Core by Clare Smyth

Core Restaurant is worthy of being included in the Ctrip Food Forest Restaurant List. It really deserves a full five-star rating. If there is anything that is really a flaw, it is that the portion size of the dishes could be a little bigger.

Marvellous restaurant. Staff are very attentive and the food is sublime. I urge anyone who enjoys culinary excellence to try this place out. I could breakdown each dish but there is little point in doing so as this this just needs to be experienced.

This restaurant called Core is a high-end creative cuisine restaurant. Although the portions of the dishes here are not particularly large, they are indeed delicious and look good.

The iconic chef Clare Smyth was in charge and I was shocked by the deliciousness of the food. I started with four different small dishes, which were delicious, especially the scallops and venison cooked in wood. In addition, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was good. I felt at home.
