The location is beatiful, the ambiance is also very nice. I was not particularly impressed by the food (everything was good, but I was probably expecting something more unique), the wine presentation (we had wine pairing) was too rapid

This is one of the best restaurants in Seattle. You need to make reservations in advance and you will be fined if you miss the reservation. The dress code is quite strict and you need to wear formal clothes. The food here is indeed Michelin-style.

I stumbled upon Canlis during my few days in Seattle and it is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to! I have eaten at many restaurants around the world and I have to say Canlis is the best, the environment, food, service, wine are all great. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I did the tasting menu and definitely left with a full stomach. I am seriously considering going to Canlis again when I come back to Seattle today.

The restaurant is a sea view restaurant with the flavor of the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The signature filet steak is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The butter shrimp is sweet but not greasy, the tuna is firm and delicious, and the bacon and ham are American-style. The most mouth-watering thing should be the teacup dessert baked with egg and milk. Cut a hole and pour coconut milk on it for a purer taste. The desserts and pastries with cheese are creative and unique. The high-quality service and the summer sunset add a lot of cuteness to the sumptuous dinner.

Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. It is really not easy to find such a good place now.
