My favorite Pho place--large and healthy portions, beautiful local atmosphere (although popular with tourists as well) with a good sense of hygiene and cleanliness. Close to the lake, but also close to Beer Corner and the heart of the old town.

Close to Hoan Kiem Lake, the restaurant is on the 6th floor. The food tastes good. The price is a bit expensive but acceptable. I will come back to try other dishes next time. Enjoy the lake view while tasting the food.
