This is a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with good amenities. The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. I extended my booking a number of times and the staff were very happy to help. Even though I can’t speak much Chinese, they were so easy to deal with. My room with the bathtub was huge, the bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and warm with great water pressure. The view over the river from my room was nice. The aircon was very good. The hotel is in a very good location, and there are a number of restaurants and street food vendors right outside. I highly recommend the dumpling soup from the restaurant to the right of the 24/7 store opposite the hotel.

booked 2 rooms for family stay. location location location. unbeatable, walking distance to major tourists spot and aplenty of food just downstairs. one of the best stays in my Chongqing - Guiyang trip, laundry will be collected by staff and delivered to our room when it’s done. my only request is the toilet can be cleaner, esp the shower area. else really perfect stay.

We have an exceptional experience at Aspera, a boutique hotel. The room is clean and equipped with fixtures of excellent quality including from Dyson and Harmon speaker. The breakfast has very good spread, with excellent coffee and roof-top view. The service staff are all very well trained and motivated with great service culture. Hotel Manager 小夏 leads a young vibrant team with strong competence and professionalism. Hotel even provides complimentary concierge laundry service, and afternoon tea. Hotel location is perfect, 5 mins walk to train station, pedestrian walking street and close to all attractions. Hotel is located on 24th floor within an office block, which is common for all the hotels within the city vicinity. Strongly recommended.

I stayed for 7 nights and extended another 4 nights. A total of 11 nights. Positives: 1) I'm able to contact service staff via Wechat, which is awesome for introverts. 2) Laundry service is free. You'll have to pack and hand over the clothes (except for socks and undergarments) to them for washing during their stated hours. 3) Robot will deliver your food deliveries and requested items (ice etc.), which is cool. 4) Service is superb, and they assisted in receiving my taobao parcels and kept it safe in their storage area. 5) When I requested a stay extension, a slight discount was kindly granted. Negatives: 1) One of the nights, I was told that there was no more ice. Usually, hotels provide a bucket or a glass of ice. There were 2-3 nights we requested for ice, and it were given in a small paper cup. 2) Faulty curtain blinds in our room. Our curtains blinds automatically went up during random hours, usually in the morning or afternoon, which affected my sleep. I'm a light sleeper, so I couldn't sleep back afterwards. However, i did not notify the staffs until my last night as it didn't bother me that much. Initially I thought it will go up after 24h. 3) Our hotel voucher came with high tea set. However, I waited half an hour for the staff to serve us due to peak hours. And waited for another 20min for the pastries and tea to be served. And that was during my birthday. Honestly, you can pass on it, it wasn't impressive and it wasn't worth the wait. Neutrals: 1) My birthday was during the trip but there were no special arrangement done. Usually in other countries, the hotel will write us a birthday card and give a small cake. 2) I read many reviews of free room upgrade, but there weren't one given to us despite long stays. 3) As its not self service Laundry, you won't be able to wash your undergarments and socks. Please bring more if you do not want to hand-wash it yourself. There are not self service Laundry service nearby. 4) they do not provide any more panda plushies during checkout :(

My stay at the Yian Hotel was fantastic. The room has a fantastic view, and it's close to several attractions. A subway station and cable car access are also nearby. The room is very spacious, and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A stay at the Yian Hotel is highly recommended.

An amazing place to stay! I’ll definitely stay again. The location is prime, situated near many attractions. The design of the interior is also attractive. Great to host your social company. Very clean and refreshed upon request. The staff are friendly and helped me with my reservations. The lounge is comfortable. I highly recommend a sit in after a day on the town.

This was a great hotel, very unique and cool design in the lobby and rooms. Extremely comfortable bed which helps after a day of exploring Chongqing. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Dandan at the front desk looked after us and was a great host. It was a bonus that they add you on WeChat so you can message at any time if you have any questions! Free laundry services helped a lot. Good location with lots of shops, malls and food in the area. 5 star! Would recommend

Warmly greeted by the front staff when we arrived. Check in was smooth and the front staff gave us plenty of suggestion when we asked for recommendations. The unblock high floor view was really impressive. There’s a photo spot on the roof, with a fee, and you can request the staff to book it for you. 十八梯 and 解放碑was about 8 mins walk away from the hotel. Raffles place was a train stop away. 2 mins walk to the train from the hotel. 下浩里 was on the opposite side, a quick didi ride can get you there. The room was spacious, had bluetooth ceiling speakers for music. When you check you, they’ll gift you a welcome yoghurt. One suggestion: hope you could change the shower floor, the grids, to me, feel dirty even though it’s clean. For the shower floor, i’d rate 7/10. The rest of the toilet however, i’ll rate 9.5/10.
