"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "We loved our stay at the resort! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect—we were right in the heart of the village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We also appreciated that some amenities were included during our stay. Our favorite was definitely the hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The room was equipped with bowls, plates, cups, and utensils, which was very convenient for enjoying simple meals and snacks. The only thing we wished for was a full kitchen with a stovetop so we could prepare our own meals. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Blue Mountain and would love to come back again in the future!"

"The location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto."

"The location is excellent. We booked a room with a waterfall view, and we could see the waterfall right from our room. Actually, even rooms without a direct waterfall view can still enjoy it from the hotel's elevator viewing platform, which is great. Perhaps on the day we checked in, several large tour groups arrived, making the hotel lobby chaotic. We waited a long time for the elevator. We had breakfast vouchers included with our room, but they expired before we could use them, and the restaurant front desk wouldn't refund them, nor would Ctrip. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the Starbucks downstairs had rather poor service. After buying food and drinks, I asked for a cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for it. The front desk said it was free, but I just gave up on it. I don't know if they provide different services to different guests, but I wasn't impressed. I kicked the foot of the bed with my slippers multiple times, and it hurt like crazy. This is a significant design flaw, especially with children around, it could cause serious injury. The staff, however, were excellent. The lock on my luggage broke, and a maintenance guy found tools to fix it, which was fantastic! 👍"

"If you go to London, Ontario, you must go to this hotel. The quaint and elegant building is well protected and the rooms are very clean and warm. The hotel is more famous for its restaurant, and it is necessary to make an appointment in advance in the local area. The breakfast was excellent and you can see the pictures. The service is very British and every guest will feel respected."

"#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Towels, Cleanliness of Public Areas, Public Area Decor, Bathroom, Safety; #negative #I was disappointed with the Service; I booked the wrong room and asked Ctrip to coordinate, but Ctrip said that this hotel does not allow them to call them. I went to the front desk to negotiate, and it was obvious that there were rooms available on the Internet, but the front desk staff was unable to refuse, and lied that ”all the rooms are full”. It feels like they are cheating customers. Will not live in the future."
