The first thing about Charlies to know is that is exists because of locals. Without them it would probably fold because it is in a quiet upotown neighborhood. Their service is wonderful- patient and understanding. They explain their menue and repeat as needed.

Zara&rsquo;s may not look like much from the outside but inside they have some fine ingredients and great carry out like like Mufelattas , handpies and others. A nice neighborhood experience just down from the St. James Cheese Shop on Prytania!
