I passed this store on the way from the hotel to the ancient city. There were so many people in the store. I was thinking of going in for a drink, but I decided to cancel it.
I bought two mixed baguettes and ate them while walking.
It was indeed the best and most delicious one I have eaten in such a long time.
The baguettes were slightly hot and crispy, with many kinds of fillings and they were delicious. One of them was a little spicy and tasted really good. No wonder so many people recommended it.
The next day, when I came back from My Son Ruins, I came here to buy some to take away.
I bought baguettes in other places later, but I never found such delicious ones. It was mainly because of the difference in fillings.

There was a male waiter with a very bad attitude. The dishes tasted OK, but the price was not OK. The environment was so-so. Five people spent more than 200 RMB. There was a fried tofu that tasted good. We ordered two servings.

There are two types of white roses, B&aacute;nh bao and b&aacute;nh vạc, which are made of rice flour and look a bit like wontons. They are called white roses because they are small and beautiful, just like roses. The outer skin of these two types of white roses is made of fresh, fragrant glutinous rice, and then filtered repeatedly with water. The biggest difference is the ingredients of the filling! This ancestral delicacy white rose, which has been in business for more than 100 years, makes at least 4,000 white roses by hand every day. It is a famous manufacturer, where you can also experience making white roses and enjoy authentic white rose meals.

Of all the restaurants I&#39;ve been to in Hoi An, this is the most delicious! ⭐This is the best banh xeo⭐I&#39;ve had it many times in other places, but the banh xeo here is the best (I guarantee it) The staff are so kind and they recommend confusing menus, and after I finished eating, they even gave me a small coffee as dessert coffeeㅠㅠ It&#39;s such a delicious restaurant that I regretted going there from the first dayㅠ Of course, the banh xeo is great, and the grilled squid is simple but incredibly tender and has the best charcoal smell. Before coming here, my biggest expectations for Vietnam were Vietnamese noodles, coffee, and rolls (non-fried vegetable rolls), especially Vietnamese noodles. There used to be a store next to my office, and I would go there every day for lunch. But I have to say that the most surprising thing was the Vietnamese sandwich b&aacute;nh m&igrave; and the fried roll CHẢ GI&Ograve;.

The Vietnamese sandwich is conceptually the same as all sandwiches, with two slices of bread and fillings, and the main features are the ingredients of these two materials. At first glance, the bread is not very attractive, but very chewy, with a relatively crispy crust and a full airy feel inside. I guess it should be because the local temperature is relatively high, so the fermentation is relatively sufficient. This kind of bread is everywhere on the street, and you can buy it for one or two yuan. It is said that it was brought in during the early French colonization, so the locals also call it baguette. The fillings in the sandwich generally include pickles, lettuce, peppers, beef or pork, and occasionally eggs and cheese, as well as bay leaves and some sauce. After the good integration of the small talk inside, sandwiched in the crispy baguette, it is really happy [wow] I tried four different bahn mi in total, from the 70-year-old grandmother&#39;s shop at the street corner to the local famous snacks to the hotel restaurant, and I was not disappointed once! 

Vietnamese fried rolls (Figure 8) are more or less similar to our spring rolls in concept. The name cha gio is the transliteration of spring rolls, and in English, it can be collectively referred to as all Asian spring rolls. There is usually meat filling inside, but what makes it more delicious is the wrapping layer, instead of the general dough, it is actually rice paper woven with rice noodles. When fried, it will become a little bit, and the crispy taste is more obvious! 

Coffee can be said to be the most disappointing to me... Not to mention that I can&#39;t taste any beans. Other local flavors, whether it is salt coffee, egg coffee (Figure 3) or general milk coffee, are very choking, which is a bit difficult to appreciate. 【Figure 16】

In addition, the decoration of the restaurants is very good, and the atmosphere is full. Whether it is a small street shop or a relatively high-priced restaurant, it always makes people feel full of soul [eat melon] In contrast, a certain food desert is...

Overall, in my limited observation, Vietnamese food is relatively heavy in carbohydrates, but the vegetables are very fresh, and eggs and dairy products are used less. It can be seen that it is a kind of cuisine that is very friendly to localized diet therapy and vegetarianism. No wonder it is so popular with European and American culture [eat melon]

The second coffee shop I drank in Hoi An. After just finishing a cup of Vietnamese black coffee, I passed by here and hurried in to check it out.
I ordered a large cup of coconut coffee and a cup of passion fruit juice.
The passion fruit juice is very strong and has no seeds. It tastes good.
The coconut coffee is a little sweet and feels like a smoothie. It is indeed a bit greasy after drinking too much. Later, I took it away and drank it while walking around. When I was halfway through drinking it, I accidentally dropped it on the ground and threw it away.
The environment in the store is not bad, and it looks good when taking pictures.
Each table has flowers, different types, such as gerbera, lily, etc., which are very beautiful.
The price is a bit expensive here, but it is still quite cheap in RMB.
