Our waiter was amazing , tentative but not too over tentative, food was in abundance and the savouries were lovely, particularly the salmon quiche. So much nicer than the usual salmon sandwiches! The restaurant itself has a 1990’s feel about it, not really to my taste but I guess it’s aimed more at families and kids! Great afternoon tea!

The food was fab. The staff were lovely. Would be nice if they dressed as umper lumpers and used more of the Charlie and the chocolate factory vibe. Such a brilliant concept.
Wonka-themed food and desserts were so neat! We wished there had been more Wonka-themed things in the ambience like decorations and music but it was a nice outing overall.
My family and I had a wonderful time. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food and presentation was perfect. I only wish the room had looked more like a chocolate factory and some of the staff were dressed as “Umpa Lumpas”Every other way it was top notch.
The experience was excellent and the service was fantastic. I would say this is more geared for younger kids. I also thought it was overpriced, but I knew what I was going into. I thought it was a lot of fun and I have to point out that our waiter was fantastic. Very attentive and he was a joy.
