suifeng2019I went there at 6pm, and the restaurant was already full of people. By the time I finished eating, there was already a long queue. This restaurant is better than pho 10, the soup is really fresh, the meat is plenty, and the rice noodles are very flavorful.

This is one of the most popular rice noodle shops in Hanoi's Old Quarter. During meal time, the queues will definitely stretch to the street. The cooked beef here is very good, with thick slices of beef mixed with tendons, rich taste and strong flavor. The thin slices of beef can be chosen to be medium-rare or well-done, and the soup is sweet and delicious, which is worth a try. It is an unwritten rule here to leave after eating and give up seats to the next group of diners.
Finally found this pho shop, called Pho Gia Truyen. There were a lot of locals queuing up, so it must be right. I sent my son to queue up and took some photos. A classic rice noodle shop with an open kitchen. The beef was raw when it was thrown into the bowl! It was actually a bit disgusting, but when in Rome, do as the Romans do. You can't miss a raw beef pho when you come to Vietnam. I remember that the taste seemed to be just okay, but the price was more expensive than other places. But it was also very cheap, about 15 yuan in RMB.
A local Vietnamese pho place, generally speaking it's average
It looks like a pretty good local restaurant.
