parking spaces, so there's no need to worry about not finding a spot if you arrive late. The lanes are wide, making it easy to park both large and small vehicles. Parking was completely hassle-free, with no need to drive around looking for an empty spot, which is especially friendly for guests driving their own cars. The buffet breakfast was a major surprise during this stay, with such a dizzying variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. The flavors catered to all ages, ensuring a satisfying and abundant breakfast every day, setting us up for an energetic start. The hotel also features an executive lounge, which offers a quiet and elegant environment with expansive views. It provides snacks, drinks, and afternoon tea, eliminating the need to go out for extra meals. The lounge's comfortable setting is perfect for a relaxing break or simple work, making the executive benefits incredibly cost-effective. The hotel's swimming pool offered an excellent experience. The water was clean and clear, and the pool area was well-lit. The decor was consistent with the overall castle style, making it suitable for adults to swim and relax, or for children to play. The facilities were well-maintained and spotless. The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The entire hotel combines aesthetics, dining, leisure amenities, and convenient parking, further enhanced by Jianbing's warm and meticulous service. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, making it suitable for both short getaways and longer stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We were very satisfied with all the parent-child activities and facilities at the hotel. It's very close to the outlet mall, and there are many dining options nearby. It's a great place for families with kids to stroll, shop, and relax. However, I have to complain about the travel photography service. It was advertised as including five photos, and I understand paying extra for additional photos. But it's ridiculous that they charge extra for edited photos. In the end, I just took the five unedited photos, which looked worse than what I could take with my phone. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation with a hotel's in-house photography service.

The room is okay. We booked the standard room, which actually came with a bathtub. They also give you a cute little white tiger plush toy as a complimentary gift. The only mystery was a locked door inside the room—not sure what that's about. On the downside, there was a strange smell in the hallway, kind of like mildew. The White Tiger Restaurant is amazing—you can genuinely watch two white tigers pacing around while you eat, though the food itself is just so-so. The shuttle service is great and takes you directly to the Birds and Wildlife World. The Circus is right next door, about a 10-minute walk, and the amusement park is not far from the Circus exit. Everything is pretty close by.

We recently brought the whole family on a trip to Chimelong and chose to stay at the Penguin Hotel. The hotel is very close to the Ocean Kingdom, making it super convenient to walk there. Driving here was also hassle-free with plenty of parking spaces. The entrance and exit lanes are smooth and well-managed. The lobby is spacious with great natural lighting, and adorable penguin themes are everywhere, giving it a strong resort vibe. Check-in and check-out were quite efficient. The staff were polite, friendly, and very patient in answering questions. The guest room is of a decent size, and the themed decor is a big hit with kids. The mattress had a medium firmness, the pillows offered good support, and the bedding looked clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains worked exceptionally well, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, and both the minibar fridge and wardrobe functioned properly. The floors were spotless, and the bathroom featured a great wet-and-dry separation design. Hot water came out quickly with good water pressure, toiletries were fully stocked, and the towels and bath towels were clean and fresh. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant is unique—you can watch live penguins while dining. The hotel also features a kids' play area and very practical self-service laundry facilities. The public hallways and lobby were well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for family trips, and we had a wonderful vacation experience.

Very convenient, located in a bustling area. The price is reasonable, and it has bunk beds. The environment is nice, definitely worth staying. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, and two large shopping malls just downstairs, all very close!

This is already our third time here. We celebrated a birthday at Chimelong Zhuhai last year, and came back for another birthday at Chimelong Guangzhou this year. The hotel service is decent. Since it was the National Day holiday, it was probably a bit crowded, and the front desk staff handling check-in looked rather tired with very few smiles. Interestingly though, the lobby staff were all beaming and very welcoming. We requested a birthday setup for the room, and they arranged it as asked. However, there weren't many birthday surprises at the hotel. Last year in Zhuhai, the waiters at the buffet restaurant actually came over to sing a birthday song and offer best wishes, but here in Guangzhou, they just put some birthday balloons on the table. We didn't bother picking up the complimentary small birthday cake because we had already received one at the zoo and were too full to eat anymore. That said, the absolute highlight was the float parade at the zoo. Every single performer came over to wish our child a happy birthday. Our kid felt like the star of the show, was thrilled to pieces, and even said they want to come back here to celebrate their birthday again next year. All in all, Chimelong is still a wonderful place.

【Thoughtful Touches】Exclusive 24-hour butler service: First off, the front desk lady was incredibly polite and patient when we checked in that evening! The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

This is our third time at Forest Sea, and this time we invited friends to come along for a vacation. The experience was, as always, fantastic! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; a special shout-out to Alone, who was very responsive to our needs and paid great attention to detail. The restaurant food was a pleasant surprise, completely changing our perception of resort dining. This place is truly a paradise for kids, with the water park being a huge hit – the children had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The resort environment is very comfortable, allowing adults to relax and chat while the kids play freely. It's perfect for a short trip with a few families. Every visit here is so refreshing, it's a place we'll definitely keep coming back to. Highly recommended for friends looking for a family-friendly getaway.
