It sounds like a very strange combination at first, but it really happened in Guam. A few years ago, the local Thai hotel brand Dusit Thain entered Guam and established the first and currently only location in the United States - Dusit Thani Guam. This hotel is currently composed of two hotels of the Dusit Group. Since they are owned by the same owner, the hotels are in the same building, with slightly different brands to make a small distinction: Dusit Beach Resort and Dusit Thani Guam. The locations are also in the first row of Tumon Bay.
Among them, Dusit Thani is a higher level, and Dusit Beach has simpler facilities and lower prices.
To be honest, the Thai flavor of the two hotels is not very strong, at least not from the decoration. Except that Dusit Thani has the only high-end Thai restaurant Soi in Guam, there is no special feeling of Dusit style. Dusit Thani is obviously more carefully decorated, and the hotel lobby is high and has better lighting. The lounge bar in the lobby also has a good sea view, and there are band performances in the evening. In comparison, Dusit Beach is relatively dim. Although the lobby is not small, the overall feeling is 4-star level.
