Staying in TUG as part of the hotel, we read good reviews about this place. It would be ok for brunch or a casual meal, but a disappointing late lunch on a Saturday just after arriving in town. TUG describes itself as casual, and it certainly was. We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant and asked if we could sit outside. We were basically ignored for a while, then our order was taken long after we asked if we could order, and we were brought to our table with no silverware, and we stood up to save ourselves an even longer wait. The server clearly took "casual" very seriously. The chicken salad was dull in both the punctuation of the chicken and the taste of the salad. It also didn't look very fresh.
