Pho Thin

You can smell the rich aroma before you even enter the store. This shop that only sells pork rice noodles is a well-known food shop in Hanoi, with a constant stream of customers, including locals and tourists. The specialty here is the fragrant soup, the tender pork, and a lot of green onions. The taste and texture are very rich. Order a bowl of small fried dough sticks, which is just right for one person.

They only sell one thing, beef noodle.   Everyone orders a portion of fried dough sticks and a bowl of noodles before entering the store and finding a seat. There is no air conditioning, only fans. There are a lot of people, and it's very busy. The boss and the staff are busy. You have to squeeze lime juice and add various sauces to eat it, which makes it more delicious. Compared with chicken and pork, this beef noodle is a bit heavier, more fragrant, and very delicious! Everyone has a bowl. The vinegar or something in it is also delicious.

I visited three rice noodle restaurants in Hanoi, and the best is right here at Pho Tinh! The soup is thick and it gets even tastier when you add chili peppers. It's a little more expensive than other restaurants, but it's worth it because there's a lot of meat and it's delicious! Cash is prepaid for a single menu, so prepare it in advance and go~

After watching the puppet show, I was hungry and saw this restaurant, so I came to eat. I ordered a small and a standard. To be honest, the taste was very ordinary, not as good as pho 10. The environment was like a standard fly restaurant. The locals who came to eat seemed to be students. I don’t know why I came to eat here. Anyway, if you pass by, it’s enough to experience it. There’s no need to come here specially to eat. Of course, compared to what I ate later in Da Nang, this one is really delicious.

The only choice was the pho, which had a rich broth with lots of meat and plenty of chopped green onions. I personally loved it! I was completely blown away!

The authentic Pho in Hanoi has its own characteristics. The beef is fried. It is mostly eaten by locals and many foreigners also come here to eat it.
