The food was excellent; I ordered the Saigon tasting menu. My friend ordered several dishes. The service was perfect when ordering, though we waited a while for our first drink order. The location is good, but the lower floors are often noisy.

They were just recently named one of the best restaurants in Asia and are the only Michelin star restaurant in Vietnam. The food was excellent. Highlights included the Mekong River Prawns, Cavier Banh Nhung, Cha Ca H&agrave; Nội (Black Cod), Bun Cha Bourdain, and the Roast Pigeon. The Black Cod went really well with the dill sauce and the Roast Pigeon/sticky rice was delicious.

The food was excellent. Highlights included the Mekong River Prawns, Cavier Banh Nhung, Cha Ca H&agrave; Nội (Black Cod), Bun Cha Bourdain and the Roast Pigeon. The Black Cod went really well with the dill sauce and the Roast Pigeon/sticky rice was delicious (finished the whole dish despite being the last course and being very full). The Petit Four dim sum was also a surprise and delight. It included the Black Garlic Chocolate and the Passion Fruit/Coconut Macarons.

We had an amazing time at the rooftop bar. It was amazing and we were delighted! We ate from the regular menu.

Delightful tasting menu...the smoked caviar eggs, crab and sea urchin and black haddock were all excellent.

As soon as he heard that there was the most expensive and high-end American steak in Vietnam, your foodie brother Vincious immediately put on his blindfold and came to this restaurant, bar and butcher shop by smelling the smell. In addition to eating and drinking here, you can also buy meat and cook it yourself at home.
The interior is basically a bar, a butcher shop and an open oven area, and there are several tables outside for formal dining. The strong bar atmosphere and music make people want to relax and have fun as soon as they come in.

After sitting down and ordering, the bread was served immediately. The outer layer of the bread was baked very crispy. Cut a piece of bread and spread the slightly spicy pickled pepper on it. Instantly, I felt that I made an Italian bruschetta, hahaha, with a whole head of roasted garlic, the fragrance was overflowing.

A glass of Pina Colada cocktail is 200,000 Vietnamese dong (about 60 yuan), and a glass of Mojito is 180,000 Vietnamese dong (about 58 yuan). There is nothing to be picky about. Drink slowly and slowly turn on the tipsy mode.

The lobster and crab soup is full of seafood flavor, soft and delicious lobster meat and flesh. You really have to use bread to soak up the last drop before you are willing to stop.
Next is the vegetable salad with cheese slices. Although the salad is simple, it is paired with homemade sauce and cheese, and the taste becomes rich instantly.

Before the protagonist came on stage, the hot plate came first, followed by the freshly grilled steak! The first thicker and darker piece is USDA Prime&#39;s half-cooked fillet steak 250 grams, 1.1 million Vietnamese dong (about RMB 310). USDA Prime is the top beef certificate issued by the United States Department of Agriculture, which is the authority on steak. The meat is very tender and smooth. You can cut a piece with almost only one knife. It feels like cotton candy when you put it in your mouth. When you chew it lightly, the beef spreads in your mouth, leaving an endless aftertaste. The blue cheese sauce I ordered is a cheese that has blue mold on it after fermentation. It is a magical food similar to durian or stinky tofu. Blue cheese with steak is also one of my favorites.
The medium-rare Australian Black Angus rib-eye steak is 250, 990,000 VND (about 300 RMB). The beef fiber is slightly thicker than the USDA Prime fillet steak, and the taste is also great. It is paired with pepper sauce to form a classic steak flavor. But if you have money, your brother thinks that the USDA Prime fillet steak is better.

Since we sat outside and the store was close to the main road, the environment was still a bit noisy. It only cost 1,000 for 2 people to eat such a high-grade steak, which was a very... good experience.

Square One has long been one of our favorite restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and it just got even better! We ate here six nights during our three week stay. Chef Ninh Le Trung Hau is amazing! Everything was delicious.

We were staying in a hotel nearby and stumbled into this restaurant. The restaurant is located on the rooftop with a great view overlooking a busy road junction. The food tasted good, standard French cuisine, and the presentation was very delicate. The price was a little high but acceptable.
