The Empty Bottle

The welcome snack was fried wontons stuffed with fish. Hahaha, I named it. For the appetizer, I had beef carpaccio with white-faced goat cheese. For the main course, I had calf liver and white-faced lamb back meat. Finally, I had ice cream. It was worth the trip. There must be a reason for the Michelin recommendation. Everything was just right, except that I was a little full.

Chicago Deep Box Meat Sauce Pizza🍕I have to eat it every time I come here. The meat sauce is huge and the cheese is just the right amount. It is not greasy at all and the mouth is full of meat fragrance😋

We booked a week in advance and only got a seat at the Sushi Bar, but it was enjoyable to see the sushi chef making the whole process. This is a paradise for sea urchin lovers. The large Uni Toro Tartare is only $28. The price of a single sushi is slightly lower than Momotaro, but the taste and ingredients are not inferior to it.
