Hotel near The Peak Of Mount Huangshan,Huangshan City
The Baiyun Hotel (Baiyun Binguan) is located in the Tianhai Scenic Area of Huang Shan, China's famous "Yellow Mountain". Surrounded by soaring peaks and wistful pines, this mountaintop hotel backs onto Bright Summit, one of the best spots to witness the majestic sight of the sun rising over the misty mountains. It's a sight that is well worth the early start, and the morning chill is alleviated by thick down jackets available to all guests. The hotel is built in traditional Hui style with rustic but cozy wood-lined "eco" rooms. More traditional-style options are available, many of which offer exceptional mountain views. All guestrooms feature high-speed broadband Internet access, satellite TVs, mini-bars and in-room safes.Dining options on Huang Shan are limited to hotels and snack stalls with the Baiyuan Hotel's restaurant offering a range of Chinese and Western options. Other facilities include a small shop and a business center for those all-important emails, but really Huang Shan is all about the magnificent scenery and a mountain-top stay is the perfect way to enjoy it to the max.

"An absolute haven for weary travelers! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional care and attention to detail from the staff completely melted away the exhaustion of a long journey. Check-in was seamless, and I was warmly greeted with thoughtful welcome gifts, along with a wonderful selection of complimentary snacks and refreshing drinks that instantly revived me. The hospitality didn’t stop there—having access to discounted meals at the on-site dining made unwinding after a long day effortless and comforting. The room itself was immaculately clean, wonderfully quiet, and featured a bed that provided the most restorative sleep I’ve had in weeks. Every amenity felt tailored for ultimate relaxation and comfort. What truly sets this accommodation apart, however, is the outstanding management and service team. The service manager provided clear, prompt, and helpful information throughout my stay, and any minor feedback I shared was acknowledged and acted upon almost immediately. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards of cleanliness with genuine, proactive hospitality that genuinely looks after the wellbeing of its guests. I cannot recommend this place enough and am already looking forward to my next stay!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hefei South High-speed Railway Station, which is super convenient for those traveling by car. The room was spacious, and you could tell a lot of thought went into its design and layout. I specifically chose a room with a bathtub to relax after a long drive, and the hotel even thoughtfully provided a complimentary bottle of red wine. Soaking in the tub with a glass of wine created a wonderful ambiance, which was a delightful surprise. The room was clean and tidy, and overall, my stay was very pleasant. A small suggestion: The hotel primarily uses face recognition for entry, which is very convenient. However, it would be even better if they also offered traditional key card access as an option."

The Xihai Hotel (Huangshan Xihai Fandian) is located on the foot of Danxia Peak, at the entrance of the Xihai Valley. A number of restaurants serve local Anhui dishes along with delicacies from other regions. Guests can also enjoy a drink at coffee shop or bar. Meeting facilities and a business center are available at this Huang Shan hotel for those needed professional services.Guests in this Huang Shan hotel can go to the disco in their free time.

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. They provided 3 complimentary breakfasts, which were also very rich. For dinner, we ordered à la carte noodles and fried rice; I highly recommend the noodles, a large bowl and delicious. There was also a performance in the evening, which created a great atmosphere. For families with children visiting Huangshan, I recommend a two-day trip staying on the mountain. It's less crowded and less tiring. On the first day, we entered via the Yungu cable car around 10 AM, explored the back mountain, and rested at the Xihai Hotel at noon. In the afternoon, we hiked the first loop of the West Sea Grand Canyon, then returned for dinner, and later went to Danxia Peak to watch the sunset. On the second day, we watched the sunrise, had a good breakfast, and then went to Bright Summit and Greeting Pine before descending via the Yuping cable car. There weren't many people along the way, and the intensity was moderate."

If you are a happy admirer, you must come to Huanzhi. Huanzhi Hotel integrates the happy experience into the star-rated service standards, and is committed to creating a happy experience hotel loved by hipsters.

