Ramen Nakamura

Today we went to a very boring attraction, Dole Pineapple Farm. The kids were very happy to ride the train and eat pineapple ice cream. It was raining [unfair] At night, we lined up near the hotel to eat the highly praised online celebrity ramen Ramen nakamura, which was really mediocre. The oxtail ramen felt like beef powder, and the pork ramen was not good either. The old lady waitress inside didn't like children very much. My younger brother received a necklace from a foreigner because of his naughty cuteness.

I searched for this popular ramen when I was making travel guides in China, and I was longing for it. I had to taste it for dinner. The shop is really small, but it is very popular. It was past dinner time, and there were still many people queuing for noodles, but for the delicious food, I was willing to queue longer. Finally, the food was served. The environment in the shop was average, just a circle around the operating table, almost people were close to each other. Because of the language barrier, there was no service. I ordered the pork bone ramen with gestures, and the taste was indeed very delicious, the ramen was chewy, the ingredients were genuine, and the soup was especially delicious.

The restaurant had limited seating. We were lucky to have a party of 9 seated right away. The oxtail ramen was the choice of the evening. There were 3 oxtail pieces and I thought it was worth every penny. The rich broth and ingredients in the dish made it unique and worth the experience. Definitely a place to try!

The ramen portion is quite big, which is normal in the US. The taste is a bit salty. But the noodles are authentic. Better than Marugame. This place only accepts cash, no credit cards. And the service charge is included in the total price. It is very convenient to pay. You have to line up at meal time.

A popular ramen shop in Hawaii, its main dish is oxtail ramen. The price is expensive among Japanese ramen, but the taste is really average. It is a very small shop, with long queues every day, and the soup base is not good.
