Albert's Schloss - Manchester

Albert's Schloss is a very good restaurant, specializing in German-style sausages and crispy pork knuckles. The collagen in the pork knuckles is especially delicious.

There was a lot of variety in the food and it all looked pretty good, we enjoyed the drinks as the wine list was very extensive. There was a big fireplace in the middle so we were very comfortable sitting here and the atmosphere was very high.

The food is really delicious and the environment is very good. It is really great to be able to experience such authentic food at this price.

It's a pity that I forgot to take a photo. The taste is very much to my taste, so the recommendation index is 5🌟
