[ROUGH HAND MADE] Bakery It took me two long detours through the pier's business district to find it. It's probably my fault for not being able to locate it, otherwise it would have been very easy to find and very conspicuous. This bakery is busiest early in the morning; the rule of thumb is that it attracts the most people. There's no restroom inside, so you need to use a public restroom, which is not always open in the morning, making it quite inconvenient. They have a pretty wide selection, and each one is generously sized, almost double the size of their regular bread. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the presentation was quite good, making the choice a bit challenging. In the end, I chose two based on online recommendations. [Cinnamon Roll] 3.65 lbs This is a great deal, and it's quite large. It has a flaky, crispy crust with chopped nuts in the center. The layers and texture are both very good, and I love it. The cinnamon flavor is quite strong. Recommended [White Chocolate Croissant] 4.65 pounds It's filled with tons of white chocolate inside and out, and there are also quite a few almonds. It's not as crispy as I'd expect, but the texture is still nice. The pastry doesn't fall off, but the white chocolate and almond slices do fall off. It's okay, a little sweet. I think other flavors might be better, as I'm not a big fan of white chocolate. This shop is a treasure trove, and I think many of its offerings are worth trying.
