Rosa's Pantry

Ramsey once had two Chinese restaurants. Two Chinese takeouts. A street that takes less than 10 minutes to walk from end to end. Four Chinese restaurants. Another Chinese restaurant has changed owners several times. The Golden Phoenix has always been there. But it is indeed a modified version of Chinese food suitable for foreigners. Except for spring rolls and wonton soup, the mapo tofu is the closest dish to domestic Chinese food.

This restaurant has changed its name a few years ago. It is no longer called Harbour Lights. The chef, the owner and the menu have all changed. But it is still a very good restaurant. The average cost per person is 25-40 pounds.
