The Shack, Saipan

The Shack Saipan is a cafe on Saipan Island. This cafe is close to the beach and the environment is really first-class. I sat here and had a cup of coffee.

This shop was doing quite well at noon. The family sitting next to me was eating burgers together, so cute. I chose the everything bagel, and still chose my favorite and most classic combination, smoked salmon cream cheese bagel. Their bagels are comparable to those of Better Bagels in Leiden, but the cream cheese is not as good as theirs. Smoked salmon is my favorite flavor. The bagel crust is still so crispy and delicious after being baked, so fragrant! But the price of buying a bagel alone is a bit high compared to Better Bagels.

The decoration is relatively simple. It is a restaurant opened by local Americans. The American biscuits inside are very delicious, with a lot of jam, and the taste is also very sweet. Therefore, it is easy to gain weight if you stay in Saipan for a few days.

I ordered The Alaskan crepe, a Latte Bowel Special, an Americano and a ginger smoothie. The Alaskan crepe has smoked salmon and yogurt sauce, which tastes good. There is also a Latte Bowel Special, which is actually a chicken salad, but unlike other salads, many vegetables in it are boiled in water. Maybe I have eaten too much meat recently, so I think this salad is particularly delicious. The ginger smoothie has a strong ginger flavor!

This beach front cafe is the best in Saipan. The service is also very good. Every cuisine is delicious. The coffee and tea are also very good.
