Inside a medieval old house, there is a really good afternoon tea restaurant called The Going Bar &amp; Lounge. I came here to check in with my bestie.

Hide, it was a great pleasure to dine at this restaurant. We all ordered beef dishes, one: rib eye cap/wild mushrooms/mushroom spinach puree/red wine sauce; two: sirloin/roasted vegetables/pickled vegetables/curry; three: air-dried beef/pecorino/egg yolk pasta/vinegar grains.

The restaurant has a good environment and is very beautiful. It is worth checking in.

The service in this restaurant is very good. I took a photo of the bill and printed it out on an A4 size paper, which was very formal. The dishes were not expensive, but the portions were not large. The hamburgers were well made, but the salad tasted just average.

Surprising excellent food and the wine was also top draw - set menu was amazing value. Took a little while to order and waiter wasn&rsquo;t best at listening but the waitress was. Had a top draw work lunch that impressed the client. Would recommend.

The service in this restaurant is first-rate. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with &quot;sir sir&quot; and they keep calling you that. They are very polite and you feel very high class. The dishes taste good, too. The beef and the original soup are both good.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful , the food was really good and the surroundings were great , we had such a good time

一座非常中世纪的老洋房里面，藏着一家特别不错的下午茶打卡网红餐厅，名字是叫The Going Bar &amp; Lounge，和好闺蜜一起前来打卡。

英国的皇室也来吃过的餐厅，当然是很久以前的事情，里面的惠林顿牛肉一定要点哦，非常的好吃，我点了很多菜，味道都不错，很正宗。

The British royal family has also eaten at this restaurant, of course that was a long time ago. You must order the beef Wellington there, it is very delicious. I ordered many dishes and they all tasted good and very authentic.

Highly knowedgeable staff,  outstanding service without the &quot;hovering&quot; of other comparable restaurants.   The food never disappoints nor does the ambient music which is non-intrusive with cool jazz vibes.  A great way to spend an evening in a tasteful setting.

📍 The Dining Room at @thegoring 

With its grandiose interior, impeccable service and traditional yet refined Michelin star food, the Dining Room really is the place if you want to feel like royalty for a few hours.

The restaurant is unsurprising pricey, but you are very much paying for the experience and not just food. It’s also worth noting they do offer a slightly more affordable 3-course pre-theatre menu for £80 as well as the regular a la carte menu.
