It's a very nice bakery. The breads there are all delicious. The red bean bread tastes good, not too greasy. The pre-made donuts are also first-rate.
You'll find a wide variety of "pies" and various drinks, including coffees made-to-order. We indulged in the chicken and pizza pies, iced teas and coffee, and an apple and pumpkin pie. Nary a complaint was uttered!
This is a lovely clean and cosy café with excellent coffee and a great range of yummy pies, also for vegetarians and vegans. Super nice and polite staff. Plus the dogs stay outside so you can eat in peace. Special thanks to the kind gentleman who made sure I was happy with the ice in my coffee. We will be back!
This brought back great memories of a chicken pie place from my youth. Offers a variety of hot meat pies. I would have loved to try the chicken but their sweet pies were up there. It was a big toss up between the apple crumble and coconut cream pie. I went with the coconut. Very unique flavor and texture from the young coconut. The pie for everyone is a great idea. More portion control over traditional pie slices. Trendy place, great for lunch, dinner or dessert.
Love this cool little place! Well designed and easy to use. We parked at the church (?) diagonal intersection for parking!!! I had the traditional chicken pot pie. The crust was delightful! Very flaky, light and buttery. Closer to a puff type pastry than your average pie crust. Very good! The filling was nice with just the right amount of veggies and nice chunks of chicken. The pie was a single serve and a totally satisfying comfort food. He loved his pie too! < Dessert time!!! I had the berry cream cheese hand pie. Super tasty with just the right amount of berries but didn't get real cream cheese, no problem. The crust was very nice and crunchy with the sugar on top! These had earl grey cream pie centers. It was a very special treat with the tea infused cream and chocolate sauce on the bottom. <br/> The service was warm and personal. You can tell these people really love what they do and making their customers happy!
They are open now for a soft opening and will be in their grand opening October 8th. Delicious pies. Vegetarian, vegan and meat pies. 5 inch flaky savory crust through and through. Various dessert pies and coffee. Brand new place worth checking out. A 5 inch pie is a little on the expensive side at $8-8.50 and with tax it's over $9. I hope they lower the prices or make the pies bigger and I'll be a long time customer. They also offer breakfast pies. I'll go back to try their other vegetarian pies and breakfast pies.
