Café Imperial Wien

I came to this century-old restaurant because of the recommendation in the travel book. It was very difficult to make an appointment. There was only one time available on the same day, so I had to book it several days in advance. I had the recommended stewed beef cheek and stewed lamb knee, which were soft and delicious. The waiter was very busy, and sometimes I felt like I was being laughed at because of the different terms. The diners and waiters next to me were coughing, and I felt a little stressed when I was eating.

The menu includes seasonal ingredients, fresh produce, fresh juices and some cocktails. Everything is beautiful, simple and reasonably priced. The waiter is friendly, speaks fluent English, and provides efficient service even when it is busy

The cafe is a small oasis and the elaborate menu is perfect for vegetarians and strict vegans. Tea has a lovely selection. The service is warm and kind, thoughtful and not arrogant. Shehan is particularly charming and helped guide me to order. The atmosphere is laid back. The interior is beautiful. If you are someone who likes to shoot food, there is definitely a lovely background. 5 stars, 1 star each in terms of food, service, interior, atmosphere and value. This store has been included in my list of “Will come again” in my heart.

It is the restaurant of the Empire Hotel. I have eaten breakfast and lunch here. Breakfast is buffet. There are quite a lot of choices. For lunch, Vienna actually has fried pork chops, which tastes good.