"One of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at in China. Normally, I'd book a hotel with a smart toilet, but after researching all the reviews and the facilities at Fungee, I chose it and wasn't disappointed. The location is right next to the pedestrian street, which is very convenient. The hotel includes breakfast and many other services perfect for families, especially the laundry and drying service. Requests for additional amenities are all made via phone and delivered very quickly. There's also a free claw machine, which my child absolutely loved and even managed to win something from! However, the hotel should check its equipment; the air conditioner remote in room 403 was a bit hard to press, and the curtain in room 303 was stuck. Despite these minor issues, I still give it a 10/10 and will definitely return if I have another chance to visit Hefei."

The Guangmingding Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Guangmingding Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Huangshan City. The hotel is located approximately 59km from Huangshanxi Railway Station and 67km from Huangshan Tunxi International Airport. Guests will find Baiyun Scenic Area, Mount Huangshan Scenic Area and Feilai Stone just a short distance from the hotel. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"The facilities are indeed old, and the room isn't huge, with a decor that feels dated. However, you can't beat the location – it's right on the peak of Bright Summit at 1860 meters, marking the dividing point between the front and back mountains. You can take the Yungu Cable Car up the back mountain, explore the Flying-over Stone on day one, and then descend via the Yuping Cable Car on the front mountain on day two. It's the perfect choice for this classic route, allowing you to avoid retracing your steps. What truly makes it worth the price is the sunrise: the alarm rings, you bundle up in the down jacket provided in the room, and in just two or three minutes, you're at the viewing platform. Those ten minutes when the sea of clouds turns golden? Absolutely priceless. After staying here, we can officially say we've conquered Bright Summit too."

"The room was spacious with smart home features and a very comfortable mattress. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a supermarket for convenient shopping. The 'Old Xu Restaurant' downstairs at the hotel serves exceptionally delicious stewed chicken in a wok. In the morning, heading to Huangshan, the hotel provides a free shuttle that gets you to the ticket hall in just 3 minutes, which is super convenient. The hotel's concierge was very enthusiastic and even explained the Huangshan routes. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"Facilities: This hotel looks particularly beautiful at night, creating a fantastic ambiance from the outside. I booked a terrace room, which had lounge chairs outside the door – super cool and absolutely dust-free. The room's hardware was excellent, with smart home features throughout, and the mattress was really soft. The king-size bed was so comfortable, even for three of us with a child. The only minor downside was the slight dripping noise when it rained at night, which might be due to the building's exterior design. Overall, I'd give it a 9.5/10. Hygiene: The cleanliness was spot on, and there was no strange smell when entering the room, which made for a great experience. Environment: It's close to nature, so you might encounter small insects, but the room provided mosquito repellent, so it wasn't an issue at all. Very good. Service: The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. The staff proactively helped me with my luggage. My child loved the Huangshan shortbread at breakfast, and they even gave us some to take away – truly considerate! They also offered free hiking poles and maps, plus a free shuttle service to and from the South Gate. Everything was just perfect. It was a bit of a shame that it rained during our visit, but I've already made plans with friends to come back again when the weather is clear in autumn. We'll definitely book this place again."

"The room is well-equipped and has a unique decoration, but maybe because it is a long time ago, there are too many fabrics, which makes people feel that the hygiene is not very good, and the elevator is very slow. The surrounding environment is very good, with a variety of popular snacks. It is also 3 minutes away from the river and the city center. The overall cost performance is good."

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ticket gate, and across the street from the core temple complex of Jiuhua Mountain. The temples are just steps away, making worshipping Buddha incredibly convenient! There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required. I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!

The vibe here is truly special! The owners put so much heart into running this place. The rooms are spotless, and the moment you step in, you just feel completely relaxed. In the evenings, they invite everyone to the lobby for tea and conversation, serving delicious tea snacks and fresh fruit. For two days straight, they gave complimentary special drinks to the kids and homemade millet wine to the adults. It felt just like visiting a friend's house, and the kids absolutely loved it. All the food was fantastic – purely handmade and organic. The water they served was mountain spring water, and the air was so fresh. On our last day, we joined the owner for a sunrise trip to the tea mountain. The sea of clouds was breathtaking, and it was wonderfully cool. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its warm hospitality. I'll definitely be back with my girlfriends next time. Wishing the owners all the best with their business, and a big thank you to all the staff for two days of thoughtful care! ^_^

This guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, making it super convenient for resting after an evening stroll. The decor is charmingly traditional, perfectly complementing the Huizhou architectural style. The guesthouse itself feels like an integral part of the scenic area, featuring a garden restaurant and a coffee bar where you can even pet cats. The owner is fantastic, offering luggage pickup and drop-off services right from the bus station. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

Huangshan Shilin Hotel

For Chinese travellers, please disregard this review! However for foreign travellers to Huangshan BEWARE of any hotel in the scenic area, such as Shilin! The Trip website does not give information as to how it is possible to get to the hotel, causing me to lose what I paid for a room - not inconsiderable! It is NOT POSSIBLE to reach the hotel by car. Instead, you must get on the Yungu cable car (1 hour bus from Tangkou town) and hike around 1.5hours to the hotel. Please leave a whole day to reach the hotel. The English version of the listing even suggested to me that taking a taxi to the hotel front door was possible, which it was not. Due to a delayed train from Hangzhou, I missed the last bus to the Scenic area and was forced to rebook accommodation, no refund (although I didn’t argue for one, in fairness). I hate to leave such a bad review on a hotel I didn’t stay at: I’m sure, if you can speak Chinese and communicate with the staff to find out access times etc., then the Shilin Hotel offers spectacular hiking opportunities in this astoundingly beautiful site. However, again, as a foreigner please leave ample time to reach any hotel in the scenic area, make sure you reach the cable car well before 3:30 and pack VERY LIGHT. I would say at least that the staff tried their best to help when I called, given it’s unreasonable for me to expect them to speak English, but given the actively misleading listing on trip I’m forced to leave this bad review.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, purely because of its location. For its spot, the amenities still offer great value for money. However, this time I booked a king room and was given one facing the street. My much-anticipated holiday, a relaxing mountain escape in southern Anhui, was ruined by a night of noise. I understand that the Yellow Mountain entrance/exit sees a lot of traffic, but the reality is I didn't sleep a wink. I'd suggest upgrading the windows on the street-facing side to high-standard, soundproof ones – it would make a real difference. The breakfast selection also seemed a bit limited. Overall though, it's still consistently good and remains one of the top-tier options in this town. These are my honest thoughts, hope they're helpful.

My stay at Banyan Tree Huangshan was fantastic! I booked two packages for the Luyuan King Room and stayed for six days, and every day was a joy. All the staff here were excellent. First, I was assigned a butler named Amy, who provided warm and thoughtful service. She sent me WeChat updates on all the hotel's activities and told me to let her know if I needed anything at any time. It felt very considerate. The environment is also beyond praise; it's very close to Lucun Village, and the views from the balcony and the hotel lobby are simply stunning. It felt like I didn't even need to leave the hotel to experience the beauty of Huizhou. The hotel offers a rich variety of activities, like the fish lantern parade and the close-up experience of iron flower making, which were brilliant. My child also participated in various pastry-making sessions. The chefs were wonderful; we joined three times, and each time the师傅 (master/chef) was great with both kids and adults. The pastries we made were truly delicious. The only downside was the room where we made pastries; it might be too close to the outside, as it was a bit warm. I hope they can improve that. The housekeeping and valet staff were also exceptionally courteous and provided thorough service. All in all, my trip to Banyan Tree Huangshan was absolutely delightful!

Comfortable stays and delicious food are already the least noteworthy things about Shuguangli. This is the first review I've ever actively written, and unlike the perfunctory ones requested by other hotels, every sentence comes from the heart. Every butler at Shuguangli is incredibly warm and thoughtful. They remember even casual remarks and surprise you at unexpected moments. We originally planned for one night on the mountaintop, but after experiencing the warmth of Shuguangli, we decisively extended our stay for another night and even invited our friends from downhill to join us. The butlers try their best to fulfill every request; their common refrain is, ”Just let us know if you need anything at all.” I must also specially mention two unique butlers, the cat Yun Dou and the dog Yun Bao, who also warm every guest with Shuguangli's hospitality. I'm already looking forward to reuniting with the 'family' here, probably in winter~
