Our starters (quail liver with truffle sauce and hummus with Tatar farmer's eggs) were to die for. The service was exceptional, with a wine list that was very well presented and seemed to be refillable. We highly recommend this restaurant. Best to book in advance.

I booked a table at Alan Wong's Restaurants in advance and was lucky enough to get a table near the window with a nice view.
Any trip to Honolulu isn’t complete without a dinner at this iconic establishment. Hidden away in the cbd district it’s well worth the short cab ride. Every dish on the menu is lovingly and stylishly crafted and will pleasure your taste buds. The degustation menu is superb and I highly advise you consider their wine pairing options. I can’t wait to go back.
This restaurant originally had a branch near the Bund in Shanghai, but it seemed to be poorly managed and closed. This one in Hawaii is the main branch, which should be good. It serves Asian fusion cuisine and is good except for being expensive.
