Not Bad, But Not Great
A few things you should know before you go: 1) 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill; 2) you don't have the same server throughout your meal; 3) you won't get real utensils, but plastic ones and 4) no actual plates, either paper plate or it's served in a basket. The person I was with ordered the steak sandwich with fries. You couldn't easily bite into to sandwich, so they had to cut with...with a plastic knife and fork. As you can imagine, it wasn't an easy task. The steak was cooked to their preference and it tasted good. The fries were half cold, half warm (not hot at all) and really weren't that good. I ordered the french dip sandwich with the steamed veggies. The sandwich had plenty of cheese, which I enjoyed, but the temperature of the sandwich wasn't consistent. One bite would be warm (not hot at all), the next would be cold. Overall, the sandwich tasted good. The veggies don't get. While hot and on the crisp side (which I prefer) some of the veggies tasted old. The reuben sandwich was good. Could have used more sauerkraut, but that's personal preference. The thousand island dressing comes on the side so if you don't like it, no worries. We also ordered two drinks so our bill was over $80. While the food was good overall, if I'm paying $80, I'd like a real knife, fork and plate.

Fast Service Great Food
Fast service great food. The mini burgers were delicious and I had the shrimp Poor Boy. The romolade had just the right anoint of heat. The manager checked on us twoce!
